Abstract
本发明公开了一种Z型编织支架。关键是筒状的编织支架由至少两根编织丝反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,并旋转构成筒状,并由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸,其中编织丝I的第一、二圈弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上,第三到第N圈弯折点按螺旋角α的螺旋方式向另一端延伸,第N+1圈和第N+2圈的弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上;编织丝II反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,编织丝I、II在对应的弯折点处相互钩住,并编织丝II由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸。本发明具有非常独特的技术特性,避免对人体的腔体施加不必要或有害的作用力。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种可植入人体器官内的支架,特别是涉及一种独特的变形性能的编织支架。
背景技术:
随着医疗技术的发展,人体的多种疾病的治疗发展到介入性治疗,其中使用最为普及的就是血管支架,其基本构成是由记忆合金丝编织成半径不同的管状结构,支架在径向和轴向均可变形以置入输送装置,输送装置进入人体的特定位置后,释放出支架以支撑血管以维持或导通血液的流动。因此支架的可变形是现有支架的一个普遍特性,同时支架在释放状态为预设的基本形态,再变形如随人体器官的结构,则再变形的支架会有一个变形力,该变形力会作用于人体的器官,在使用过程中,轻则使病人不适,重则会出现对器官的伤害,导致出现医疗事故。因此,由于人体器官的多样性,现有的编织结构的支架难以适应各种器官的需求和治疗的要求,故设计特定结构的支架以解决不同的需求就是一个急待解决的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的是公开一种具有特定的编织结构的支架,以解决特定要求的治疗。
实现本发明的技术解决方案如下:关键是筒状的编织支架由至少两根编织丝I反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,并旋转构成筒状,并由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸,其中编织丝I的第一、二圈弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上,第三到第N圈弯折点按螺旋角α的螺旋方式向另一端延伸,第N+1圈和第N+2圈的弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上;编织丝II反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,编织丝I、II在对应的弯折点处相互钩住,并编织丝II由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸。
所述的编织支架的螺旋角α为10°~50°。
所述的编织支架的编织丝I、II的弯折角β为30°~60°。
所述的编织支架的第三圈至第N圈的编织丝I、II的螺旋间距S为0.2~10mm。
所述的编织支架由多根编织丝构成,其中可降解材料的编织丝占多根编织丝的1/3~2/3。
所述的筒状的编织丝支架的一端设有由编织丝构成的多根牵引丝,多根牵引丝汇聚并与连接端头固接。
所述的连接端头为偏心设置。
本发明公开的上述技术方案具有非常独特的技术特性,该编织支架轴向可变形压缩,而轴向基本不可变形拉伸,其原因就在于每一个弯折点就是编织丝I、II的相互钩住的点,或视为限位点,限制轴向拉伸变长,而不限制在弯折点的轴向分离压缩,并且在压缩时,筒状编织支架的半径基本不变,因此整个筒状编织支架的半径基本不变;本发明的另一个特性就是整个编织支架可以弯曲变形,且在失去外力后,变形后的编织支架仍可保持变形后的状态,也就是说变形后的编织支架基本不具有恢复原状的内部弹力,这对编织支架置入人体后的长时间留置极有益处,避免对人体的腔体施加不必要或有害的作用力。

结合说明书附图给出本发明的具体实施方式的详细描述,需要指出的是具体实施方式的详细描述是为便于对本发明技术实质的理解,而不应视为是对本发明的权利要求保护范围的限制。
请参见图1~图6,本发明的具体实施例的技术解决方案是:筒状的编织支架的编织丝I反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,并旋转构成筒状,并由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸,其中第一、二圈弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上,第三到第N圈弯折点按螺旋角α的螺旋方式向另一端延伸,第N+1圈和第N+2圈的弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上;编织丝II反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,编织丝I、II在对应的弯折点处相互钩住,并编织丝II由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸。