Abstract
The invention provides a mask composition and a preparation method thereof. The facial mask composition comprises an aqueous base and an oil gel; the adding amount of the aqueous medium is 50-95 parts by mass; the addition amount of the oil solution gel is 5-25 parts by mass; wherein the aqueous base comprises a soothing conditioner and a gel thickener; the oil solution gel comprises grease and a cross-linking agent. The mask composition has the advantages of good skin-attaching property, no sensitization and irritation and convenient use, and is a wash-free gel soft mask which can be used for nursing by gently and uniformly mixing the aqueous medium and the oil solution gel and then coating the mixture on the face to realize film forming and stripping.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a facial mask composition and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a soft mud film and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a soft mud film with a soothing and repairing effect and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
Sensitive skin is a type of skin that is more reactive than normal skin and reacts violently with the weak influence of external factors. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the three characteristics of high sensitivity, poor tolerance, easy reactivity and the like, and subjective symptoms are expressed as tension, irritation, burning, pain, pruritus and the like; objective responses are manifested as erythema, edema, telangiectasia, etc. There are many factors that cause skin sensitivity, including environmental factors, diseases, endocrine disorders, nutritional status, mental factors, impaired skin barrier function due to improper maintenance, etc. The cause of sensitive skin is complicated, but it is thought to be caused by impaired stratum corneum barrier and hyperesthetic nerve response.
The mask is an important skin care product, and the principle of the effect is that the mask is used for temporarily isolating the skin from air, so that the effective ingredients penetrate through the skin as efficiently as possible to play a role. However, the existing facial masks in the market contain more ineffective and harmful components, and can cause different degrees of damage to the skin after long-term use, so that the effect of relieving and repairing cannot be really achieved.
The mask mud is a mud paste type daily use cosmetic for improving the function of facial skin, and compared with the traditional mask, the mask mud has the characteristics of good application property, convenient use, strong moisture retention, good absorption effect and the like. The mask mud contains abundant and balanced minerals, and has effects of diminishing inflammation, sterilizing, removing oil and fat, inhibiting acne deterioration, and making pore more delicate. The minerals and microelements can also supplement nutrition for skin and care skin. However, various facial mask muds appearing in the market at present have poor effects or high price.
Citation 1 discloses a peat mask mud and a preparation method thereof, and the grape seed red wine mask mud comprises a nutritional agent, a humectant, an emulsifier, a preservative and a flavoring agent. The preparation method of the grape seed red wine mask mud comprises the following steps: mixing grape seed powder, dealcoholized wine and water, and performing wall breaking treatment to obtain a mixture 1; adding ginseng root powder, a humectant, grape seed oil and an emulsifier into the mixture 1, and performing wall breaking treatment to obtain a mixture 2; and mixing the flavoring agent and the sodium dehydroacetate with the mixture 2, emulsifying and sealing. The mask mud has high cost, cannot play a role in relieving and repairing, cannot realize film forming and stripping, and is difficult to clean.
Citation 2 discloses peat mask mud and a preparation method thereof, wherein peat is used as a main raw material, and kaolin, viologen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, glycerol, propylene glycol and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) are used as auxiliary materials. The invention adopts peat as the main raw material, fully utilizes the beneficial components of humic acid and mineral substances in the peat to the skin, and does not add any preservative. However, the effect of relieving and repairing is poor, particularly the repairing effect is poor, and the film forming and stripping can not be realized, so that the cleaning is too difficult.
Citation 3 discloses a herbal beautifying mask mud formula, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of pseudo-ginseng, 3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 1 part of safflower, 3 parts of tuckahoe and 5 parts of mung bean powder, which are ground into powder and then mixed according to a proportion; the herbal beautifying mask mud for daily moisturizing comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2 parts of semen cuscutae, 2 parts of semen boitae, 3 parts of poria cocos, 2 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 2 parts of radix ophiopogonis and 3 parts of mung bean powder, and the components are ground into powder and mixed according to a proportion. However, the cost of the formula is high, film forming and stripping can not be realized, and the cleaning is difficult.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In view of the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a mask composition. The facial mask composition comprises the aqueous base and the oil solution gel, so that the facial mask composition has the advantages of good skin-adhering property, no sensitization and irritation and convenience in use, the aqueous base and the oil solution gel are uniformly mixed and then coated on the face for nursing, the film forming and stripping can be realized, and the facial mask composition is a wash-free gel soft mask.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the mask composition, and the preparation method is simple and feasible, has easily obtained raw materials, and is suitable for mass production.
