The invention also provides another mode for mixing the salt, the calcium salt, the sodium bicarbonate, the vitamin microelement additive, the active yeast, the amino acid and the modified starch. The mode of mixing the raw materials preferably comprises: mixing table salt and active yeast to obtain a premix; mixing vitamin microelement additive, calcium salt, sodium bicarbonate, amino acid and modified starch to obtain basic powder; mixing the base powder and the premix. In the present invention, the basic powder is preferably mixed by adding vitamin microelement additive, calcium salt, sodium bicarbonate, and amino acid into modified starch. In the present invention, the base powder and the premix are preferably mixed in such a manner that the premix is added to the base powder. In the invention, the step-by-step mixing is more beneficial to uniformly mixing the raw materials.
In the invention, the fattening nutritional licking brick is obtained by mixing the salt, the calcium salt, the sodium bicarbonate, the vitamin and trace element additive, the active yeast, the lysine, the methionine and the modified starch, and then carrying out extrusion forming. In the invention, the nutrient licking brick is preferably cube; the size of the nutrition licking brick is not specially limited, and the size of the conventional licking brick in the field of preparation cost can be all the same. In the present invention, the extrusion molding is preferably performed under a pressure of 20 Mpa; the extrusion molding is preferably carried out by a hydraulic press. In the embodiment of the invention, an 800T hydraulic press is adopted for pressing and forming.
The invention also provides an application of the fattening nutrition licking brick in the technical scheme in livestock fattening.
In the present invention, the livestock are preferably fattening sheep and cattle, more preferably fattening sheep. The nutrition licking brick preferably can improve the feed intake and average daily gain of livestock and reduce the feed conversion ratio.
In the present invention, preferably, the nutritional lick block can promote gastrointestinal health by alleviating a decrease in rumen pH after feeding, reducing lactic acid accumulation.
In the present invention, preferably, the nutritional lick block can enhance immunity and promote growth of livestock.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following will describe in detail the fattening nutritional lick block provided by the present invention, and the preparation method and application thereof, with reference to the examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Preparation of raw materials:
according to the weight of the effective components, firstly, according to the composition proportion of the vitamin microelement additive in the fattening nutrition licking brick: the amount of vitamin D added was 0.3g/kg, the amount of vitamin E added was 0.3g/kg, the amount of calcium added was 15g/kg, the amount of phosphorus added was 7g/kg, the amount of copper added was 150mg/kg, the amount of iron added was 120mg/kg, the amount of zinc added was 90mg/kg, the amount of selenium added was 0.8mg/kg, and vitamin D1.5g, vitamin E1.5g, calcium 75g, phosphorus 35g, copper 750mg, iron 600mg, zinc 450mg, selenium 4mg were weighed for 1 block of the lick block (5 kg). The total content of the effective components of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is 0.114804kg, the amount of selenium is less in the total weight of the nutrition lick brick, neglected, namely the amount of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is calculated by 0.1148kg, and the addition amount of other components is weighed.
The 1 block of nutrition licking brick (5 kg) comprises the following components: 4.0352kg of common salt, 0.3kg of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.2kg of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1kg of active yeast, 0.1kg of lysine, 0.05kg of methionine, 0.1kg of corn modified starch and 0.1148kg of vitamin and trace element additive for fattening.
The preparation method of the nutrition licking brick for fattening comprises the following steps:
1. and adding the vitamin and trace element additive for fattening, the active yeast, the lysine and the methionine which are weighed according to the weight into the modified starch, and fully mixing to obtain the premix.
2. And (3) weighing calcium hydrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate and salt according to the weight, and uniformly mixing to obtain the basic powder.
3. And (3) adding the premix obtained in the step (1) into the base powder obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, and forming under the extrusion of the pressure of 20Mpa to obtain a finished product of the fattening licking brick.
