Abstract

Background

In spring and summer, when mosquitoes breed vigorously, the mosquitoes are easy to bite in daily life, skin itch and stabbing pain are caused, the skin biting part is increased continuously, and the skin is broken and ulcerated due to factors such as friction or hand grasping. People have stronger requirements on mosquito prevention and itching relief. Along with the popularization of scientific knowledge, people have mild requirements on mosquito-proof products, and the mosquito-proof products are nontoxic and low-irritation mild products, so that the mosquito-proof and itching-relieving effects are achieved.

In the itching relieving balm, cooling agents such as menthol, borneol, menthyl lactate and the like are mostly used to provide immediate cooling stimulation to the skin to achieve a transient itching relieving effect, but the menthol, the borneol and the like have relatively high volatility, strong and short cooling effect and poor itching relieving effect. On the other hand, the cool feeling agent has large irritation, easily causes skin problems such as irritation, allergy, inflammation and the like to human skin, and meanwhile, the cool feeling agent has large addition amount, has relatively pungent smell, and easily causes irritation to respiratory tracts of human bodies, especially infants and children.

Most of the itching relieving balms are ointment system products, the stability of the ointment products is greatly influenced by temperature seasons, the ointment products are stored in places with high temperature, and the phenomena of softening, oil production, thinning and the like are easy to occur in the products. Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the plant composition which has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, repairing allergy, sterilizing, relieving itching, preventing and treating mosquito bites, emits light and natural smell and does not cause irritation to respiratory tracts.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a plant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-5 parts of lavender oil, 0.1-3 parts of citronella oil, 0.1-3 parts of argy wormwood leaf oil, 0.1-10 parts of lithospermum oil, 0.1-3 parts of rosemary leaf oil and 0.1-3 parts of bisabolol.

Lavender oil as a fragrance, as an antibacterial and insect repellent, to improve the barrier function of the skin, as an anti-inflammatory and as a moisturizer; the blumea oil has an inhibiting effect on the portable activation of nuclear factors, which shows that the blumea oil has anti-inflammation, can promote the synthesis of collagen, has oxidation resistance, can be used for skin-activating cosmetics, has broad-spectrum antibacterial property and has an antibacterial effect; the citronella oil has faint scent, and has antibacterial and antioxidant effects, so that the skin is clear and moist; the arnebia oil has anti-inflammatory effect, can promote the activity of cathepsin, and can enhance the metabolism of skin cells; the rosemary leaf oil has the activities of sterilization, disinsection, inflammation diminishing and the like, has strong killing power to mosquitoes, has the inhibition effect on elastase and collagenase, has the skin activating effect, and also has certain anti-inflammatory and astringent effects; the bisabolol has the functions of anti-allergy, anti-irritation and auxiliary synergism.

The plant composition provided by the invention has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, repairing allergy, sterilizing, relieving itching, preventing and treating mosquito bites, and simultaneously has a light and natural smell without stimulating respiratory tracts by reasonable proportioning.

Preferably, the plant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-3 parts of lavender oil, 0.3-2.5 parts of citronella oil, 0.3-2.5 parts of blumea oil, 0.5-5 parts of lithospermum oil, 0.2-2 parts of rosemary leaf oil and 0.3-2.5 parts of bisabolol.

According to the invention, the lavender oil, the citronella oil, the blumea oil, the lithospermum oil, the rosemary leaf oil and the bisabolol are combined to obtain the plant composition, and the plant composition has good effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, repairing allergy, sterilizing and relieving itching after being compounded, and has excellent effects of preventing and treating mosquito bites. Meanwhile, the emitted light natural smell is lasting and natural.

Preferably, the plant composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-1.5 parts of lavender oil, 0.3-1.5 parts of citronella oil, 0.3-2 parts of blumea oil, 1-3 parts of lithospermum oil, 0.3-1.5 parts of rosemary leaf oil and 0.3-2 parts of bisabolol.

In the plant composition, the proportion of the components can influence the influence, and researches show that the mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving ointment has better mosquito-repelling and itching-relieving effects within the preferable range.

In addition, the invention also provides application of the plant composition in mosquito repellent products.

