Abstract
本发明提出了一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂及其制备方法,包含如下质量分数组分,阳离子表面活性剂5%‑15%,非离子表面活性剂4%‑10%,溶剂3%‑8%,防锈剂0.2%‑3%,螯合剂0.5‑3%,分散剂0.2%‑2%,清洗助剂2%‑10%,余量为水。本发明保证产品具有较好的去油去污能力,同时还具有较好的防锈和不腐蚀漆膜的能力,最重要的是全部选用环保可完全生物降解的原材料,对环境友好。

技术领域
本发明涉及属于工业清洗剂领域,具体而言,涉及一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国高速铁路的迅速发展,承担客运的高速列车不断增加,运行里程和区域不断扩大,运行速度不断提升。但部分地区因运营环境较为恶劣和受运营速度的影响,污染物对车体的冲击力较大,污垢与车体表面结合得比较牢固,污染源也较为复杂,重复覆盖,尤其在夏秋季节,各种飞虫在车头挡风玻璃上反复碰撞,留下大量的虫胶,加大了清洗难度,久而久之,会在动车组外皮形成一层较难清除的污垢——“黄斑”,它是致密且陈旧性的。污垢的累积不仅会影响动车的美观,还会增大动车与空气的摩擦力,粗糙表面更利于污垢的附着,无形中增加了动车组的能耗,严重的还会引起点腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀等局部腐蚀发生,危及动车运行的安全。
各路局所用清洗剂种类不同,有酸性的、碱性的和中性的,其中酸性清洗剂偏多。随着中国铁路总公司企业标准Q/CR 468-2015《动车组外表面清洗剂》的颁布,要求各路局所用的清洗剂都要满足该标准,使得原先腐蚀性较强的清洗剂无法继续使用。
因此,为克服现有技术的不足,提出开发一款既满足Q/CR 468-2015标准的,又能很好地去除现场污垢的清洗剂是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,本发明提出一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂配方体系保证产品具有较好的去油去污能力,同时还具有较好的防锈和不腐蚀漆膜的能力,最重要的是全部选用环保可完全生物降解的原材料,对环境友好。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,包含如下质量分数组分:阳离子表面活性剂5%-15%,非离子表面活性剂4%-10%,溶剂3%-8%,防锈剂0.2%-3%,螯合剂0.5-3%,分散剂0.2%-2%,清洗助剂2%-10%,余量为水。
进一步的,包含如下质量分数组分:阳离子表面活性剂10%,非离子表面活性剂8%,溶剂8%,防锈剂3%,螯合剂1%,分散剂1%,清洗助剂5%,余量为水。
进一步的,阳离子表面活性剂为Berol 226、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、椰油烷基二羟乙基甲基氯化季铵盐乙氧基化物中的一种或多种。
优选的,椰油烷基二羟乙基甲基氯化季铵盐乙氧基化物为Rewoquat CQ 100S。
优选的,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为1227。
优选的,阳离子表面活性剂为Rewoquat CQ 100S。
进一步的,非离子表面活性剂为C13-羰基醇乙氧基化物,C13-C15羰基醇乙氧基化物,C12-C14脂肪醇乙氧基化物、C10-古伯特醇烷氧基化物、C8-C14烷基糖苷中的一种或多种。
优选的,C13-羰基醇乙氧基化物为Lutensol TO5、Lutensol TO8、Lutensol TO10;C13-C15羰基醇乙氧基化物为Lutensol AO8;C12-C14脂肪醇乙氧基化物为Lutensol A7N、Lutensol A9N;C10-古伯特醇烷氧基化物为Lutensol XL70;C8-C14烷基糖苷为Glucopon650EC。
优选的,非离子表面活性剂为Lutensol TO8和Lutensol XL70和Glucopon 650EC按照2:1:1的比例进行混合。
进一步的,溶剂为乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇乙醚、3-甲氧基-3甲基-1-丁醇、异己二醇、乙氧基化物C9-C11-醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,乙氧基化物C9-C11-醇为TOMAKLEEN G-12。
优选的,溶剂为异己二醇和TOMAKLEEN G-12按照1:1的比例进行混合。
进一步的,防锈剂为葡萄糖酸钠、三元羧酸2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪、丙二醇油酸酯、钼酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选的,防锈剂为葡萄糖酸钠、丙二醇油酸钠按照2:1的比例进行混合。
进一步的,螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠EDTA、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐MGDA、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠GLDA中的一种或多种。
优选的,螯合剂为MGDA。
进一步的,分散剂为马来酸/丙烯酸、改性聚丙烯酸钠盐中的一种或多种。
优选的,马来酸/丙烯酸为Sokalan CP 5;改性聚丙烯酸钠盐为Sokalan PA 25CLFR。