Means for solving the problems
The invention provides a facial mask composition, which comprises an aqueous agent matrix and an oil solution gel; the adding amount of the aqueous medium is 50-95 parts by mass; the addition amount of the oil solution gel is 5-25 parts by mass; wherein the aqueous base comprises a soothing conditioner and a gel thickener; the oil solution gel comprises grease and a cross-linking agent.

The mask composition provided by the invention is characterized in that the addition amount of the grease is 50-90% and the addition amount of the cross-linking agent is 1-15% based on 100% of the total mass of the oil solution gel;
preferably, the grease comprises one or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, cetearyl alcohol, 22 alcohol, ethylhexyl palmitate, stearic acid, shea butter, jojoba oil, macadamia nut oil and squalane;
more preferably, the cross-linking agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of alumina, alum, calcium chloride, calcium sulfate dihydrate.
The mask composition provided by the invention is characterized in that the aqueous medium further comprises one or a combination of more than two of a crosslinking regulator, a humectant, an antibacterial agent and an adsorbent;
preferably, the addition amount of the crosslinking regulator is 0.01-2% based on the total mass of the aqueous agent matrix being 100%; the addition amount of the humectant is 5-25%; the addition amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.5-3%; the adsorbent has an effect of 5-20%.

preferably, the addition amount of the oil phase thickener is 0.1-5% based on the total mass of the oil agent gel as 100%; the addition amount of the emulsifier is 0.1-10%.
The mask composition comprises an oil phase thickening agent, wherein the oil phase thickening agent comprises one or more of glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate, polyethylene, ethyl cellulose, fumed silica, dibutyl ethyl hexanoyl glutamine and dibutyl lauroyl glutamine.
The mask composition comprises polysorbate-60 and hydrogenated lecithin, or a combination of the two.
The present invention also provides a method for preparing the mask composition according to the present invention, which comprises the step of mixing the components of the mask composition.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The mask composition has the advantages of good skin-attaching property, no sensitization and irritation and convenient use, and is a wash-free gel soft mask which can realize film forming and stripping by uniformly mixing the aqueous medium and the oil solution gel and then coating the mixture on the face for nursing.
The preparation method of the mask composition is simple and feasible, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the mask composition is suitable for mass production.

<First aspect>
The invention provides a mask composition in a first aspect, which comprises an aqueous base and an oil gel; wherein the addition amount of the aqueous medium is 50-95 parts by mass; the addition amount of the oil solution gel is 5-25 parts by mass; wherein the aqueous base comprises a soothing conditioner and a gel thickener; the oil solution gel comprises grease and a cross-linking agent.
The aqueous base and the oil gel in the facial mask composition can be stored separately, and the aqueous base and the oil gel are mixed when in use and then are applied to the face for use. After the facial mask is used for a period of time, the aqueous agent matrix and the oil solution gel can generate a crosslinking reaction, a membrane can be formed within about 10 minutes, and then the membrane can be directly taken down after about 15-25 minutes to finish facial care, so that the washing-free function can be realized.
The mask composition has the advantages of good skin-adhering property, no sensitization and irritation and convenience in use by using the combination of the aqueous base material and the oil solution gel, can realize film forming and stripping by uniformly mixing the aqueous base material and the oil solution gel and then coating the mixture on the face for nursing, and is a wash-free gel soft mud film.
