In a more preferred embodiment, the disinfecting deodorant of the present invention is prepared from at least, by mass: 0.15% of disinfectant; 1.5 percent of organic acid zinc salt; 0.8% of synergist; a pH regulator for regulating the pH to 6.0-8.0; the balance of water.
Disinfectant
The disinfectant of the invention is a compound with disinfection and sterilization effects.
In a preferred embodiment, the disinfectant of the present invention is selected from one or more of nano silver, polyquaternium 1, polyquaternium 126, polyquaternium 15, alkyl ammonium chloride, zinc pyrithione, phenoxyethanol, phenethyl alcohol, polyhexamethylene biguanide, polyaminopropyl biguanide, and polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride.
In a preferred embodiment, the alkylammonium chlorides of the present invention contain long carbon chains.
In a preferred embodiment, the long carbon chain of the invention has a number of carbon atoms of from 6 to 10.
Preferably, the alkyl ammonium chlorides of the present invention can be exemplified by: didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
In a preferred embodiment, the alkyl ammonium chloride of the present invention is a combination of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, wherein the mass ratio of the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride to the octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is 1: (0.3-1.2).
In a more preferred embodiment, the alkyl ammonium chloride of the present invention is a combination of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, wherein the mass ratio of the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride to the octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is 1: (0.5-1).
In a most preferred embodiment, the disinfectant of the present invention is a combination of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, wherein the mass ratio of the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride to the octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is 1: 0.85.
according to the invention, the alkyl ammonium chloride is added into the system as the disinfectant, so that the chemical property is stable, the irritation is small, especially, the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and the octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride are reasonably compounded to generate a synergistic effect, and the disinfection and sterilization effects of the disinfection deodorant can be obviously improved; especially has quick killing effect on bacteria, mould, algae and the like, has stronger killing effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and hepatitis B virus, solves the defects of weak sterilization and disinfection permeability and long killing time of single alkyl ammonium chloride on one hand, and also expands the sterilization range of the sterilization deodorant on the other hand; the possible reason is that because the alkyl ammonium chloride has electropositivity, the adsorption of the sterilizing deodorant to bacteria and viruses is effectively improved by reasonably compounding the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and the octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride; due to the coexistence of octyl and decyl, the wrapping capacity of the disinfecting and deodorizing agent on lipid cell membranes is improved, so that the disinfecting and deodorizing agent can penetrate through the membranes more easily and permeate into cells, the interaction among molecules is damaged, the control of cytoplasm permeability is influenced, cytoplasm leakage is caused, and bacteria and viruses cannot split and propagate and lose activity; experiments show that when the mass ratio of the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride to the octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is 1: the effect is best when the ratio is (0.5-1).
However, in experiments, the inventor finds that the alkyl ammonium chloride has the defect of easy precipitation when being stored for a long time at low temperature, and the application range of the disinfectant is seriously influenced.
Zinc salts of organic acids
In a preferred embodiment, the organic acid zinc salt of the present invention is selected from one or more of zinc ricinoleate, zinc gluconate, zinc glycyrrhetate, zinc acetate, zinc citrate, zinc amino acid, sodium zinc ethylenediaminetetraacetate, zinc oxalate, zinc lactate, and zinc tartrate.
In a most preferred embodiment, the zinc salt of an organic acid of the present invention is zinc ricinoleate.
In a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of the disinfectant to the zinc salt of the organic acid is (0.05-10): 1.
the zinc ricinoleate, also called zinc soap, is a white powder prepared by saponifying refined castor oil and industrial zinc sulfate and salting out; is an indispensable excellent anti-settling agent; zinc ricinoleate can also be used as a dispersant and an anti-settling agent; has the functions of infiltration, dispersion and thickening, and is an ideal auxiliary agent.
In order to make the disinfectant deodorant have the effect of removing the peculiar smell, especially the disinfectant deodorant can effectively remove H2S、NH3The peculiar smell of components such as organic sulfide and the like, the invention adds zinc salt of organic acid; experiments show that the addition of the zinc salt of the organic acid can improve the odor removing capability of the disinfection deodorant, solve the problem that the alkylammonium chloride is easy to precipitate at low temperature and improve the long-term storage stability of the disinfection deodorant at low temperature; the inventor speculates that the reason that the zinc salt of the organic acid possibly exists is that the zinc salt of the organic acid added in the invention not only contains hydrophilic groups, but also contains a carbon chain structure, wherein the hydrophilic groups are inserted into the water phase, and the lipophilic groups are inserted into the oil phase or stand in the air, so that the oriented arrangement formed on the interface layer or the surface can increase the dissolving capacity of the alkyl ammonium chloride in the low-temperature water system to a certain extent; in addition, the long carbon chain of the organic acid zinc salt and the alkyl ammonium chloride can form a complex network structure, so that the molecular mobility of the alkyl ammonium chloride in a system is reduced, and the crystallization capacity of the alkyl ammonium chloride at a low temperature is weakened; especially, when the alkyl ammonium chloride with the carbon chain length of 6-10 is selected, the wrapping effect among molecular chain segments is optimal.
Synergist
The synergist is a medicine which enhances the activity of certain antibacterial medicines by a specific mechanism when the synergist is compatible with the antibacterial medicines, and has different types and different synergism principles.
In a preferred embodiment, the synergist of the present invention is selected from one or more of sodium aminotrimethylene phosphate, sodium aminotrimethylene phosphonate derivatives, sodium ethylenediaminetetramethylenephosphonate derivatives, sodium diethylenetriaminepentamethylenephosphonate and its derivatives, tetrasodiumethylenediaminetetraacetate.
In a preferred embodiment, the synergist of the present invention is sodium ethylenediaminetetramethylenephosphonate.
The sodium ethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonate is nitrogen-containing organic polybasic sodium phosphonate, can be mixed with water, is non-toxic and pollution-free, has good chemical stability and temperature resistance, can be dissociated into a plurality of positive and negative ions in aqueous solution, is used by being compounded with alkyl ammonium chloride with electropositivity and zinc salt of organic acid, and can simultaneously improve the effects of disinfection and odor removal; the defect that the combination of a disinfection component and a smell removal component in the prior art is easy to generate antagonistic reaction is overcome, so that the disinfection component can kill pathogenic microorganisms in the environment, and the smell removal component can react with odor gas containing sulfur, nitrogen and the like generated by the activity of the microorganisms to remove the smell.
pH regulator
The pH regulator is also called as acidity regulator and can further regulate the pH value of the system.
In a preferred embodiment, the pH adjusting agent of the present invention is selected from one or more of citric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate.
