Abstract
本发明涉及油箱护板技术领域,具体为一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,包括护板本体,所述护板本体表面的拐角位置处皆设置有安装螺栓,所述护板本体的表面开设有等间距的放置槽,且放置槽内部的两侧皆固定有加强筋。本发明不仅实现了油箱护板使用时便于安装的功能,实现了油箱护使用时防腐、阻燃以及耐磨的功能,实现了油箱护板使用时具有减震的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及油箱护板技术领域,具体为一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板。
背景技术
油箱护板是根据各种不同油箱定身设计的防护装置,其设计首先是用来保护原车油箱防止行驶时的各种磕碰对油箱的磨损刮破,其次是为了行驶过程中防止由于凹凸不平的路面对油箱造成撞击而造成油箱的损坏,通过一系列设计达到延长油箱的使用寿命,避免出行过程中由于外在因素导致油箱损坏。
现今市场上的油箱护板种类繁多,基本可以满足人们的使用需求,但是依然存在一定的问题,具体问题有以下几点:
1、油箱护板在使用时很难实现便于安装的功能,从而降低了安装油箱护板时的工作效率;
2、油箱护板在使用过程中很少设置防腐、阻燃以及耐磨的功能,从而缩短了油箱护板的使用寿命;
3、油箱护板在使用时难以实现减震的功能,从而降低了油箱护板使用时对油箱的防护效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,以解决上述背景技术中提出油箱护板很难实现便于安装的功能,很少实现防腐、阻燃以及耐磨的功能,以及很少设置减震的功能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,包括护板本体,所述护板本体表面的拐角位置处皆设置有安装螺栓,所述护板本体的表面开设有等间距的放置槽,且放置槽内部的两侧皆固定有加强筋。
优选的,所述安装螺栓包括安装槽、固定槽、固定螺栓以及锁止块,所述护板本体内部的拐角位置处皆开设有安装槽,且安装槽与安装螺栓相配合,所述安装槽一侧护板本体的内部皆开设有固定槽。
优选的,所述安装螺栓一侧护板本体的表面皆设置有固定螺栓,且固定螺栓的一端皆贯穿护板本体并延伸至固定槽的内部,所述固定螺栓的一端皆铰接有锁止块,且锁止块与安装螺栓相配合。
优选的,所述护板本体的内部固定有耐磨层,且耐磨层的下方固定有阻燃层,并且阻燃层的下方固定有防腐橡胶层。
优选的,所述防腐橡胶层的下方固定有减震棉层,且减震棉层由橡胶缓冲垫、弹性套以及弹性填充块构成。
优选的,所述减震棉层的内部固定有橡胶缓冲垫,且橡胶缓冲垫的内部固定有等间距的弹性套,并且弹性套的内部皆填塞有弹性填充块。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该便于安装的铝合金油箱护板不仅实现了油箱护板使用时便于安装的功能,实现了油箱护使用时防腐、阻燃以及耐磨的功能,而且实现了油箱护板使用时具有减震的功能;
1、通过设置有固定螺栓、锁止块、安装螺栓以及安装槽,在安装面上确定安装孔,依次反向旋转固定螺栓,使其带动锁止块与安装螺栓相分离,使安装螺栓在安装槽的作用下贯穿至安装孔的内部,随后旋转固定螺栓,使其带动锁止块将安装螺栓锁止,实现了油箱护板使用时便于安装的功能,从而提高了安装油箱护板时的工作效率;
2、通过设置有防腐橡胶层、阻燃层以及耐磨层,在防腐橡胶层的作用下防止油箱护板出现腐烂的现象,在阻燃层的作用下对火焰有效的进行阻隔,在耐磨层的作用下对油箱护板产生的摩擦力进行削减,实现了油箱护使用时防腐、阻燃以及耐磨的功能,从而延长了油箱护板的使用寿命;
3、通过设置有橡胶缓冲垫、弹性套以及弹性填充块,当油箱护板与油箱接触时,橡胶缓冲垫受到挤压,在弹性套和弹性填充块的共同作用下对受到的压力进行缓冲,实现了油箱护板使用时具有减震的功能,从而提高了油箱护板使用时对油箱的防护效果。

