本发明涉及电化铝涂层制备技术领域,且公开了一种可刮电化铝涂层,包括依次层叠的基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层和可刮除底层,所述可刮除底层包括丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维、热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂;通过在胶粘层的表面涂覆可刮除底层,当通过烫印的方式将该电化铝箔上文字或者图案转印到承印物上后,当后续想要更改承印物上的文字或者图案的时候,直接通过刮除的方式将承印物上原烫印的文字或者图案直接刮除即可,并且刮除更加的容易,同时在刮除的时候,可以将原烫印的文字或者图案刮除的更加干净,不会影响后续烫印效果,并且在刮除原有烫印文字或者图案的时候,不会对承印物造成损伤。

本发明涉及电化铝涂层制备技术领域,具体为一种可刮电化铝涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
电化铝箔是一种在薄膜片基上经涂料和真空蒸镀复加一层金属箔而制成的烫印材料,现有的电化铝箔在使用的时候,当通过烫印的方式将电化铝箔上的文字图案转印到承印物上后,当承印物上需要更换其他内部的文字图案的时候,原有的烫印图案文字,不方便去除,在取出的过程中,容易造成承印物的损坏,并且容易出现去除不干净,从而影响后续烫印的效果。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可刮电化铝涂层及其制备方法,解决了上述背景技术中所存在的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可刮电化铝涂层,包括依次层叠的基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层和可刮除底层,所述可刮除底层包括丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维、热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂。
优选的,所述可刮除底层包括以下按重量百分比计的组分:丙烯酸聚合物50%-65%、微泡玻璃球20%-30%、陶瓷纤维10%-16%、热塑性树脂12%-18%、铝粉15%-20%、钛白粉11%-15%和助剂7%-13%。
优选的,所述助剂包括抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、防霉剂和耐磨剂。
优选的,所述基膜层为16μm双向拉伸的聚酯薄膜。
优选的,所述脱离层为有机硅树脂。

S1、按照上述的百分比将丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂放入到容器中,并在25℃-30℃的温度下,以500r/min-1000r/min的条件下,持续搅拌15min-30min,得到可刮除底层涂料;
S2、通过热压的方式,依次将基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层层叠在一起,然后通过涂布机将可刮除底层涂料凸部在胶粘层的表面上;
S3、然后将步骤S2中涂布有可刮除底层涂料的涂层放入到干燥设备中,在20℃-30℃的条件下,持续干燥10min-15min后,即可得到电化铝涂层。

本发明提供了一种可刮电化铝涂层及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
本发明通过在胶粘层的表面涂覆可刮除底层,当通过烫印的方式将该电化铝箔上文字或者图案转印到承印物上后,当后续想要更改承印物上的文字或者图案的时候,直接通过刮除的方式将承印物上原烫印的文字或者图案直接刮除即可,并且刮除更加的容易,同时在刮除的时候,可以将原烫印的文字或者图案刮除的更加干净,不会影响后续烫印效果,并且在刮除原有烫印文字或者图案的时候,不会对承印物造成损伤。

S1、按照上述的百分比将丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂放入到容器中,并在25℃的温度下,以500r/min的条件下,持续搅拌15min,得到可刮除底层涂料;
S2、通过热压的方式,依次将基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层层叠在一起,然后通过涂布机将可刮除底层涂料凸部在胶粘层的表面上;

S2、通过热压的方式,依次将基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层层叠在一起,然后通过涂布机将可刮除底层涂料凸部在胶粘层的表面上;
S3、然后将步骤S2中涂布有可刮除底层涂料的涂层放入到干燥设备中,在23℃的条件下,持续干燥12min后,即可得到电化铝涂层。
实施例三
一种可刮电化铝涂层,包括依次层叠的基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层和可刮除底层,可刮除底层包括丙烯酸聚合物58%、微泡玻璃球25%、陶瓷纤维14%、热塑性树脂15%、铝粉18%、钛白粉13%和助剂10%。

胶粘层为氨苯矾固化环氧树脂胶。
一种可刮电化铝涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照上述的百分比将丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂放入到容器中,并在28℃的温度下,以900r/min的条件下,持续搅拌26min,得到可刮除底层涂料;
S2、通过热压的方式,依次将基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层层叠在一起,然后通过涂布机将可刮除底层涂料凸部在胶粘层的表面上;
S3、然后将步骤S2中涂布有可刮除底层涂料的涂层放入到干燥设备中,在28℃的条件下,持续干燥13min后,即可得到电化铝涂层。
实施例五
一种可刮电化铝涂层,包括依次层叠的基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层和可刮除底层,可刮除底层包括丙烯酸聚合物65%、微泡玻璃球30%、陶瓷纤维16%、热塑性树脂18%、铝粉20%、钛白粉15%和助剂13%。
助剂包括抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、防霉剂和耐磨剂。
基膜层为16μm双向拉伸的聚酯薄膜。
脱离层为有机硅树脂。
色层为成膜性、耐热性、透明性适宜的合成树脂和染料。
胶粘层为氨苯矾固化环氧树脂胶。
一种可刮电化铝涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照上述的百分比将丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂放入到容器中,并在30℃的温度下,以1000r/min的条件下,持续搅拌30min,得到可刮除底层涂料;
S2、通过热压的方式,依次将基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层层叠在一起,然后通过涂布机将可刮除底层涂料凸部在胶粘层的表面上;
S3、然后将步骤S2中涂布有可刮除底层涂料的涂层放入到干燥设备中,在30℃的条件下,持续干燥15min后,即可得到电化铝涂层。

Claims (8)
1.一种可刮电化铝涂层,其特征在于:包括依次层叠的基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层和可刮除底层,所述可刮除底层包括丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维、热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刮电化铝涂层,其特征在于:所述可刮除底层包括以下按重量百分比计的组分:丙烯酸聚合物50%-65%、微泡玻璃球20%-30%、陶瓷纤维10%-16%、热塑性树脂12%-18%、铝粉15%-20%、钛白粉11%-15%和助剂7%-13%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可刮电化铝涂层,其特征在于:所述助剂包括抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、防霉剂和耐磨剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刮电化铝涂层,其特征在于:所述基膜层为16μm双向拉伸的聚酯薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刮电化铝涂层,其特征在于:所述脱离层为有机硅树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刮电化铝涂层,其特征在于:所述色层为成膜性、耐热性、透明性适宜的合成树脂和染料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刮电化铝涂层,其特征在于:所述胶粘层为氨苯矾固化环氧树脂胶。
8.一种可刮电化铝涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、按照上述的百分比将丙烯酸聚合物、微泡玻璃球、陶瓷纤维热塑性树脂、铝粉、钛白粉和助剂放入到容器中,并在25℃-30℃的温度下,以500r/min-1000r/min的条件下,持续搅拌15min-30min,得到可刮除底层涂料;
S2、通过热压的方式,依次将基膜层、脱离层、镀铝层、色层、胶粘层层叠在一起,然后通过涂布机将可刮除底层涂料凸部在胶粘层的表面上;
S3、然后将步骤S2中涂布有可刮除底层涂料的涂层放入到干燥设备中,在20℃-30℃的条件下,持续干燥10min-15min后,即可得到电化铝涂层。