Aqueous base
The aqueous agent matrix at least comprises a gel thickening agent and a soothing conditioner, so that the cross-linking reaction between the aqueous agent matrix and oil solution gel can be ensured, and the mask composition has a soothing effect. Based on the total mass of the aqueous medium being 100%, the addition amount of the soothing conditioner is 1-10%, and the addition amount of the gel thickener is 0.1-5%.
According to the invention, the soothing conditioner is added, so that the mask composition disclosed by the invention has an excellent soothing and repairing effect. In particular, the soothing conditioner is added into an aqueous base, so that the efficacy of the soothing conditioner can be exerted to the maximum extent in the mask composition.
In some specific embodiments, the amount of the soothing conditioner added is 1-10% based on 100% of the total mass of the aqueous base, for example: 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, etc. When the addition amount of the soothing conditioner is 1-10%, the mask composition has a good soothing and repairing effect, skin discomfort caused by external stimulation is effectively relieved, the capability of the skin in responding to the external stimulation can be remarkably improved, and the barrier capability of the skin is improved.
Specifically, the specific composition of the soothing conditioner is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be some soothing conditioners commonly used in the art. For example, the soothing conditioning agent may include one or a combination of two of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, centella asiatica extract, calendula extract, and chamomile extract.
In the invention, the aqueous agent matrix at least comprises the gel thickening agent so as to facilitate the crosslinking reaction of the gel thickening agent and the oil agent matrix. As for the gel thickener, it mainly plays a thickening stabilizing role and a gel film forming role in the present invention. The addition amount of the gel thickener is 0.1-5% based on the total mass of the aqueous agent matrix as 100%, for example: 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, etc.; when the content of the gel thickener is too low, the mask has low viscosity, cannot form a stable suspension system and is easy to drip in the use process of the face; when the content of the gel thickening agent is too high, the mask is high in viscosity and sticky in skin feel.
Specifically, the present invention does not specifically limit the specific composition of the gel thickener, and may be some gel thickeners commonly used in the art. For example: the gel thickener may comprise one or more of sodium alginate, carbomer, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, xanthan gum, gelatin, and acacia gum.
In some specific embodiments, the aqueous base further comprises one or a combination of two or more of a cross-linking modifier, a humectant, an antibacterial agent, and an adsorbent;
preferably, the addition amount of the crosslinking regulator is 0.01-2% based on the total mass of the aqueous agent matrix being 100%; the addition amount of the humectant is 5-25%; the addition amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.5-3%; the adsorbent has an effect of 5-20%.
The crosslinking modifier is used mainly for adjusting the pH value and as a retarder for the reaction between the gel thickener and the crosslinking agent in the oil agent. The addition amount of the crosslinking regulator is 0.01 to 2% based on the total weight of the mask composition, for example: 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.6%, 1.8%, etc. If the content of the crosslinking modifier is too low, the stability of the mask dosage form is reduced, and if the content of the crosslinking modifier is too high, the pH value is increased, the gel time is delayed, and the film forming and stripping cannot be realized.
Specifically, the present invention does not specifically limit the specific composition of the crosslinking modifier, and may be any crosslinking modifier commonly used in the art. For example: the crosslinking regulator may include one or a combination of two or more of disodium hydrogen phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, and tetrasodium pyrophosphate.
As for the moisturizing agent, the mask composition has the moisturizing effect by adding the moisturizing agent. Specifically, the adding amount of the humectant is 5-25% based on 100% of the total mass of the aqueous medium. When the addition amount of the humectant is 5-25%, the humectant can play a role in moisturizing. Preferably, the humectant of the present invention may be added in an amount of 6 to 24%, may be 8 to 22%, may be 10 to 20%, may be 12 to 18%, may be 14 to 16%, for example: 7%, 9%, 11%, 13%, 15%, 17%, 19%, 21%, 23%, etc. When the content of the humectant is too low, the moisturizing effect is not obvious; when the content of the humectant is too high, the mask composition may have a sticky feeling.
