Abstract
一种阵列基板和显示装置。该阵列基板(100)包括衬底基板(110)、第一电极(120)、第一绝缘层(130)和第二电极(140)。第一电极(120)位于衬底基板(110)上;第一绝缘层(130)位于第一电极(120)远离衬底基板(110)的一侧;第二电极(140)位于第一绝缘层(130)远离第一电极(120)的一侧。第二电极(140)中设置有第一过孔(141)以及与第一过孔(141)相连通且从第一过孔(141)延伸至第二电极(140)的边缘的狭缝(142),第一电极(120)在衬底基板(110)上的正投影完全落入第二电极(140)、第一过孔(141)和狭缝(142)在衬底基板(110)上的正投影。此时,第一电极(120)、第二电极(140)、和第一绝缘层(130)可构成电容器(Cst)。该阵列基板可保证在发生对位偏差时该电容器的实际电容值与设计值保持一致,进而可提高采用该阵列基板的显示装置的良率。