进一步的,清洗助剂为碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、氢氧化钾中的一种或多种。
优选的,清洗助剂为碳酸钠和五水偏硅酸钠按照2:1的比例进行混合。
根据本发明第二个方向,提出了制备清洗剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将螯合剂、防锈剂和清洗助剂依次加入水中,搅拌20-30min;
(2)再依次加入阳离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、溶剂、分散剂搅拌20-30min即可。
通过以上技术方案,本发明提出了一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂及其制备方法,其具有以下优点:
利用本发明对油污的去除率达98%以上,在动车现场作业清洗动车外皮的过程中,对车体外皮上的污垢的去除率在95%以上,能达到现场作业清洗质量的要求;且腐蚀性符合Q/CR 468-2015的要求。本发明得到的清洗剂总磷酸盐含量(以P2O5计)不超过1.1%,为无磷产品,且配方里面不含有四聚丙烯烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所使用的的表面活性剂的生物降解性大于或等于90%,符合环保要求符合环保要求。

实施例1
本实施例提出了一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,包含如下质量分数组分:阳离子表面活性剂5%-15%,非离子表面活性剂4%-10%,溶剂3%-8%,防锈剂0.2%-3%,螯合剂0.5-3%,分散剂0.2%-2%,清洗助剂2%-10%,余量为水。

制备清洗剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将螯合剂、防锈剂和清洗助剂依次加入水中,搅拌20-30min;
(2)再依次加入阳离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、溶剂、分散剂搅拌20-30min即可。
实施例2
本实施例提出了一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,包含如下重量分数组分:Rewoquat CQ 100S为10%,Lutensol TO8为4%,Lutensol XL70为2%,Glucopon 650EC为2%,异己二醇为4%,TOMAKLEEN G-12为4%,葡萄糖酸钠为2%,丙二醇油酸钠为1%,MGDA为1%,Sokalan PA 25CL FR为1%,碳酸钠为3%,五水偏硅酸钠为2%,余量为水。
制备清洗剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先在反应锅内加入水,再依次加入MGDA、葡萄糖酸钠、丙二醇油酸钠、碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠,搅拌20min,至固体溶解完全;
(2)再依次加入Rewoquat CQ 100S、Lutensol TO8、Lutensol XL70、Glucopon650EC、异己二醇、TOMAKLEEN G-12、Sokalan PA 25CL FR,搅拌30min,至溶液均匀即得成品。
将本实施例得到的清洗剂用Q/CR 468-2015标准里面净洗力的测试方法,其中油污为Q/CR 468-2015里面人工污垢的成分组成:氧化铁6%,气相二氧化硅6%,氢氧化铝25%,硅藻土助滤剂6%,机械油80%,进行实验,结果显示可对油污的去除率达98%以上。
同时,利用本发明得到的清洗剂对金属的腐蚀性进行检测,分别为对45号钢(外观评级0级,腐蚀量≤2mg)、H62黄铜(外观评级1级,腐蚀量≤2mg)、LY12硬铝(外观评级1级、腐蚀量≤5mg),结果显示本发明符合Q/CR 468-2015的要求,能达到现场作业清洗质量的要求。再利用本发明得到的清洗剂测试对油漆涂膜的影响性,结果为漆膜无起泡、无明显失光、变色,漆膜硬度无明显变化,符合Q/CR 468-2015的要求。
最后,对本发明中的清洗剂的总磷酸盐含量和其漂洗性进行检测,结果显示利用本发明得到的清洗剂总磷酸盐含量(以P2O5计)小于或等于1.1%,为无磷产品,符合环保要求。本发明清洗剂产品配方里面不含有四聚丙烯烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,所使用的的表面活性剂的生物降解性大于或等于90%,符合环保要求。清洗剂漂洗性测试结果为易漂洗,无可见清洗剂残留,符合Q/CR 468-2015的要求。