Specifically, the present invention does not particularly limit the specific composition of the moisturizer, and may be some moisturizers commonly used in the art. For example: the humectant can comprise one or more of glycerol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, glyceryl polyether-26, beta-glucan, methyl glucitol polyether-20, methyl glucitol polyether-10, erythrulose, biogum gum-1, rhamnose, oat beta-glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols (such as polyethylene glycol-8 and polyethylene glycol-32), water-soluble oil and fat, water-soluble silicone oil and sodium hyaluronate.
As for the antibacterial agent, the facial mask composition has the antiseptic and antibacterial effects by properly adding some antibacterial agents. Specifically, the adding amount of the humectant is 0.5-3% based on 100% of the total mass of the aqueous medium. The amount of the antibacterial agent of the present invention added may be 0.8 to 2.8%, may be 1 to 2.5%, may be 1.2 to 2.2%, may be 1.5 to 2%, may be 1.6 to 1.8%, etc. The amount of the antimicrobial agent added should not be too large, otherwise sensitization will occur.
Specifically, the specific composition of the antibacterial agent is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be some antibacterial agents commonly used in the art. For example: the antibacterial agent can comprise one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol and methyl paraben.
As for the adsorbent, the invention can fully utilize the beneficial effect of minerals rich in the adsorbent on the skin, can adsorb oil, and can effectively play the functions of decontamination and regulation of skin moisture and oil by using the adsorbent, and the effect is mainly realized by physical adsorption, and has no stimulation and harm to the skin. Preferably, in the present invention, the adsorbent is added in an amount of 5 to 20% based on 100% by mass of the aqueous medium, for example: 7%, 9%, 11%, 13%, 15%, 17%, 19%, 21%, 23%; when the content of the adsorbent is too low, a good cleaning adsorption effect cannot be achieved, and when the content of the adsorbent is too high, the formed mask matrix has high consistency and heavy skin feel.
Specifically, the present invention does not specifically limit the specific composition of the adsorbent, and may be any adsorbent commonly used in the art. For example: the adsorbent may comprise one or a combination of two or more of kaolin, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, activated carbon, zinc oxide, calamine, corn starch, silica.
The aqueous medium matrix of the invention can also contain a chelating agent, and the addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.01-2% based on the total mass of the aqueous medium matrix being 100%. Preferably, the chelating agent may be EDTA-disodium, EDTA-tetrasodium, and the like.
In addition, the aqueous medium of the present invention further contains water, and the content of water is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be added as needed. Specifically, the water may be added in an amount of 40 to 95%, for example: 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, etc.
Oil solution gel
The mask composition of the present invention is obtained by storing the aqueous base and the oil gel separately and mixing them before use.
The oil solution gel comprises grease and a cross-linking agent; based on the total mass of the oil solution gel as 100%, the addition amount of the grease is 50-90%, and the addition amount of the cross-linking agent is 1-15%.
In the oil, the oil is added into the oil gel, so that the evaporation of water on the surface of the skin can be reduced, and the skin can be prevented from being dried and cracked. By adding oil or fat, a hydrophobic film can be formed on the skin surface to prevent the invasion of harmful substances from the outside. The addition amount of the oil is 50-90% based on the total mass of the oil solution gel as 100%, for example: 52%, 55%, 58%, 60%, 62%, 65%, 68%, 70%, 72%, 75%, 78%, 80%, 82%, 85%, 88%, etc.; when the content of the oil is too low, evaporation of moisture on the surface of the skin cannot be reduced, and invasion of harmful substances cannot be effectively prevented; when the content of the oil is too high, the mask composition is too greasy, and the feeling of use is reduced.
Specifically, the specific composition of the fat and oil in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be any fat and oil commonly used in the art. For example: the oil comprises one or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride (GTCC), cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, cetearyl alcohol, 22 alcohol, ethylhexyl palmitate, stearic acid, shea butter, jojoba oil, macadamia nut oil, and squalane.
