Background
The modern women suffer from irregular menstruation due to the increase of working pressure, the acceleration of working rhythm and irregular life, and in addition, many women deliberately eat food.
The irregular menstruation is a common gynecological disease, and the specific clinical symptoms are irregular metrorrhagia, functional metrorrhagia, amenorrhea, menopause, infertility caused by irregular menstruation, functional metrorrhagia, menopause, menoxenia and the like, and the pathogenesis of the irregular metrorrhagia basically comprises several aspects of emotional disorder, cold stimulation, diet, smoking and drinking, excessive pressure and the like.
At present, the western medicine basically adopts hormone medicines such as progesterone, ethylene estrogen and the like for treating the menstrual disorder, has good effect, but has higher recurrence rate in later period.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the menstrual disorder is a phenomenon, and the phenomenon of the menstrual disorder is summarized into four types of phenomena of advanced menstruation, later menstruation, hypermenorrhea and hypomenorrhea, and the four types of menstrual disorder summarize a plurality of reasons of yang exuberance and blood heat type, yin deficiency and blood heat type, qi deficiency and failure of control type, kidney deficiency and weakness type, blood cold type, qi depression type and the like, and have a plurality of etiological factors and complex pathology.
Along with the continuous and deep research on the traditional Chinese medicine and gynecologic theory and the combined research of Chinese and Western medicine, the content of regulating menstruation of traditional Chinese medicine is continuously enriched and developed in more than ten years.

Evaluation of efficacy of treating dysmenorrhea
1. Experimental animals: healthy adult female SPF-grade SD rats, 2-3 months of age, weighing 200-.
2. The experimental method comprises the following steps: SD rats were randomly divided into 12 groups by body weight, namely a model group, experimental groups 1-7, comparative groups 1-2, a positive control group and a normal control group, and 8 rats were each group. In addition to the normal control group, SD rats were injected with estradiol benzoate injection (E2) 2mg/kg subcutaneously every day for 12 days continuously, and the intragastric administration of each group was started for 14 days from the 7 th day of injection; wherein, the experimental groups 1-7 and the comparative groups 1-2 were administered with 5.4g/kg of menstruation regulating granules prepared in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-2, respectively, the positive control group was administered with commercial gynecological menstruation regulating granules at an administration amount of 7.56g/kg, the model group and the normal control group were administered with an equal volume of physiological saline, and were administered with intragastric administration for 1h on day 12, and then oxytocin 20IM/kg was injected into the abdominal cavity, and the time (torsion latency) and the number of torsion times within 30min of the SD rats after oxytocin injection were recorded, and the results are shown in table 2.

Note: compared with a normal control group, the # P is less than 0.01 and has a very significant difference; p <0.05, significantly different compared to model group; p <0.01, with very significant differences.
As can be seen from the table above, compared with the model group, the mouse writhing reaction latency and the writhing reaction times of the experimental group 1-7 mice have significant differences (P <0.05), which indicates that the menstruation regulating granule prepared by the invention can effectively relieve menstrual pain. Compared with the model group, the mouse writhing reaction latency and the writhing reaction times of the experimental group 3-7 groups of mice have very significant differences (P is less than 0.01), which shows that when the mass ratio of the ligusticum wallichii to the red paeony root to the moringa oleifera leaves in the menstruation regulating granules is 4-5: 2.5-3.6: 24-36 and/or the mass ratio of angelica, bran-fried atractylodes and noni fruit is 35-40: 6: the prepared menstruation regulating granule has good effect of relieving menstrual pain when the menstruation is 60-70 days.
The menstruation regulating composition is prepared by selecting noni fruits and moringa leaves on the basis of the existing gynecological menstruation regulating granules, and by utilizing the synergistic effect of the noni fruits, the moringa leaves, angelica, bran-fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, ligusticum wallichii and red paeony roots, the effects of nourishing blood and regulating menstruation are achieved, and menstrual pain can be effectively relieved.
