本发明属于保健食品配方技术领域,具体涉及一种川椒保健品。
背景技术
川椒就是产地在四川的花椒,也叫蜀椒,是生活中常见的调味料。川椒性温、味辛、麻,归胃经、脾经、肾经。有温中止痛、杀虫止痒的作用。可以治疗外寒内侵、胃寒腹痛、呕吐、不思饮食、泄泻等。还可以治疗虫积导致的腹痛、烦闷吐蛔等,可以单独煎煮川椒行保留灌肠。除此之外还可以治疗阴痒以及湿疹,可以煎煮川椒水外洗。
市场上的保健食品各种各样,琳琅满目,但是含有川椒、红糖、三楂、麦芽且具有预防胃肠不适、消化不良的保健品还不多见。
发明内容
为了克服如上所述的问题,本发明提供一种川椒保健品,以弥补其不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种川椒保健品,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:川椒10份、红糖15份、三楂50份、麦芽40份、过200目筛的魔芋粉0.25份、水500份;具体生产步骤如下:(1)将红糖放入55℃的烘箱中烘干至含水量小于10%,然后粉碎,过200目筛,得到红糖粉,备用;(2)将川椒和红糖粉混合且搅拌均匀后放入坛中,不用封盖坛口,直接放入2-5℃的冷藏室中进行糖腌3-5天,得到糖腌川椒和剩余红糖粉,备用;(3)将糖腌川椒和剩余红糖粉一起放入55℃的烘箱中烘干至含水量小于10%,然后粉碎,过200目筛,得到川椒糖粉,备用;(4)将洗净后去蒂、去核、去把的三楂直接进行冷冻干燥,磨粉,过200目筛,得到三楂粉,备用;(5)将麦芽磨粉,过200目筛,得到麦芽粉,备用;(6)将川椒糖粉、三楂粉、麦芽粉混合放入水中,搅匀后静置浸泡20-30分钟,再大火烧沸,然后小火保持3-5分钟后,接着在其后的3-5分钟内边搅拌边加入过200目筛的魔芋粉,再继续保持小火5-10分钟,并不断搅拌,直到停火冷却,得到川椒保健品原液,备用;(7)将川椒保健品原液装入包装容器中,再进行高温杀菌,然后冷却至室温,即得一种川椒保健品。
上述红糖、三楂、麦芽的功效与作用是:红糖:和血祛瘀,温中散寒;三楂:破气行瘀,消积化滞;麦芽:和中健胃,消积回乳,舒肝。
本发明的有益效果是:配方科学、合理、新颖,营养丰富。将川椒进行糖腌,再磨粉,并加入三楂粉和麦芽粉,然后通过烧煮加入过200目筛的魔芋粉搅拌制得,这样不仅降低了川椒的辛、麻之味,还使川椒味变得更加柔和,具有三楂和麦芽的风味,将其做成包装饮料,携带方便,特别是在外出旅游时,由于水土不服,稍感胃肠不适,消化不良可以饮用预防。

实施例
一种川椒保健品,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:川椒10千克、红糖15千克、三楂50千克、麦芽40千克、过200目筛的魔芋粉0.25千克、水500千克;具体生产步骤如下:将红糖放入55℃的烘箱中烘干至含水量小于10%,然后粉碎,过200目筛,得到红糖粉,备用;将川椒和红糖粉混合且搅拌均匀后放入坛中,不用封盖坛口,直接放入5℃的冷藏室中进行糖腌3天,得到糖腌川椒和剩余红糖粉,备用;将糖腌川椒和剩余红糖粉一起放入55℃的烘箱中烘干至含水量小于10%,然后粉碎,过200目筛,得到川椒糖粉,备用;将洗净后去蒂、去核、去把的三楂直接进行冷冻干燥,磨粉,过200目筛,得到三楂粉,备用;将麦芽磨粉,过200目筛,得到麦芽粉,备用;将川椒糖粉、三楂粉、麦芽粉混合放入水中,搅匀后静置浸泡20分钟,再大火烧沸,然后小火保持5分钟后,接着在其后的3分钟内边搅拌边加入过200目筛的魔芋粉,再继续保持小火10分钟,并不断搅拌,直到停火冷却,得到川椒保健品原液,备用;将川椒保健品原液装入包装容器中,再进行高温杀菌,然后冷却至室温,即得一种川椒保健品。