The cross-linking agent mainly plays a role of reacting with the gel thickening agent in the water aqua matrix to form gel. In the present invention, the amount of the crosslinking agent added is 1 to 15% based on 100% by mass of the total oil gel, for example: 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, 14%, etc. When the content of the crosslinking agent is too low, the mask is hard to coagulate, and when the content of the crosslinking agent is too high, the formed mask substrate is not soft enough, and thus the feeling in use may be reduced.
Specifically, the specific composition of the crosslinking agent is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be any crosslinking agent commonly used in the art. For example: the cross-linking agent may comprise one or a combination of two or more of alumina, alum, calcium chloride, calcium sulfate dihydrate.
In some specific embodiments, the oil gel further comprises one or a combination of two of an oil phase thickener, an emulsifier; preferably, the addition amount of the oil phase thickener is 0.1-5% based on the total mass of the oil agent gel as 100%; the addition amount of the emulsifier is 0.1-10%.
The oil phase thickener mainly plays a role in stabilizing a system. The addition amount of the oil phase thickener is 0.1-5% based on the total mass of the oil agent gel as 100%, for example: 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, etc. If the content of the oil phase thickener is too low, the thickening effect is poor and the stability is reduced; if the content of the oil phase thickener is too high, the oil phase is solidified into cream, the skin feel is thick and greasy, and the filling of the product is not facilitated.
Specifically, the specific composition of the oil phase thickener is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be some oil phase thickeners commonly used in the art. For example: the oil phase thickener can comprise one or more of glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate, polyethylene, ethyl cellulose, fumed silica, dibutyl ethyl hexanoyl glutamine, dibutyl lauroyl glutamine.
As for the emulsifier, the emulsifier is added to improve the stability of the oil solution gel. Specifically, the addition amount of the emulsifier is 0.1 to 10% based on 100% of the total mass of the oil solution gel, for example: 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, etc.; when the addition amount of the emulsifier is 0.1-10%, the oil solution gel system is stable. When the dosage of the emulsifier is too low, the emulsifier is not sufficiently emulsified, so that the system is unstable; when the dosage of the emulsifier is too high, the stability of the product can be influenced to a certain extent.
Specifically, the present invention is not particularly limited to the specific composition of the emulsifier, and may be any emulsifier commonly used in the art. For example: the emulsifier may include one or a combination of polysorbate-60 and hydrogenated lecithin.
According to the cause of sensitive skin, the mask composition with the effect of relieving and repairing is obtained through targeted research, the mask composition consists of an aqueous medium added with the component with the effect of relieving and an oil gel with the effect of barrier repairing, and has the advantages of good skin-attaching performance, no sensitization and irritation and convenience in use. The water aqua matrix and the oil solution gel are uniformly mixed and then coated on the face for nursing, and the soft mud film can be formed and peeled after a certain time, and is a wash-free gel soft mud film with the relieving effect.
<Second aspect of the invention>
A second aspect of the present invention provides a method of preparing a mask composition according to the first aspect of the present invention, comprising the step of mixing the components of the mask composition.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: a step of mixing the components of the aqueous base and a step of mixing the components of the oil gel.
In some specific embodiments, the step for mixing the components of the aqueous base may comprise:
mixing the gel thickening agent and the soothing conditioner to obtain the aqueous medium.
Preferably, the step for mixing the components of the aqueous base may comprise:
dispersing the gel thickener in a portion of the humectant to obtain a swollen product;
adding the crosslinking regulator, the rest humectant and the adsorbent into water, uniformly mixing, and then adding the swelling substance to obtain a premixed system;
adding the soothing conditioner and the antibacterial agent into the premixing system to obtain the aqueous medium.
Further, the step of mixing the components of the aqueous base may comprise:
dispersing the gel thickener in a part of humectant, and stirring for 5-20min at room temperature by using a stirrer at the rotating speed of 50-250 rpm until the powder is uniformly dispersed to obtain a swelling substance;
adding a proper amount of water into the crosslinking regulator, the rest humectant and the adsorbent, raising the temperature to 75-80 ℃, uniformly stirring, slowly adding the obtained swelling substance into the mixture, and stirring for 10-30min at 75-80 ℃ to obtain a premixed system;
reducing the temperature to 40-50 ℃, adding the soothing conditioner and the antibacterial agent into the obtained premixed system, and uniformly stirring to obtain a soft mud film aqua;
in other specific embodiments, the step of mixing the components of the oil gel may comprise:
and mixing the grease with a cross-linking agent to obtain the oil solution gel.