Example 2
Preparation of raw materials:
according to the mass of the effective components, firstly, according to the composition proportion of the vitamin and trace element additive in the nutrition licking brick for fattening: the addition amount of vitamin D is 0.3g/kg, the addition amount of vitamin E is 0.4g/kg, the addition amount of calcium is 11g/kg, the addition amount of phosphorus is 8g/kg, the addition amount of copper is 120mg/kg, the addition amount of iron is 105mg/kg, the addition amount of zinc is 75mg/kg, the addition amount of selenium is 0.5mg/kg, and vitamin D1.5g, vitamin E2.0 g, calcium 55g, phosphorus 40g, copper 600mg, iron 525mg, zinc 375mg and selenium 2.5mg for 1 block of nutrition block (5 kg) are weighed. The total effective component mass of the vitamin microelement additive in the 5kg nutrition licking brick is 0.100004kg, the amount of selenium is less in the total weight of the nutrition licking brick calculated, neglected, namely the amount of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is calculated by 0.1kg, and the addition amount of other components is calculated and weighed.
The 1 block of nutrition lick brick comprises the following components: 3.95kg of table salt, 0.3kg of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.2kg of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1kg of active yeast, 0.1kg of lysine, 0.05kg of methionine, 0.2kg of corn modified starch and 0.1kg of vitamin microelement additive.
The preparation method of the nutrition licking brick for fattening is the same as the example 1.
Example 3
Preparation of raw materials:
according to the weight of the effective components, firstly, according to the composition proportion of the vitamin microelement additive in the fattening nutrition licking brick: the addition amount of vitamin D is 0.37g/kg, the addition amount of vitamin E is 0.30g/kg, the addition amount of calcium is 16g/kg, the addition amount of phosphorus is 6g/kg, the addition amount of copper is 113mg/kg, the addition amount of iron is 120mg/kg, the addition amount of zinc is 97mg/kg, and the addition amount of selenium is 1.0mg/kg. Vitamin D1.85g, vitamin E1.5g, calcium 80g, phosphorus 30g, copper 565mg, iron 600mg, zinc 485mg, selenium 5.0mg were weighed for 1 block of nutrition lick brick (5 kg). The total content of the effective components of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is 0.115005kg, the amount of selenium is less in the total weight of the nutrition lick brick, neglected, namely the amount of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is calculated by 0.115kg, and the addition amount of other components is weighed.
The 1 block of nutrition licking brick (5 kg) comprises the following components: 4.035kg of table salt, 0.3kg of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.2kg of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1kg of active yeast, 0.1kg of lysine, 0.05kg of methionine, 0.1kg of corn modified starch and 0.115kg of vitamin and trace element additive for fattening.
The preparation method of the nutrition licking brick for fattening comprises the following steps:
1. and weighing the salt and the active yeast according to the weight parts, and fully and uniformly mixing to obtain the premix.
2. The vitamin microelement additive for fattening, the calcium hydrophosphate, the sodium bicarbonate, the lysine and the methionine which are weighed according to the weight percentage are added into the modified starch and evenly mixed to obtain the basic powder.
3. And (3) adding the premix obtained in the step (1) into the base powder obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, and forming under the extrusion of the pressure of 20Mpa to obtain a finished product of the fattening licking brick.
Example 4
Preparation of raw materials:
according to the mass of the effective components, firstly, according to the composition proportion of the vitamin and trace element additive in the nutrition licking brick for fattening: the addition amount of vitamin D is 0.22g/kg, the addition amount of vitamin E is 0.4g/kg, the addition amount of calcium is 15g/kg, the addition amount of phosphorus is 9g/kg, the addition amount of copper is 170mg/kg, the addition amount of iron is 135mg/kg, the addition amount of zinc is 75mg/kg, and the addition amount of selenium is 0.8mg/kg. 1 block of nutrient block (5 kg) of vitamin D1.1g, vitamin E2.0 g, calcium 75g, phosphorus 45g, copper 850mg, iron 675mg, zinc 375mg, selenium 4.0mg were weighed. The total content of the effective components of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is 0.125004kg, the amount of selenium is less in the total weight of the nutrition licking brick calculated, and the selenium is ignored, namely the amount of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is calculated by 0.125kg, and the addition amount of other components is weighed.
