Abstract
本发明公开一种PET薄膜及其生产工艺,该生产工艺具体包括以下步骤:该生产工艺具体包括以下步骤,原料混合干燥,将80‑95份的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与10‑15份的增韧剂进行混合,将混料投入到真空转鼓中进行干燥,熔融挤出,将干燥后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯利用单螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,制得熔体,铸片,将熔融挤出后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯通过熔体计量泵计量后,通过过滤器进行过滤,随后从熔体管道进入模头后从模唇口流延至冷却鼓上形成铸片;本发明所述的一种PET薄膜及其生产工艺,在原有PET膜的基础上,增加了防护涂料,同时设置防水膜衬底,极大的提高了PET膜的防水能力,以及耐高温和防晒能力,提高了PET膜的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及PET薄膜领域,特别涉及一种PET薄膜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
PET薄膜是一种性能比较全面的包装薄膜。其透明性好,有光泽;具有良好的气密性和保香性,防潮性中等,在低温下透湿率下降,PET薄膜的机械性能优良,其强韧性是所有热塑性塑料中最好的,抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般薄膜高得多。
但是现有的PET薄膜在生产过程中存在着一定的不足之处有待改善,现有的PET薄膜作用于外包装时,不具备防晒效果,作为包装薄膜长期暴晒的话容易出现风化和裂开的情况,导致使用寿命短,且PET薄膜防水效果差,存在渗水的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PET薄膜及其生产工艺,解决了PET薄膜的技术问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种PET薄膜,该PET薄膜由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯80-95份,防护涂料30-45份,增韧剂10-15份;
一种PET薄膜的生产工艺,该生产工艺具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:原料混合干燥,将80-95份的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与10-15份的增韧剂进行混合,将混料投入到真空转鼓中进行干燥;
步骤二:熔融挤出,将干燥后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯利用单螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,制得熔体;
步骤三:铸片,将熔融挤出后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯通过熔体计量泵计量后,通过过滤器进行过滤,随后从熔体管道进入模头后从模唇口流延至冷却鼓上形成铸片;
步骤四:拉伸处理,将铸片后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯加热进行拉伸,对拉伸后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯利用冷却机进行冷却定型;
步骤五:防护涂料涂覆,利用涂覆设备将防护涂料涂覆在冷却定型后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯上表面,涂覆过程中,持续对防护涂料进行搅拌,防护涂料涂覆后自然冷却,制得PET膜;
步骤六:防水膜衬底,将三元乙丙橡胶膜利用粘胶剂与PET膜底部进行粘接固定。
进一步,步骤一中真空转鼓对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯进行干燥的干燥温度为65-75℃,干燥时间为6h-8h。
进一步,步骤二中,熔融挤出温度为240-280℃,熔体温度为268-270℃。
进一步,步骤四中冷却机冷却温度为28-30℃。
进一步,步骤五中防护涂料由如下原料组成:聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌和蒸馏水,其中聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌和蒸馏水的比例为2:1:2:1.5,聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌均呈粉末状态,防护涂料的具体制备步骤如下:
S1:首先将聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌粉末采用混合设备进行搅拌混合;
S2:将混合后的粉末与蒸馏水混合,利用搅拌机将蒸馏水与混合粉末进行充分搅拌。
进一步,步骤六中三元乙丙橡胶膜的厚度为0.1-0.125mm。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯初步制得PET膜之后,在其上表面设置防护涂料进行涂覆,利用氧化锌作为防晒材料基层,聚乙烯醇和滑石粉混合作为粘合剂,涂覆在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯表面,使得膜表面形成防晒涂层,提高PET膜表面的抗晒能力,避免PET膜在后期使用暴露在外时长期曝晒导致膜易干燥和脱落的情况出现;通过设置防水膜衬底,在PET膜使用后,采用防水膜衬底,能起到防水的作用,避免水分渗入。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种PET薄膜,该PET薄膜由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯80-95份,防护涂料30-45份,增韧剂10-15份;
一种PET薄膜的生产工艺,该生产工艺具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:原料混合干燥,将80-95份的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与10-15份的增韧剂进行混合,将混料投入到真空转鼓中进行干燥;
步骤二:熔融挤出,将干燥后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯利用单螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,制得熔体;
步骤三:铸片,将熔融挤出后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯通过熔体计量泵计量后,通过过滤器进行过滤,随后从熔体管道进入模头后从模唇口流延至冷却鼓上形成铸片;
步骤四:拉伸处理,将铸片后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯加热进行拉伸,对拉伸后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯利用冷却机进行冷却定型;
步骤五:防护涂料涂覆,利用涂覆设备将防护涂料涂覆在冷却定型后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯上表面,涂覆过程中,持续对防护涂料进行搅拌,防护涂料涂覆后自然冷却,制得PET膜;
步骤六:防水膜衬底,将三元乙丙橡胶膜利用粘胶剂与PET膜底部进行粘接固定。
步骤一中真空转鼓对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯进行干燥的干燥温度为65-75℃,干燥时间为6h-8h。
步骤二中,熔融挤出温度为240-280℃,熔体温度为268-270℃。
步骤四中冷却机冷却温度为28-30℃。

1.一种PET薄膜,其特征在于:该PET薄膜由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯80-95份,防护涂料30-45份,增韧剂10-15份。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的PET薄膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,该生产工艺具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:原料混合干燥,将80-95份的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯与10-15份的增韧剂进行混合,将混料投入到真空转鼓中进行干燥;
步骤二:熔融挤出,将干燥后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯利用单螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,制得熔体;
步骤三:铸片,将熔融挤出后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯通过熔体计量泵计量后,通过过滤器进行过滤,随后从熔体管道进入模头后从模唇口流延至冷却鼓上形成铸片;
步骤四:拉伸处理,将铸片后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯加热进行拉伸,对拉伸后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯利用冷却机进行冷却定型;
步骤五:防护涂料涂覆,利用涂覆设备将防护涂料涂覆在冷却定型后的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯上表面,涂覆过程中,持续对防护涂料进行搅拌,防护涂料涂覆后自然冷却,制得PET膜;
步骤六:防水膜衬底,将三元乙丙橡胶膜利用粘胶剂与PET膜底部进行粘接固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种PET薄膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤一中真空转鼓对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯进行干燥的干燥温度为65-75℃,干燥时间为6h-8h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种PET薄膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤二中,熔融挤出温度为240-280℃,熔体温度为268-270℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种PET薄膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤四中冷却机冷却温度为28-30℃。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种PET薄膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤五中防护涂料由如下原料组成:聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌和蒸馏水,其中聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌和蒸馏水的比例为2:1:2:1.5,聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌均呈粉末状态,防护涂料的具体制备步骤如下:
S1:首先将聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、氧化锌粉末采用混合设备进行搅拌混合;
S2:将混合后的粉末与蒸馏水混合,利用搅拌机将蒸馏水与混合粉末进行充分搅拌。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种PET薄膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤六中三元乙丙橡胶膜的厚度为0.1-0.125mm。