Preferably, the step of mixing the components of the oil gel may comprise:
mixing the grease and the oil phase thickener to obtain a primary mixture;
and adding an emulsifier and a cross-linking agent into the primary mixture to obtain the oil solution gel.
Further, the step of mixing the components of the oil gel may include:
mixing oil and oil phase thickener, heating to 75-80 deg.C, stirring and dissolving;
reducing the temperature to 40-50 deg.C, adding emulsifier and cross-linking agent into the obtained primary mixture, stirring and homogenizing for 5-20min to obtain oil solution gel.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
Examples 1 to 3
The facial mask composition is prepared according to the mass percentage (%) of each component in the following table 1 and according to the following steps:
1. cleaning and disinfecting the used production equipment;
2. weighing raw materials of phase A (gel thickener and partial humectant) in a separate container, stirring at room temperature with a stirrer at 200rpm for 10min until the powder is uniformly dispersed to obtain a swelling substance;
3. taking a proper amount of deionized water, respectively adding the raw materials of the phase B (the crosslinking regulator, the adsorbent, the rest humectant and the chelating agent), raising the temperature to about 78 ℃, uniformly stirring, slowly adding the swelling material obtained from the phase A, and stirring for 20min at about 78 ℃;
4. reducing the temperature to 50 ℃, adding the phase C (a soothing conditioner and an antibacterial agent) into the obtained system, and uniformly stirring to obtain an aqueous medium;
5. weighing the phase D (grease and oil phase thickener) according to the mass ratio, mixing and heating to about 78 ℃, and stirring and dissolving uniformly;
6. reducing the temperature to 50 ℃, adding the phase E (emulsifier and cross-linking agent) into the primary mixture, and homogenizing and dispersing for 10min to obtain oil solution gel;
7. and (6) checking to be qualified and discharging.

A mask composition was prepared according to the following table 2 with respect to the mass% of each component and according to the same procedure as in examples 1 to 3.

Performance testing
To better illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, efficacy evaluation experiments were performed:
A. skin moisture test
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the capacitance method for measuring the moisture content of the human skin stratum corneum is based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, the capacitance values of the measured skin are different according to the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum, and the parameters can represent the moisture content of the skin. 20 women (except pregnant or lactating women) aged 24-30 years were selected as volunteers, the product was not applied to the left side of the face as a blank control group, the composition of example 2 of the present invention was used as an experimental group on the right side of the face, and the skin moisture content was measured at 0, 2 and 4 hours, respectively, and these indices were used to evaluate the dryness or moisturization degree of the skin after using the product.
The use method of the experimental group comprises the following steps: pouring about 50 parts of aqueous base material and about 5 parts of oil solution gel into a mixing vessel, fully mixing for about 30 seconds, uniformly coating 25g of the mixed facial mask on the face, and taking down the solidified facial mask after about 20 minutes.
20 volunteers were recruited for the experiment, 20 active volunteers and the data was valid. The test was carried out for a total of 4 hours, and the results are shown in Table 3 below.

As can be seen from table 3, the skin moisture content was significantly increased compared to the blank after 4 hours of application of the sample compared to the blank.
In addition, the same skin moisture content test was performed on examples 1 and 3-6, and the skin moisture content was significantly increased compared to the blank group 4 hours after using the sample.
B. Comfort repair test
1. The instrument comprises the following steps: VISIA CR face image analysis system.
2. Sample preparation: example 2, blank control;
3. the method comprises the following steps: subjects (more sensitive face with erythema) were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10, with no product applied to the left face as a blank control and 25g of the mask composition of example 2 of the present invention applied to the right face once in the morning and evening. The results of the front high-resolution photographs were obtained by taking VISIA CR images before starting the use of the product and after 7 days of continuous use, and then by taking VISIA CR images of the front high-resolution photographs and comparing the facial erythema before and after use with IPP software, and are shown in table 4.