实施例10
金属腐蚀性试验。本实例中,在盛有5%实施例3水溶液和5%对比实例1水溶液的搪瓷中,各放两块已称量好试验前黄铜、铝合金、钢试片的质量,然后于40℃恒温水浴,放置4小时后,取出,立即用清水冲洗,再用无水乙醇清洗两遍,热风吹干,放入干燥器中冷却至室温,观察试片外观,并称量每块金属浸泡过后的质量。
外观评级标准
0级:金属表面无变色,无失光;
1级:金属表面轻微失光或变色,但仍有金属光泽;
2级:金属表面明显失光、变色或出现斑点。
金属腐蚀性要求
45号钢:外观评级0级;腐蚀量≤2mg;
H62黄铜:外观评级1级;腐蚀量≤2mg;
LY12硬铝:外观评级1级;腐蚀量≤5mg。

由表3可知,本发明对金属腐蚀性的要求明显好于对比实例1对金属腐蚀性的结果。
实施例11
洗净力试验
本实例中,在盛有5%实施例4水溶液和5%对比实例2水溶液的搪瓷缸中,各放各放已称好涂覆油污质量的试片,然后于40℃恒温水浴,用摆洗机摆洗5分钟后,再在清水中继续摆洗30s后,取出,将试片在50℃的烘箱下,烘干、冷却、称重。
本实施例中油污为Q/CR 468-2015里面人工污垢的成分组成:氧化铁6%,气相二氧化硅6%,氢氧化铝25,硅藻土助滤剂6%,机械油80%。
表4对净洗力的结果统计
由表格4可知本发明对洗净力的结果明显好于对比实例2对洗净力的结果。
实施例12
油漆涂层试验。
本实例中,在盛有10%实施例5水溶液和10%对比实例3水溶液的搪瓷缸中,各放已制备好油漆涂膜的试片,然后于40℃恒温水浴,浸泡24小时后,取出,用流动的清水冲洗,擦干,立即观察漆膜油污失光、变色或起泡情况,测量。

由表格5可知本发明对油漆涂层的影响明显好于对比实例3对油漆涂层的影响。
实例13
对清洗剂生物降解性的试验
配方从设计的源头,就避免了原材料生物降解性差,污染环境的风险,完全符合GB/T 15818对表面活性剂的生物降解性应该大于或者等于90%的要求。对比实施例4中,使用了生物降解性查的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10,不符合环保要求。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为C13-羰基醇乙氧基化物,C13-C15羰基醇乙氧基化物,C12-C14脂肪醇乙氧基化物、C10-古伯特醇烷氧基化物、C8-C14烷基糖苷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇乙醚、3-甲氧基-3甲基-1-丁醇、异己二醇、乙氧基化物中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为葡萄糖酸钠、三元羧酸2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪、丙二醇油酸酯、钼酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠EDTA、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐MGDA、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠GLDA中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为马来酸/丙烯酸、改性聚丙烯酸钠盐中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水基型动车外皮清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗助剂为碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钾、氢氧化钾中的一种或多种。
10.制备权利要求1-9任一所述的清洗剂的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述螯合剂、防锈剂和清洗助剂依次加入水中,搅拌20-30min;
(2)再依次加入阳离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、溶剂、分散剂搅拌20-30 min即可。
