(1) seed treatment: selecting full and mature seeds of Adonis amurensis to remove pericarp, soaking the seeds in a soaking solution for 2-3min, washing twice with clear water, mixing the fine sand with 50-100mg/L indoleacetic acid water solution, and storing the mixture and the treated seeds in the shade at 3-7 deg.C;
(2) accelerating germination of seeds: spreading the seeds stored for 90-100 days on a culture medium, covering a layer of culture medium on the seeds, accelerating germination at 23-27 ℃ under indoor conditions, and spraying water once every 6-8 hours until the germination length of more than 90% of the seeds at the lower end exceeds 5mm, so that accelerating germination is completed;
(3) sowing and seedling raising: sowing seeds subjected to germination acceleration in a seedling bed, wherein the burial depth is 0.7-2cm, and watering a seedling tray thoroughly with water after sowing, so that the temperature of the seedling tray is kept at 20-25 ℃, and the humidity is kept at 60-70%;
(4) transplanting: transplanting together with soil in the seedling raising plate when the stem thickness of the calendula seedling in the seedling raising plate is more than or equal to 0.3cm, the plant height is 15-20cm and 3-4 pairs of true leaves appear; one month before transplanting, land preparation and fertilization are carried out on the transplanting land, and 1000 plus-mature farmyard manure and 1500 kg and 10-20 kg of ternary compound fertilizer are applied to each mu;
(5) field management: and after seedling buffering, before bolting, thinning and final singling are carried out, the distance between seedlings is 3-5 cm, a foliar fertilizer is sprayed in the lotus-shaped initial stage, a ternary compound fertilizer topdressing is carried out in 7 middle-ten days, and the foliar fertilizer is sprayed for 1 time every 10 days in the flower picking period until the flower picking is finished.