本发明提供的一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板的结构如图1、图2、图3、图4以及图6所示,包括护板本体1,护板本体1表面的拐角位置处皆设置有安装螺栓2,且安装螺栓2包括安装槽201、固定槽202、固定螺栓203以及锁止块204,护板本体1内部的拐角位置处皆开设有安装槽201,且安装槽201与安装螺栓2相配合,安装槽201一侧护板本体1的内部皆开设有固定槽202,安装螺栓2一侧护板本体1的表面皆设置有固定螺栓203,且固定螺栓203的一端皆贯穿护板本体1并延伸至固定槽202的内部,固定螺栓203的一端皆铰接有锁止块204,且锁止块204与安装螺栓2相配合,用于实现油箱护板使用时便于安装的功能;
进一步地,如图3、图4以及图5所示,护板本体1的表面开设有等间距的放置槽3,且放置槽3内部的两侧皆固定有加强筋301,护板本体1的内部固定有耐磨层401,且耐磨层401的下方固定有阻燃层402,并且阻燃层402的下方固定有防腐橡胶层4,用于实现油箱护使用时防腐、阻燃以及耐磨的功能;
进一步地,如图3、图4以及图7所示,防腐橡胶层4的下方固定有减震棉层5,且减震棉层5由橡胶缓冲垫501、弹性套502以及弹性填充块503构成,减震棉层5的内部固定有橡胶缓冲垫501,且橡胶缓冲垫501的内部固定有等间距的弹性套502,并且弹性套502的内部皆填塞有弹性填充块503,用于实现油箱护板使用时具有减震的功能。
工作原理:使用时,首先在安装面上确定安装孔,依次反向旋转固定螺栓203,使其带动锁止块204与安装螺栓2相分离,使安装螺栓2在安装槽201的作用下贯穿至安装孔的内部,随后旋转固定螺栓203,使其带动锁止块204将安装螺栓2锁止,实现了油箱护板使用时便于安装的功能,从而提高了安装油箱护板时的工作效率;
使用过程中,在防腐橡胶层4的作用下防止油箱护板出现腐烂的现象,在阻燃层402的作用下对火焰有效的进行阻隔,在耐磨层401的作用下对油箱护板产生的摩擦力进行削减,实现了油箱护使用时防腐、阻燃以及耐磨的功能,从而延长了油箱护板的使用寿命;
当油箱护板与油箱接触时,橡胶缓冲垫501受到挤压,在弹性套502和弹性填充块503的共同作用下对受到的压力进行缓冲,实现了油箱护板使用时具有减震的功能,从而提高了油箱护板使用时对油箱的防护效果,最终完成油箱护板的使用工作。

1.一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,包括护板本体(1),其特征在于:所述护板本体(1)表面的拐角位置处皆设置有安装螺栓(2),所述护板本体(1)的表面开设有等间距的放置槽(3),且放置槽(3)内部的两侧皆固定有加强筋(301)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,其特征在于:所述安装螺栓(2)包括安装槽(201)、固定槽(202)、固定螺栓(203)以及锁止块(204),所述护板本体(1)内部的拐角位置处皆开设有安装槽(201),且安装槽(201)与安装螺栓(2)相配合,所述安装槽(201)一侧护板本体(1)的内部皆开设有固定槽(202)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,其特征在于:所述安装螺栓(2)一侧护板本体(1)的表面皆设置有固定螺栓(203),且固定螺栓(203)的一端皆贯穿护板本体(1)并延伸至固定槽(202)的内部,所述固定螺栓(203)的一端皆铰接有锁止块(204),且锁止块(204)与安装螺栓(2)相配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,其特征在于:所述护板本体(1)的内部固定有耐磨层(401),且耐磨层(401)的下方固定有阻燃层(402),并且阻燃层(402)的下方固定有防腐橡胶层(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,其特征在于:所述防腐橡胶层(4)的下方固定有减震棉层(5),且减震棉层(5)由橡胶缓冲垫(501)、弹性套(502)以及弹性填充块(503)构成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便于安装的铝合金油箱护板,其特征在于:所述减震棉层(5)的内部固定有橡胶缓冲垫(501),且橡胶缓冲垫(501)的内部固定有等间距的弹性套(502),并且弹性套(502)的内部皆填塞有弹性填充块(503)。