本发明的上述的技术方案构成的筒状编织支架的结构如图1所示,为更好地理解上述的三维立体结构,将图1所示的筒状编织支架沿轴向方向切断支架并平面展开,图2所示的是编织丝I的平面展开状态的结构,图3所示的是另一编织丝II的平面展开状态的结构;如图2所示,a与a1实际为同一点,即a=a1,同理,b=b1,...,P=P1,如图2中的箭头所示,编织丝I从a点反复Z字型连续弯折至a1点,弯折段的长度相同,即回到a点,再按箭头所示开始第二圈的反复弯折,该圈的编织丝I的弯折段的长度渐增,到b1点后,开始第三圈的反复弯折,并重复至第N圈,且编织丝I的弯折段的长度相同,在第N+1段的编织丝I的弯折段的长度渐增,最后第N+1段的编织丝I的弯折段的长度相同,构成本发明的编织丝I的结构;图2所示的是另一编织丝II的平面展开状态的结构,编织丝II同样反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,并且编织丝I、II在对应的弯折点处相互钩住(图4所示)。如图2、3所示,线段aa1和bb1上的多个弯折点为第一、二圈弯折点,且第一、二圈的弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上,而第三至第N圈的弯折点按螺旋角α的螺旋方式向另一端延伸,而第N+1圈和第N+2圈的弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上。上述的本发明由于编织丝I、II在弯折点相互钩住制约,当筒状编织支架受到轴向拉力时,编织支架基本不产生拉伸变形,同时也不会产生半径的变化,当编织支架受到轴向压缩力时,弯折点处的相互钩住的结构不会约束编织丝I、II向中心或中间位置的位移,也就是说每一弯折点的编织丝I、II会脱离钩住状态,即编织支架整体上呈现长度变短或压缩状态,同样编织支架的半径不发生变化,整个编织支架为一个松弛状态;当编织支架置入人体的管腔时,本发明的编织支架不产生半径的变化而不会对人体管腔的壁面施加作用力,可避免人体管腔的受损。当人体管腔为弯曲状态,上述的编织支架随人体管腔弯曲,弯曲状的编织支架的内弯曲部分类似于上述的压缩状态,编织丝I、II的部分弯折点脱离,即该内弯曲部分为松弛状态,而编织支架的外弯曲部分虽然保持钩住状态,但同时不会产生弯曲后的反弹力,整个整体编织支架在整体弯曲时整体为松弛状态,不会产生整体弯曲后的弹力,故弯曲状的编织支架不会产生作用于人体管腔的作用力,避免对人体管腔的损伤,或本发明的编织支架可以任意变形弯曲,并保持弯曲变形的状态。本发明特别适合弯曲状的人体管腔,如人体直径较大的弯曲状的肠道,或人体脑部较细的脑血管,本发明的编织支架极大地提高了安全性。
为制备适合各种状态人体管腔的编织支架,所述的编织支架的螺旋角α为10°~50°,这可提供不同的收缩率的编织支架,所述的编织支架的编织丝I、II的弯折角β为30°~60°,该弯折角β的不同可使编织支架的编织网格密度变化,进而调整整个编织支架的径向支撑力,该弯折角β优选为35°~45°;编织支架的第三圈至第N圈的编织丝I、II的螺旋间距S为0.2~10mm,这可适应不同直径的编织支架的状况;所述的编织支架由多根编织丝构成,前述的编织丝I、II均为一根长丝,即两根长丝就可编织出本发明的编织支架,但制备过程的生产效率会降低,多根编织丝则可大幅提高编织效率,其中可降解材料的编织丝占多根编织丝的1/3~2/3,例如编织支架由三根编织丝按前述的编织结构构成,两根为金属合金丝,一根为可降解材料制备的编织丝,或编织支架由四根编织丝构成,两根为金属合金丝,两根为可降解材料制备的编织丝,当然亦可以是五根丝或六根丝构成编织支架,上述的可降解材料编织丝可按上述的编织丝的结构进行编织;或可以与金属合金编织丝混拧后进行编织,混拧的金属合金丝的直径可以降低且并不降低编织支架初始的径向支撑力,在进入人体一段时间后,可降解编织丝被降解,这降低了人体管腔内的金属量,降低人体对异物的排异反应。
本发明在使用时,通过强制的径向压缩而置于一个输送管体,然后送入人体的需要的管腔,释放后编织支架恢复至预设的常态的状态,起到对管腔的支撑作用,实际使用一段时间后,需要将上述的编织支架从人体内取出,故筒状的编织支架的一端设有由编织丝构成的多根的牵引丝1,多根牵引丝1汇聚并与连接端头2固接,通过输入人体管腔的抓捕装置与连接端头2连接而回收编织支架并取出人体,为避免连接端头2对人体管腔内的可移动物的影响,上述的连接端头2为偏心设置,也就是说连接端头2位于编织支架的管腔编织壁面的延长线上,可减少阻挡液体流动提高治疗效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种Z型编织支架,其特征在于筒状的编织支架由至少两根编织丝反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,并旋转构成筒状,并由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸,其中编织丝I的第一、二圈弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上,第三到第N圈弯折点按螺旋角α的螺旋方式向另一端延伸,第N+1圈和第N+2圈的弯折点位于同一半径的圆周上;编织丝II反复Z字型连续弯折形成多个弯折点,编织丝I、II在对应的弯折点处相互钩住,并编织丝II由筒状的一端向另一端旋转延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的Z型编织支架,其特征在于所述的编织支架的螺旋角α为10°~50°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的Z型编织支架,其特征在于所述的编织支架的编织丝I、II的弯折角β为30°~60°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的Z型编织支架,其特征在于所述的编织支架的第三圈至第N圈的编织丝I、II的螺旋间距S为0.2~10mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的Z型编织支架,其特征在于所述的编织支架由多根编织丝构成,其中可降解材料的编织丝占多根编织丝的1/3~2/3。
6.根据权利要求5所述的Z型编织支架,其特征在于所述的筒状的编织支架的一端设有由编织丝构成的多根牵引丝(1),多根牵引丝(1)汇聚并与连接端头(2)固接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的Z型编织支架,其特征在于所述的连接端头(2)为偏心设置。