Furthermore, the invention also provides a mosquito-repellent itching-relieving ointment containing the plant composition.

Preferably, the mosquito-repellent itching-relieving paste also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of mineral oil, 2-15 parts of polyisobutylene, 1-30 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1-10 parts of polyethylene, 1-10 parts of beeswax, 5-40 parts of cocoa seed fat, 0.5-10 parts of ozokerite, 0.5-5 parts of antioxidant and 0.01-0.5 part of preservative.

Polyisobutylene is a saturated linear polymer used as a binder in cosmetics; the microcrystalline wax is a safe component and additive, is used as an adhesive and an emulsion stabilizer in cosmetics, has excellent elasticity and viscosity, and is a soft wax which can reduce oily feeling and greasiness when being applied, increase the melting point of the paste and improve the heat-resistant stability of the product; the polyethylene is odorless and nontoxic, feels like wax, has excellent low-temperature resistance, can keep soft at low temperature, and has high melting point, so that the heat-resistant stability of the product can be improved; the cocoa seed ester is excellent oil in cosmetics, can nourish skin, has good permeability, can promote skin metabolism, has the effect of resisting aging by combining the oxidation resistance of the cocoa seed ester, and has the effects of resisting allergy and relieving by inhibiting histamine release; the ceresin wax is used as an antistatic agent and an adhesive in cosmetics, belongs to natural mineral wax, has the characteristics of high melting point and hard molding, can endow a product with certain hardness, and improves the heat-resistant stability of the product;

preferably, the mosquito-repellent itching-relieving paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of mineral oil, 3-13 parts of polyisobutylene, 5-25 parts of microcrystalline wax, 2-8 parts of polyethylene, 2-8 parts of beeswax, 10-30 parts of cocoa seed fat, 1-8 parts of ozokerite, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 0.05-0.3 part of preservative.

Preferably, the mosquito-repellent itching-relieving paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of mineral oil, 4-10 parts of polyisobutylene, 10-20 parts of microcrystalline wax, 3-7 parts of polyethylene, 3-6 parts of beeswax, 15-25 parts of cocoa seed fat, 2-5 parts of ozokerite, 1-2 parts of antioxidant and 0.05-0.15 part of preservative.

Preferably, the mineral oil is at least one of 5# white oil, 7# white oil, 9# white oil, 15# white oil and 26# white oil, the beeswax is at least one of white beeswax and synthetic beeswax, the antioxidant is at least one of vitamin E, butylated hydroxytoluene, tocopherol acetate and butylated hydroxyanisole, and the preservative is at least one of propyl hydroxybenzoate, methyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol and benzyl alcohol.

Mineral oil is used as emollient in cosmetics, is colorless and tasteless, has high hypoallergenic safety degree, and has antistatic effect; meanwhile, the mineral oil has a sealing effect, a protective film can be formed on the surface of the skin, the loss of skin moisture is protected, the volatility of components in the formula is reduced, and the effect is exerted to a greater extent; the beeswax belongs to animal wax, is used as a softening agent in cosmetics, has the functions of nourishing and softening skin, and increases the viscosity and the durability of the product; the antioxidant can protect the vegetable oil in the formula and prevent or delay the rancidity of the oil.

In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the mosquito-repellent itching-relieving paste, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing mineral oil, polyisobutylene, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene, beeswax, ceresin and cacao seed fat, stirring, and heating until the solid is completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;

(2) and (2) cooling the mixed liquor A obtained in the step (1), sequentially adding an antioxidant, a preservative and a plant composition, and stirring for 20-30min to prepare the mosquito-repelling itching-relieving paste.

Preferably, in the step (1), the heating temperature is 85-95 ℃, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

Preferably, in the step (2), the temperature of the mixed solution A is reduced to 60-70 ℃, the mosquito-repelling itching-relieving ointment is prepared, then sampling and detecting are carried out, and filling is carried out after the mosquito-repelling itching-relieving ointment is qualified.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the plant composition provided by the invention has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, repairing and resisting allergy, sterilizing and relieving itching, and preventing and treating mosquito bites, and meanwhile, the emitted smell is light and natural, and the respiratory tract cannot be stimulated.

