技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产具有彼此粘结的至少一个底层和至少一个顶层的多层湿摩擦材料的方法和设备。
背景技术
从欧洲专利EP 0 807 766 B1中已知一种用于生产无石棉摩擦材料的方法,该方法包括用吸油纤维和/或填料形成第一层,以及将第二层粘合剂粘结到第一层,其中第二层是耐温的并且包含高强度纤维和/或摩擦改性材料,其中第一层具有低于第二层的密度。从欧洲专利说明书EP 0 854 305 B1中已知一种用于生产无石棉摩擦材料的方法,该方法具有以下步骤:形成包含非线性弹性纤维、棉纤维和填料材料的主层,以及将次层粘附地连接到主层,其中次层包含芳纶纤维、任选的填料材料以及任选的合成石墨,其中次层还包含棉纤维和多孔碳颗粒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是简化具有彼此粘结的至少一个底层和至少一个顶层的多层湿摩擦材料的生产。
该目的在用于生产具有彼此粘结的至少一个底层和至少一个顶层的多层湿摩擦材料的方法中实现,因为底层和顶层在底层与顶层连接之前首先由不同的材料彼此独立地制成。底层也称为下层。上层也称为覆盖层。材料制造过程与多分层过程分离。这意味着底层的摩擦材料独立于顶层的摩擦材料生产。因此,摩擦材料的制造过程具有所有自由度,而多分层过程不会限制该自由度。然后,在附加过程中,例如在层压或层合过程中,底层和顶层的单独产生的摩擦材料彼此连接,以形成多层湿摩擦材料。除了其他方面之外,受权利要求保护的方法的特征在于以下事实:在连续过程中或在不连续过程中不同的材料通过温度和压力彼此连接。通过已经存在于一些材料中的粘结剂材料,或通过特别施加到两层之间的界面的粘结剂材料来建立连接。根据要求,两层之间的界面可被设计为紧密的,即不透流体的;或多孔的,即流体可透过的。
该方法的优选示例性实施例的特征在于,底层和顶层由不同的配方生产并作为原纸供应。底层和顶层优选地各自在具有两个流浆箱的造纸过程中生产,但是不直接彼此连接,而是在生产之后缠绕到卷上,例如,然后在随后的过程或过程步骤中从该卷供应底层和顶层的原纸。
该方法的另外优选的示例性实施例的特征在于顶层配方具有20%至60%的填料、10%至40%的木浆、5%至10%的芳纶和25%至35%的酚醛树脂,并且特征在于底层配方具有10%至50%的填料、10%至40%的木浆、5%至10%的芳纶、5%至15%的碳和25%至35%的酚醛树脂。摩擦材料有利地用于产生小于一毫米的摩擦衬片厚度。用湿摩擦材料制成的摩擦衬片例如是0.6毫米或0.75毫米厚。
该方法的另一个优选的示例性实施例的特征在于,底层的基重为每平方米一百克至两百克,顶层的基重为每平方米两百克至四百克。这些基重已被证明在用受权利要求保护的方法进行的测试中是特别有利的。
该方法的另一个优选实施例的特征在于,将底层用粘结剂材料涂覆,然后将用粘结剂材料涂覆的底层连接到顶层。底层与顶层的粘结优选地在压力的作用和温度或热量的作用下进行。
该方法的另一个优选实施例的特征在于,将底层用作为粘结剂材料的树脂粉末涂覆。具有酚醛树脂粉末的散布粉末涂层特别优选地用于用粘结剂材料涂覆基板。
该方法的另一个优选示例性实施例的特征在于,不同的材料通过温度和压力彼此连接。例如,通过轧制或压制施加压力。可通过例如经由辐射热供应热量来供应温度。
该方法的另一个优选示例性实施例的特征在于,将优选地用粘结剂材料或所述粘结剂材料涂覆的底层在层压过程或层合过程中连接到顶层。出于该目的,可将两层与粘结剂材料一起引导通过例如两个辊,特别是两个优选加热的压延辊之间。
该方法的另一个优选示例性实施例的特征在于,将优选地用粘结剂材料或所述粘结剂材料涂覆的底层在双带压机中连接到顶层。在用双带压机进行的测试中,在本发明的范围内,已经可以实现良好的结果。在双带压机中,两层有利地用合适的加热装置加热。另外,然后在双带压机中用合适的冷却装置冷却彼此连接的层。然后,可以将成品湿摩擦材料缠绕在合适的辊上,例如,然后例如通过冲压来进行进一步处理。
本发明还涉及一种用于根据上述方法来生产具有彼此粘结的至少一个底层和至少一个顶层的多层湿摩擦材料的设备。设备有利地包括双带压机,其中从卷供应不同的原纸。设备还有利地包括散布粉末涂覆装置。合适的粘结剂材料经由散布粉末涂覆装置供应。
本发明还涉及一种湿摩擦材料,该湿摩擦材料具体地根据上述方法在上述设备上生产。多层湿摩擦材料优选地是用于湿运行应用(诸如在双离合器变速器、自动变速器、摩托车变速器、单固定离合器、差速器、混合动力离合器、转换器锁止离合器、以及同步器中)的基于纤维的摩擦材料。

具体实施方式
在图1中,以简化的截面示出了用于生产在图5中由14指示的湿摩擦材料的上层1。在图2中,以简化的截面示出了用于生产在图5中由14指定的湿摩擦材料的底层2。顶层1和底层2使用常规的纸制造过程彼此独立地生产,该纸制造过程也简称为造纸过程。
在图3中,示意性地示出了在湿摩擦材料14的生产期间,首先将底层2供应到传送带3。借助于两个运输辊4、5来驱动传送带3。