The 1 block of nutrient block (5 kg) comprises the following components: 3.625kg of table salt, 0.4kg of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.4kg of sodium bicarbonate, 0.15kg of active yeast, 0.15kg of lysine, 0.075kg of methionine, 0.075kg of corn modified starch and 0.125kg of vitamin microelement additive for fattening (the total amount of the vitamin microelement additive for calculating the adding amount of selenium is 0.125004 kg).
The preparation method of the nutrition licking brick for fattening is the same as the example 1.
Example 5
Preparation of raw materials:
according to the weight of the effective components, firstly, according to the composition proportion of the vitamin microelement additive in the fattening nutrition licking brick: the addition amount of vitamin D is 0.3g/kg, the addition amount of vitamin E is 0.4g/kg, the addition amount of calcium is 11g/kg, the addition amount of phosphorus is 8g/kg, the addition amount of copper is 120mg/kg, the addition amount of iron is 105mg/kg, the addition amount of zinc is 75mg/kg, the addition amount of selenium is 0.5mg/kg, and vitamin D1.5g, vitamin E2.0 g, calcium 55g, phosphorus 40g, copper 600mg, iron 525mg, zinc 375mg and selenium 2.5mg for 1 block of nutrition block (5 kg) are weighed. The total effective component mass of the vitamin microelement additive in 5kg of the nutrition licking brick is 0.100004kg, the amount of selenium is less in the total calculated weight of the nutrition licking brick, neglect, namely the amount of the vitamin microelement additive for fattening is calculated by 0.1kg, and the addition amount of other components is calculated and weighed.
The 1 block of nutrition licking brick comprises the following components: 4.325kg of common salt, 0.25kg of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.15kg of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1kg of active yeast, 0.05kg of lysine, 0.025kg of methionine and 0.1kg of vitamin microelement additive.
The preparation method of the nutrition licking brick for fattening is the same as the example 1.
Application example 1
30 healthy small-tailed Han sheep rams with good body conditions, similar month age and weight of about 25kg are selected and randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 sheep each. The fattening nutrition licking blocks prepared in example 1 (designated as T1 group), the fattening nutrition licking blocks prepared in example 2 (designated as T2 group), and the non-supplementation licking blocks (designated as D2 group) were supplemented to each of the 3 groups of experiments.
The test period is 75 days in total, wherein the pre-test period is 15 days, the positive test period is 60 days, the number of the days is 07:
average daily feed intake (g/d) = ∑ [ feed amount per day (g) -feed amount per day (g) ]/number of test days (d);
average daily gain (g/d) = total gain (g)/number of days tested (d);
feed-meat ratio = average daily feed intake (g/d)/average daily gain (g/d).
The effect of the licking brick for fattening on the average daily gain of the fattening sheep is shown in table 1.

From table 1, the daily gain of each group from 0 to 15D and from 15 to 30D has no significant difference, but the weight gain of the T1 group and the T2 group is higher than that of the control group, the average daily gain of the fattening sheep of the T1 group is the highest, and the average daily gain of the fattening sheep of the T2 group is the second of the T2 group, and the D2 is the lowest. The average daily gain of fattening sheep in the 30 th-45d group and the T1 th group is higher than that of a control group (p is less than 0.05) in the most significant way, the average daily gain is increased by 12.60 percent, and the average daily gain of the fattening sheep in the T2 group is increased by 5.75 percent compared with that of the control group, and the difference is not significant (p is more than 0.05). The average daily gain of fattening sheep of the 45-60 dT1 group and the T2 group is obviously higher than that of the D2 group (p is less than 0.05), and is respectively increased by 23.20 percent and 10.26 percent.
The effect of the licking brick for fattening on the average daily food intake of the fattening sheep is shown in table 2.

From the table 2, the average daily feed intake of each group of fattening sheep has no significant difference (p is more than 0.05) from 0d to 15 d; 15-30d, the average daily feed intake of fattening sheep in the T1 group is the highest and is obviously higher than that of the D2 group, the average daily feed intake is improved by 4.46 percent, and the D2 group and the T2 group have no obvious difference (p is more than 0.05); the average daily feed intake of fattening sheep of the T1 group is the highest in the 30-45d groups, but no significant difference exists among the three groups (p is more than 0.05); from 45 to 60d, the average daily feed intake of fattening sheep in the T1 group and the T2 group is higher than that of the control group, and is respectively improved by 8.36 percent and 5.01 percent, wherein the T1 group is obviously higher than that of the D2 group (p is less than 0.05), and the feed intake difference between the T2 group and the T1 group and between the T2 group and the D2 group is not obvious (p is more than 0.05).