(2) Meanwhile, the mosquito-repelling itching-relieving cream provided by the invention has the advantages that the proportion of oil to wax is set, so that the product passes a strict high-low temperature stability test experiment, the appearance is very bright, the product is quickly molded and forms cream, and the cream is not influenced by climate temperature, seasons and the like.

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.

The present application sets forth the components and parts by weight selections for the plant compositions of examples 1-6, specific examples 1-6 as shown in table 1, and the components and parts by weight selections for the other components of specific examples 1-6 as shown in table 2:

Examples 1 to 6 the mosquito repellent antipruritic cream is prepared by weighing the components in the parts by weight shown in tables 1 and 2 as follows: (1) mixing mineral oil, polyisobutylene, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene, beeswax, ceresin and cacao seed fat, stirring, and heating until the solid is completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;

(2) and (2) cooling the mixed liquor A obtained in the step (1), sequentially adding an antioxidant, a preservative and a plant composition, and stirring for 20-30min to prepare the mosquito-repelling itching-relieving paste.

Meanwhile, the present application sets comparative examples 1 to 8, components and parts by weight of the plant composition in comparative examples 1 to 7 are shown in table 3, and the remaining components and parts by weight, and preparation method are exactly the same as example 5. Comparative example 8 is the itching relieving ointment of Rana Nigromaculata semen for children.

Test example 1 antipruritic effect test

Test subjects: 30 volunteers (male-15, female-15) with normal skin status of 18-25 years old

The test process comprises the following steps: selecting 6 parts of left and right hands for histamine spot-coating test

Test determination parameters: (1) degree of redness and swelling of skin: visual scoring; (2) itch feeling: subjective sensory test results of the subjects

The results of the antipruritic effect test for examples and comparative examples are shown in tables 4 and 5:

As can be seen from Table 4, the itching relieving balms provided by the embodiment of the invention have good itching relieving effect, and can achieve the itching relieving effect within 9 minutes, while the comparative example 8 is the common Rana chensinensis children lithospermum itching relieving balm on the market, and the itching relieving effect is 27 minutes, and the itching relieving effect provided by the embodiment is obviously superior to that of the comparative example 8.

The itching relieving balsam provided by the comparative example 7 has the itching relieving time of 18min, only 5 plant compositions are contained in the comparative examples 1 to 3, only 4 plant compositions are contained in the comparative examples 4 to 6, the lavender oil, the citronella oil and the argy wormwood oil in the plant compositions are not contained in the comparative example 7, and only 3 plant compositions are contained in the comparative example 7, so that the itching relieving effect is greatly reduced, and the synergistic effect of the lavender oil, the citronella oil and the argy wormwood oil in the plant compositions is shown.

The results of the tests for the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the examples and comparative examples are shown in tables 6 and 7:

Table 6 shows that the itching relieving balm provided by the embodiment of the present invention has good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and can achieve the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects within 8 minutes, while the comparative example 8 is a common rana japonica and prince children lithospermum itching relieving balm on the market, and the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects are achieved for 25 minutes, and the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects provided by the embodiment are significantly better than the comparative example 8.

The itching relieving balm provided by the comparative example 7 has the average time for skin redness to subside of 17min, the comparative example 7 does not contain the lavender oil, the citronella oil and the blumea oil in the plant composition, only contains 3 of the plant compositions, and the average time for skin redness to subside is obviously increased, which shows that the lavender oil, the citronella oil and the blumea oil in the plant composition have a synergistic effect. The average time value for eliminating the skin redness is 11-12min in comparative examples 1-3, and the average time value for eliminating the skin redness is 13-15min in comparative examples 4-6, which shows that the plant composition provided by the invention is applied to the itching relieving balm, and the components are matched with each other, so that good effects of eliminating redness, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation are achieved.

