Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fine chemical engineering, and particularly relates to a deodorizing and purifying concentrated solution as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, with the improvement of living standard of people, pets become an indispensable part of life of people. Pets, however, have direct or indirect hazards to human health, and routes for their transmission include: the vaccine can be directly used as an infection source to spread diseases of people and livestock: zoonotic diseases are transmitted by direct contact (such as skin, mucous membrane, conjunctiva, digestive tract and respiratory tract). Meanwhile, the peculiar body odor and excrement of the pet can cause the deterioration of the quality of the living environment and the unpleasant odor of the air to a certain extent. In the process of disinfection, people pay attention to the physiological characteristics of dogs and cats. The nature of dogs like to smell everywhere, and when the dogs smell everywhere in the house, the dogs can contact the disinfection deodorant in a very close distance. When pets smell, the irritant disinfection deodorant is easy to be absorbed into alveolus, which can cause chronic injury of dogs and dogs. Cats lick hair and the disinfecting and deodorizing components stained on the cat hair can be licked. They are different from our choice of humans away from harmful disinfectants, so pets have a higher demand for disinfectants or deodorants than humans. In view of this, the usage of the disinfectant or deodorant with greater irritation should be reduced, and it is preferable to use a disinfectant or deodorant with less irritation to the environment.
CN105251030A discloses a deodorant composition comprising 0.1-0.8% coconut oil fatty acid disinfectant, 0.1-1% aromatic, 0.5-8% surfactant, 1-12% edible alcohol, 82-98% purified water. The composition can rapidly eliminate the unpleasant odor of pet living environment and kill microorganisms in the environment. Can be directly sprayed on pet living places such as kennel to achieve antibacterial and air quality improving effects.
CN109221117A discloses a disinfectant and bactericidal deodorant for pets, which comprises 0.1-0.4 part of dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.5-1 part of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 15-25 parts of benzalkonium bromide, 0.1-0.3 part of glutaraldehyde, 15-25 parts of pure plant extract, 0.05-0.15 part of plant essential oil and a proper amount of distilled water. The product of the invention can be diluted by tap water and then used, and is sprayed on pet cages, urine and excrement, or air needing disinfection, sterilization and deodorization, and the effects of disinfection, sterilization and deodorization can be achieved.
Therefore, the development of an environment-friendly deodorant solution with low irritation, which can be directly sprayed on pet body or hair and can eliminate the odor, is the focus of current research in the field.

Test example 1
Deodorization Performance test
The deodorizing performances of the deodorizing purification concentrates prepared in examples 1 to 5 and the deodorizing purification concentrates prepared in comparative examples 1 to 9 were evaluated, respectively, wherein the higher the odor eliminating rate, the higher the deodorizing performances of the deodorizing purification concentrates are. The test method is referred to the detection method in QB/T2761-2006, and is appropriately modified. The air cabin is 1.5 cubic meters, the malodorous substances are injected into the air cabin, and the concentration of the malodorous substances is 2mg/m3After waiting 0.5 hour, the sample to be tested was sprayed onto a 30 x 30cm clean glass plate and immediately placed in the air chamber. After 24h, samples were taken and analyzed for remaining malodorous substance concentration. If the deodorizer is used with the purifier, the deodorizer and the purifier are put into the air bin and powered on to work. Wherein, the deodorization ratio (%) (initial concentration of malodor substances-concentration after malodor substances test)/initial concentration of malodor substances.
The specific test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the above test data, the deodorizing purification concentrates prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention have a deodorizing rate of over 85% for ammonia gas, the deodorization rate to hydrogen sulfide is more than 79 percent, the deodorization rate to methyl mercaptan is more than 81 percent, the deodorization rate to methyl sulfide is more than 79 percent, the deodorization rate of trimethylamine is more than 82 percent, and the deodorization rate of isooctanoic acid is more than 79 percent, which fully indicates the deodorization purification concentrated solution of the invention, lysine, arginine, glycine and taurine are compounded to serve as an amino acid main deodorant, trehalose serves as an auxiliary deodorant, bacteriostatic saccharide compounds and glycerol monoalkyl ester serve as an auxiliary bacteriostatic deodorant, and the components are matched with each other, so that the synergistic effect is achieved, odor molecules in the environment are rapidly captured, organic substances producing odor are decomposed, the source of the generated odor is reduced, and the generated odor is eliminated.
Test example 2