The use method of the experimental group comprises the following steps: pouring about 50 parts of aqueous base material and about 5 parts of oil solution gel into a mixing vessel, fully mixing for about 30 seconds, uniformly coating the mixed facial mask on the face, and taking down the solidified facial mask after 20 minutes.
4. As a result: as can be seen from table 4, the half-face erythema effect using example 2 was significantly improved compared with the blank example.

According to the analysis of the results, the soft mucosa composition with the effect of relieving and repairing has a relatively obvious effect of relieving, repairing and resisting allergy.
In addition, the same soothing repair test was performed on examples 1, 3-6, and the skin erythema effect was significantly improved 7 days after the use of the sample.
The above examples of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The mask composition is characterized by comprising an aqueous agent matrix and an oil solution gel; the adding amount of the aqueous medium is 50-95 parts by mass; the addition amount of the oil solution gel is 5-25 parts by mass; wherein the aqueous base comprises a soothing conditioner and a gel thickener; the oil solution gel comprises grease and a cross-linking agent.
2. The mask composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the addition amount of the soothing conditioner is 1-10% and the addition amount of the gel thickener is 0.1-5% based on 100% of the total mass of the aqueous base;
preferably, the soothing conditioning agent comprises one or a combination of two of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, centella asiatica extract, calendula officinalis extract, and chamomile extract;
more preferably, the gel thickener comprises one or more of sodium alginate, carbomer, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, xanthan gum, gelatin, and acacia gum.
3. The mask composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the oil and fat is added in an amount of 50 to 90% and the cross-linking agent is added in an amount of 1 to 15% based on 100% by mass of the total oil gel;
preferably, the grease comprises one or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, cetearyl alcohol, 22 alcohol, ethylhexyl palmitate, stearic acid, shea butter, jojoba oil, macadamia nut oil and squalane;
more preferably, the cross-linking agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of alumina, alum, calcium chloride, calcium sulfate dihydrate.
4. The mask composition of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the aqueous base further comprises one or a combination of two or more of a cross-linking modifier, a humectant, an antibacterial agent, an adsorbent;
preferably, the addition amount of the crosslinking regulator is 0.01-2% based on the total mass of the aqueous agent matrix being 100%; the addition amount of the humectant is 5-25%; the addition amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.5-3%; the adsorbent has an effect of 5-20%.
5. The mask composition of claim 4 wherein the crosslinking modifier comprises one or a combination of two or more of disodium hydrogen phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate;
the humectant comprises one or a combination of more than two of glycerol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, glyceryl polyether-26, beta-glucan, methyl glucitol polyether-20, methyl glucitol polyether-10, erythrulose, biogum gum-1, rhamnose, oat beta-glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble grease, water-soluble silicone oil and sodium hyaluronate.
6. The mask composition of any one of claims 4 or 5, wherein the antibacterial agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben;
the adsorbent comprises one or more of kaolin, bentonite, diatomite, activated carbon, zinc oxide, calamine, corn starch and silica.
7. The mask composition of any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the oil gel further comprises one or a combination of two of an oil phase thickener, an emulsifier;
preferably, the addition amount of the oil phase thickener is 0.1-5% based on the total mass of the oil agent gel as 100%; the addition amount of the emulsifier is 0.1-10%.
8. The mask composition of claim 7 wherein the oil phase thickening agent comprises glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate, polyethylene, ethyl cellulose, fumed silica, dibutyl ethylhexanoyl glutamide, dibutyl lauroyl glutamide, or a combination of two or more thereof.
9. The mask composition of claim 7 or 8 wherein the emulsifier comprises polysorbate-60, hydrogenated lecithin, or a combination of both.
10. A method of preparing a mask composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9 comprising the step of mixing the components of the mask composition.
