Description

Rumen-bypass feed additive special for beef cattle and sheep in later fattening period and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed additives, and particularly relates to a rumen-bypass feed additive special for beef cattle and sheep at the later fattening period, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the aspect of protein utilization of feed, one part of ruminant is degraded, converted and synthesized in a rumen way through the action of rumen microorganisms, and the other part of ruminant enters a small intestine way for further digestion and utilization. Due to the action of rumen microorganisms, the effective utilization rate is reduced by directly adding amino acid or protein into ruminant feed due to the degradation of rumen microorganisms, and the amount of amino acid which can be absorbed and utilized finally reaches the small intestine is reduced, so that the application of a rumen-bypass protection technology is necessary. Many researches show that adding rumen-bypass amino acid into ruminant feed has important significance for improving the feed utilization rate, reducing the waste of protein and amino acid, reducing the production cost and improving the production performance of the ruminant.
With the development of animal husbandry, rumen-bypass amino acid products are widely applied to ruminant production, and play an important role in promoting the development of ruminant breeding industry. For example, patent application document 201410708372.X discloses a dairy cow feed additive and a method for feeding dairy cows in the early perinatal period. The cow feed additive comprises the following components in percentage by weight; 1.6-2.6 wt% of rumen bypass choline, 1.4-2.6 wt% of rumen bypass methionine, 30-80 wt% of rumen bypass glucose, 1-2.6 wt% of selenium yeast, 0.4-1.6 wt% of astragalus polysaccharide, 1-2.2 wt% of sodium humate, 2-6 wt% of antibacterial peptide, 1-2.2 wt% of nicotinic acid, 1-2.2 wt% of ammonium chloride and 20-60 wt% of carrier. The dairy cow feed additive can be directly fed to dairy cows, is suitable for dairy cows in the early perinatal period, reduces energy negative balance of the dairy cows after delivery, improves the dry matter feed intake and milk yield of the dairy cows, promotes the health of the dairy cows, reduces the diseases of the dairy cows after delivery, reduces the elimination rate of the dairy cows after delivery, and has popularization and use values.
However, the above-mentioned cow feed additive is not suitable for feeding beef cattle and sheep due to the different requirements of beef cattle and sheep for nutrients. The scientific and reasonable fattening technology of the beef cattle and the mutton is mastered, and the technology is important for improving the growth and weight gain speed of the beef cattle and the mutton and the quality of the beef and the mutton. Patent application document CN202110006868.2 discloses a feed for fattening beef cattle. The feed comprises 200-400 parts of corn, 250-350 parts of barley, 50-200 parts of soybean meal, 30-150 parts of corn germ meal, 30-60 parts of corn DDGS, 5-15 parts of stone powder, 3-10 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 3-10 parts of salt, 2-5 parts of organic calcium magnesium, 2-10 parts of yeast culture, 2-5 parts of active microecological preparation, 1-2 parts of trace element premix, 0.2-1 part of rumen bypass vitamin and 1-5 parts of rumen bypass amino acid; the organic calcium magnesium is mixture of calcium alginate and magnesium alginate. The feed is added with organic calcium-magnesium mixture of sodium alginate and magnesium alginate, so that the rumen regulating effect is effectively improved, rumen acidosis is relieved, the feed intake of dry matters is increased, and the average daily gain is increased.
However, the beef cattle and sheep have different nutritional requirements in different growth and development stages and different requirements in each fattening stage, so that the beef cattle and sheep need to be fed in stages in order to promote the growth, development and weight increment of the beef cattle and sheep. The whole fattening period of the beef cattle and the beef sheep can be divided into four stages, namely a transition period, an early fattening period, a middle fattening period and a later fattening period. The later fattening period is also the mature fattening period, at the moment, the beef cattle and mutton are characterized by slow growth and development and slow daily gain speed, the main feeding purpose at the moment is to improve the quality of the beef and mutton and increase the fat content and density among muscles, thereby improving the proportion of high-quality beef and mutton, and the stage is very important for improving the economic benefit of beef cattle and mutton breeding.
It can be seen that although there are many studies on rumen-bypass feed additives in the prior art, these studies are not sufficient, and a rumen-bypass feed additive capable of fully meeting the nutritional requirements of the beef cattle and sheep at the later fattening stage is still lacking.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aiming at the problem that the rumen-bypass feed additive for beef cattle and sheep in the prior art cannot well meet the nutritional requirements of the beef cattle and sheep in the later fattening period, the invention provides the rumen-bypass feed additive special for the beef cattle and sheep in the later fattening period, and a preparation method and application thereof, so as to improve the growth and weight gain speed of the beef cattle and sheep in the later fattening period and the quality of beef and mutton.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a rumen-bypass feed additive special for beef cattle and sheep at the later fattening stage. The rumen bypass feed additive comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 34-38% of rumen bypass betaine, 3-5% of rumen bypass lysine, 38-42% of rumen bypass guanidinoacetic acid and 18-22% of active dry yeast.