借助于两个粘结剂辊6、7将粘结剂材料层9的形式的粘结剂材料8施加到基板2。然后将顶层1施加到粘结剂材料层9。这产生半成品10,其中粘结剂材料层9尚未硬化。
粘结剂材料是粘合剂,其包含例如树脂,特别是酚醛树脂。粘合剂,特别是树脂,在热量的作用下硬化,使得底层2经由粘结剂材料层9牢固地粘结到顶层1。
图4示意性地指示图3的半成品10在两个压延辊11、12之间通过,以借助于粘结剂材料层9将顶层1粘结到底层2。压延辊11、12有利地被加热以向粘结剂材料层9供应固化所需的热量。这产生中间产品13。
在图5中,湿摩擦材料14以截面示意性地示出。顶层1借助于粘结剂材料层9牢固地粘结到底层2。底层1和顶层2由不同的材料制成。
彼此单独生产的材料在附加过程中,例如在图4所指示的层压或层合过程中彼此连接,以形成图5中所示的多层材料。该过程的特征在于以下事实:在连续或不连续过程中不同的材料通过压力和温度彼此连接。
用于生产湿摩擦材料14的设备20在图6中示意性地示出。设备20包括两个卷21、22,经由这两个该卷来供应不同的原纸23、24。
术语卷指示不同原纸23、24缠绕在其上的卷轴、辊或圆筒。原纸23用于表示湿摩擦材料14的底层2。原纸24用于表示湿摩擦材料14的顶层1。
设备20包括散布粉末涂覆装置27。散布粉末涂覆装置27包括粉末涂布器28,树脂粉末29经由该粉末涂布器施加到基板2。树脂粉末29用于表示基板2上的粘结剂材料层8。
设备20还包括具有两个带31、32的双带压机33,这两个带由驱动辊驱动,该驱动辊并未进一步详细指定。具有粘结剂材料8的底层2首先被供应给在图6中布置在底部处的带31。然后供应原纸24以表示顶层1。在供应原料纸24之前,可经由任选的加热装置30加热底层2上的粘结剂材料8。
在供应原纸24之后,使两个原纸23和24与粘结剂材料8一起通过双壁压机33的带31、32之间。
双带压机33在图6中在顶部和底部处配备有加热装置36、37和冷却装置34、35。加热装置36在图6中被布置在底部处,也就是说在底层2下方。冷却装置35也在图6中被布置在下方,也就是说在底层2下方。冷却装置37在图6中被布置在顶部处,也就是说在顶层1上方。冷却装置34也在图6中被布置在顶层1上方。
利用加热装置36、37,将热量供应到原纸23、24和布置在它们之间的粘结剂材料8。所供应的热量具有以下结果:树脂组分,特别是酚醛树脂组分在底层2、顶层1中以及在粘结剂材料8中硬化,使得产生稳定粘结件,其为湿摩擦材料14。用冷却装置34、35来冷却固化的湿摩擦材料14。然后将冷却的湿运行摩擦材料14缠绕到辊38上。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于生产具有彼此连接的至少一个底层(2)和至少一个顶层(1)的多层湿摩擦材料(14)的方法,其特征在于,在所述底层(2)粘结到所述顶层(1)之前,所述底层(2)和所述顶层(1)最初由不同的材料彼此独立地生产。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述底层(2)和所述顶层(1)由不同的配方生产并作为原纸(23、24)供应。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,顶层配方具有20%至60%的填料、10%至40%的木浆、5%至10%的芳纶和25%至35%的酚醛树脂,并且其特征在于,底层配方具有10%至50%的填料、10%至40%的木浆、5%至10%的芳纶、5%至15%的碳和25%至35%的酚醛树脂。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述底层(2)的基重为每平方米一百克至两百克,所述顶层(1)的基重为每平方米两百克至四百克。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述底层(2)用粘结剂材料(8)涂覆,然后将用所述粘结剂材料(8)涂覆的所述底层(2)连接到所述顶层(1)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述底层(2)用作为粘结剂材料的树脂粉末(29)涂覆。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述不同的材料通过温度和压力的方式彼此连接。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将优选地用粘结剂材料或所述粘结剂材料(8)涂覆的所述底层(2)在层压过程或层合过程中连接到所述顶层(1)。
9.根据权利要求1至7中的一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将优选地用粘结剂材料或所述粘结剂材料(8)涂覆的所述底层(2)在双带压机(33)中连接到所述顶层(1)。
10.一种用于根据前述权利要求中的一项所述的方法来生产具有彼此粘结的至少一个底层(2)和至少一个顶层(1)的多层湿摩擦材料(14)的设备(20)。