Test example 2 stability test

Test objects: example balm and comparative example balm

The testing process comprises the following steps: 1. the refrigerator is adjusted to-15 ℃, two samples are taken respectively, one sample is placed in the refrigerator and kept for 24 hours, then the sample is taken out, the room temperature is recovered, the sample is compared with the other sample, and whether phenomena such as thinning, color change, layering, hardness change and the like exist or not is observed, so that the cold resistance of the product is judged. 2. The method comprises the steps of firstly adjusting an electric heating constant-temperature incubator to 52 ℃, then respectively taking two samples, placing one sample in the electric heating constant-temperature incubator for 24 hours, taking out the sample, recovering the room temperature, then comparing the sample with the other sample, and observing whether the sample has phenomena of thinning, color change, layering, hardness change and the like so as to judge the heat resistance of the product.

The invention is provided with comparative examples 9-11, the components, the parts by weight and the preparation method of the plant composition in the comparative examples 9-11 are completely the same as the example 5, and the components and the parts by weight of the comparative examples 9-11 are shown in the table 8:

As can be seen from Table 8, the antipruritic balms provided by the examples of the invention all have better stability test results, and the stability provided by the examples is obviously better than that of the comparative examples. Therefore, the microcrystalline wax, the polyethylene and the ozokerite which are reasonably matched in proportion are very important to the stability of the paste, and the stability is not essential.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The plant composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-5 parts of lavender oil, 0.1-3 parts of citronella oil, 0.1-3 parts of argy wormwood leaf oil, 0.1-10 parts of lithospermum oil, 0.1-3 parts of rosemary leaf oil and 0.1-3 parts of bisabolol.

2. The plant composition of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-3 parts of lavender oil, 0.3-2.5 parts of citronella oil, 0.3-2.5 parts of blumea oil, 0.5-5 parts of lithospermum oil, 0.2-2 parts of rosemary leaf oil and 0.3-2.5 parts of bisabolol.

3. The plant composition of claim 2, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-1.5 parts of lavender oil, 0.3-1.5 parts of citronella oil, 0.3-2 parts of blumea oil, 1-3 parts of lithospermum oil, 0.3-1.5 parts of rosemary leaf oil and 0.3-2 parts of bisabolol.

4. Use of a plant composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in mosquito repellent products.

5. A mosquito-repellent itching-relieving ointment characterized by comprising the plant composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3.

A mosquito-repelling itching-relieving cream as claimed in claim 5, further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of mineral oil, 2-15 parts of polyisobutylene, 1-30 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1-10 parts of polyethylene, 1-10 parts of beeswax, 5-40 parts of cocoa seed fat, 0.5-10 parts of ozokerite, 0.5-5 parts of antioxidant and 0.01-0.5 part of preservative.

A mosquito-repelling itching-relieving cream as claimed in claim 6, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-60 parts of mineral oil, 3-13 parts of polyisobutylene, 5-25 parts of microcrystalline wax, 2-8 parts of polyethylene, 2-8 parts of beeswax, 10-30 parts of cocoa seed fat, 1-8 parts of ozokerite, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 0.05-0.3 part of preservative.

A mosquito-repelling itching-relieving cream as claimed in claim 7, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-55 parts of mineral oil, 4-10 parts of polyisobutylene, 10-20 parts of microcrystalline wax, 3-7 parts of polyethylene, 3-6 parts of beeswax, 15-25 parts of cocoa seed fat, 2-5 parts of ozokerite, 1-2 parts of antioxidant and 0.05-0.15 part of preservative.

A mosquito-repellent itching-relieving cream according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the mineral oil is at least one of 5# white oil, 7# white oil, 9# white oil, 15# white oil and 26# white oil, the beeswax is at least one of white beeswax and synthetic beeswax, the antioxidant is at least one of vitamin E, butylated hydroxytoluene, tocopherol acetate and butylated hydroxyanisole, and the preservative is at least one of propylparaben, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol and benzyl alcohol.

10. A method for preparing a mosquito-repellent itching-relieving ointment as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing mineral oil, polyisobutylene, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene, beeswax, ceresin and cacao seed fat, stirring, and heating until the solid is completely dissolved to obtain a mixed solution A;

(2) and (2) cooling the mixed liquor A obtained in the step (1), sequentially adding an antioxidant, a preservative and a plant composition, and stirring for 20-30min to prepare the mosquito-repelling itching-relieving paste.