The daily gain and ketone body weight of the beef cattle and sheep can be increased by increasing energy, the slaughter rate of the beef cattle and sheep is increased, but the body fat of the beef cattle and sheep is rapidly increased at the later fattening stage by singly increasing energy, and the net meat rate is influenced. Therefore, in a nutrition system at the later fattening stage of the beef cattle and sheep, oil control and muscle fullness increase are problems to be solved urgently in the fattening production process of the beef cattle and sheep. The rumen-bypass feed additive is a product designed according to the combination of physiological characteristics and nutritional requirements of the beef cattle and sheep at the later fattening period, and is mainly used for promoting the rapid synthesis of muscles by supplementing sufficient special limiting amino acids for the beef cattle and sheep and adding exogenous methyl donors, thereby achieving the purposes of increasing weight and increasing muscle and controlling oil.
The rumen-protected betaine has feeding attraction, and can improve the feed intake and daily gain of beef cattle and sheep; meanwhile, the composition has the effects of resisting stress and improving immunity; the betaine can be used as a methyl donor to replace methionine, reduce the requirements of methionine and choline of the methyl donor, and participate in the metabolism of amino acid.
The rumen bypass feed additive comprises 100% of all components, wherein the content of rumen bypass betaine is 34-38%. When the addition amount of the rumen bypass betaine is less than 34%, the rumen bypass feed additive has the effect of improving the feed intake of beef cattle and sheep, and further influences the effective exertion of other effects. When the addition amount of the rumen bypass betaine is higher than 38%, the daily gain of beef cattle and sheep is not further increased, and the content of other components is reduced, so that the effect of the rumen bypass feed additive on muscle and oil increasing is influenced. Preferably, the content of the rumen bypass betaine is 35-37%, and more preferably, the content of the rumen bypass betaine is 36%.
Further, the rumen bypass betaine comprises the following components: 51% of rumen bypass fat powder, 42% of betaine, 5% of light calcium carbonate and 2% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
One of the factors influencing the dry matter feed intake of beef cattle and mutton sheep is rumen environmental factor, namely the pH value of rumen is unstable, so that rumen microorganisms are reduced, the degradation and digestion functions are reduced, and the feed intake is low. The active dry yeast improves the rumen environment and the digestive system of the beef cattle and sheep, thereby achieving the purposes of increasing the feed intake and increasing the rumen volume rate and laying a solid foundation for the daily gain target of the beef cattle and sheep at the later fattening period.
The rumen bypass feed additive comprises the following components in an amount of 100%, wherein the content of the active dry yeast is 18-22%. When the addition amount of the active dry yeast is less than 18%, the rumen bypass feed additive has the effect of improving the feed intake of beef cattle and sheep, and further influences the effective exertion of other effects. When the addition amount of the active dry yeast is more than 22%, the daily gain of the beef cattle and sheep is not further increased, but the content of other components is reduced, so that the effect of the rumen bypass feed additive on muscle and oil increase is influenced. Preferably, the content of the active dry yeast is 19-21%, and more preferably, the content of the active dry yeast is 20%.
The research of the inventor finds that lysine and glycocyamine are main limiting amino acids in the late fattening period of the beef cattle and sheep, and when a daily ration formula of the beef cattle and sheep is made, the traditional protein needs need to be met, and meanwhile, the key limiting amino acids of the daily ration lysine and glycocyamine need to be balanced.
The rumen bypass feed additive comprises 100% of components, wherein the content of rumen bypass lysine is 3-5%. When the amount of the rumen bypass lysine added is less than 3%, the rumen bypass feed additive has reduced weight gain and muscle and oil control. When the addition amount of the rumen bypass lysine is more than 5%, the daily gain of beef cattle and sheep is not further increased, but the content of rumen bypass guanidinoacetic acid is reduced, so that the weight increasing effect and the muscle and oil increasing and controlling effect of the rumen bypass feed additive are influenced. Preferably, the content of the rumen bypass lysine is 3.5-4.5%, and more preferably, the content of the rumen bypass lysine is 4%.
The rumen bypass feed additive comprises 100 percent of components, wherein the content of rumen bypass guanidinoacetic acid is 38-42 percent. When the amount of the rumen bypass lysine added is less than 38%, the rumen bypass feed additive has reduced weight gain and muscle and oil control. When the addition amount of the rumen bypass guanidinoacetic acid is higher than 42%, the daily gain of beef cattle and sheep is not further increased, but the content of rumen bypass lysine is reduced, so that the weight increasing effect and the muscle and oil increasing and controlling effect of the rumen bypass feed additive are influenced. Preferably, the content of the rumen bypass guanidinoacetic acid is 39-41%, and more preferably, the content of the rumen bypass guanidinoacetic acid is 40%.
Further, rumen bypass lysine comprises the following components: 51% of rumen bypass fat powder, 42% of lysine, 5% of light calcium carbonate and 2% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose;
