The placing device provides the workpiece 10 through the feeding channel 30, the workpiece 10 in the feeding channel 30 enters the accommodating groove 411 through the feeding opening 31 and the feeding opening 412 and stops at the stop piece 42, so as to realize the positioning of the workpiece 10; the gripper 61 then picks up the positioned workpiece 10 and places the workpiece 10 on the shoe 20 on the first conveyor line 50. The placing equipment realizes the automation of placing the workpiece 10 on the bottom support 20, does not need manual intervention, improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor intensity; and the provision of the first positioning member 40 improves the reliability of the operation of the placing apparatus.

Claims (10)

1. A placement device for placing a workpiece (10) on a shoe (20), the placement device comprising:
a feed channel (30), the feed channel (30) having a feed opening (31), the feed channel (30) being used for conveying the workpieces (10) and passing the workpieces (10) one by one through the feed opening (31);
the first positioning assembly (40) comprises a positioning block (41) and a stop piece (42), the positioning block (41) is provided with a containing groove (411), the containing groove (411) is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged along a first preset direction, and a feed port (412) which is used for being oppositely arranged with the feed port (31) is arranged at the first end of the containing groove (411) so as to receive the workpiece (10); the second end of the accommodating groove (411) is provided with the stopper (42) to stop the workpiece (10);
the transfer device (60) comprises a clamp (61), and the clamp (61) is used for clamping the workpiece (10) on the positioning block (41) and placing the workpiece (10) on the bottom support (20).

The placement device according to claim 1, wherein the first positioning assembly (40) further comprises a first mounting (43), the stop (42) being connected with the positioning block (41) by means of the first mounting (43), the first mounting (43) being position-adjustably arranged on the positioning block (41) in the first preset direction.

The placement device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first positioning assembly (40) further comprises a positioning support (44) and a second mounting (45), the positioning block (41) being connected with the positioning support (44) by means of the second mounting (45), the second mounting (45) being position-adjustably arranged on the positioning support (44).

The placement device according to claim 1, characterized in that the workpiece (10) is in a positioning position when the workpiece (10) is stopped at the stop (42); the first positioning component (40) further comprises a sensing component (46), and a detection head of the sensing component (46) is arranged towards the positioning position so as to send a signal to the transferring device (60) when the workpiece (10) is detected.

The placement device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said clamp (61) comprises at least two jaws (611), said at least two jaws (611) being close to or remote from each other; the clamp (61) further comprises a pressing piece (612), the pressing piece (612) is arranged between the at least two clamping jaws (611), and the pressing piece (612) is used for pressing the workpiece (10) on the bottom support (20).

The placement device according to claim 5, characterized in that the press (612) is for pressing an arcuate surface of a first part (11) of the workpiece (10); the pressing piece (612) is provided with a pressing arc-shaped surface (613) matched with the arc-shaped surface, and the pressing arc-shaped surface (613) is attached to the arc-shaped surface.

The placement device according to claim 5, characterized in that each clamping jaw (611) is provided with a clamping block (614) for clamping the workpiece (10), each clamping jaw (611) is further provided with a clamping block support (615), and one end of the clamping block (614) abuts against the clamping block support (615).
8. The placement device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it further comprises:
the vibrating disk (70), the feeding channel (30) is connected and communicated with the vibrating disk (70);
a second conveying line (80), wherein one end of the second conveying line (80) is provided with a guide piece (90), the guide piece (90) is provided with a guide channel (91) and a conveying opening (92) communicated with the guide channel (91), and the guide channel (91) receives the workpiece (10) conveyed by a conveying part (81) of the second conveying line (80); the conveying opening (92) is located above the vibrating disk (70), and the workpiece (10) in the guide channel (91) is conveyed into the vibrating disk (70) through the conveying opening (92).
9. The placement apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that a first baffle (82) and a second baffle (83) are provided on the second conveyor line (80), the first baffle (82) and the second baffle (83) being provided on opposite sides of the conveyor section (81).
10. The placement device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it further comprises:
a first conveyor line (50) for conveying the pallets (20);
the first conveying line (50) is provided with a second positioning assembly (51), the second positioning assembly (51) comprises a first positioning piece (511) and a second positioning piece (512), the first positioning piece (511) and the second positioning piece (512) are arranged oppositely, and the first positioning piece (511) is movably arranged relative to the second positioning piece (512) so as to be close to or far away from the second positioning piece (512).