The lick block for fattening sheep shows the feed meat ratio for fattening sheep in table 3.

From the table 3, the differences of the feed-meat ratios between the fattening sheep groups are all not obvious from 0 to 15 days (p is more than 0.05); 15-30D, compared with a control group, the feed-meat ratio of fattening sheep in the T1 group and the T2 group is respectively reduced by 4.52 percent and 2.13 percent, wherein the T1 group is obviously lower than the D2 group, and the difference between the T2 group and the D2 group and between the T2 group and the T1 group is not significant (p is more than 0.05); and at 30-45D, compared with the control D2 group, the fattening feed conversion ratio of the T1 group and the fattening feed conversion ratio of the T2 group are obviously reduced (p is less than 0.05), and are respectively reduced by 9.13% and 5.22%. The feed-meat ratio of fattening sheep of the T1 group and the T2 group is obviously lower than that of the D2 group (p is less than 0.05) from 45 th to 60d, and the feed-meat ratio is respectively reduced by 14.36 percent and 8.38 percent.
In conclusion, the fattening nutritional licking brick provided by the invention can promote the gastrointestinal health of livestock by promoting the rumen development, improving the digestibility, finally promoting the increase of the daily gain of fattening sheep, improving the feed intake of the fattening sheep and reducing the feed-meat ratio of the fattening sheep.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it is only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments, and other embodiments can be obtained without inventive step according to the embodiments, and all of the embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. The nutrition licking brick for fattening is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
70 to 90 portions of salt, 5 to 8 portions of calcium salt, 3 to 8 portions of sodium bicarbonate, 2 to 3 portions of active yeast, 1.5 to 4.5 portions of amino acid and 0 to 5 portions of modified starch; the nutrition licking brick for fattening also comprises a vitamin microelement additive, and the content of the vitamin microelement additive in the nutrition licking brick is 0.08-3% by mass percent of the active ingredients.
2. The licking brick for fattening the meat of claim 1, wherein the amino acid comprises 1 to 3 parts by mass of lysine and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by mass of methionine.
3. The fattening nutritional lick brick according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
80.7 parts of salt, 6 parts of calcium salt, 4 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 2 parts of active yeast, 2 parts of lysine, 1 part of methionine and 2 parts of modified starch; the nutrition licking brick for fattening also comprises a vitamin microelement additive, and the content of the vitamin microelement additive in the nutrition licking brick is 2.29608 percent according to the mass percentage of the effective components.
4. A method for preparing a nutritional lick brick for fattening use according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing salt, calcium salt, sodium bicarbonate, vitamin microelement additive, active yeast, amino acid and modified starch, and extrusion molding to obtain the fattening nutritional lick brick.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the mixing method comprises mixing the vitamin microelement additive, the active yeast, the amino acid and the modified starch to obtain a premix; mixing calcium salt, sodium bicarbonate and salt to obtain basic powder; mixing the base powder and the premix.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the mixing means comprises mixing common salt and active yeast to obtain a premix; mixing vitamin microelement additive, calcium salt, sodium bicarbonate, amino acid and modified starch to obtain basic powder; mixing the base powder and the premix.
7. The method of any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the extrusion molding is performed under a pressure of 20 MPa.
8. Use of the fattening nutritional lick brick according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or the fattening nutritional lick brick prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 4 to 7 in fattening livestock.
9. The use according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises any one or more of the following (1) to (4):
(1) The feed intake and the average daily gain are improved, and the feed conversion ratio is reduced;
(2) The decrease of the pH value of rumen after feeding is relieved, the accumulation of lactic acid is reduced, and the gastrointestinal health is promoted;
(3) Enhancing immunity;
(4) Promoting the growth of livestock.
