The embodiment also provides a soil turning method for agricultural planting, which comprises the following steps:

s2: the second motor 24 is started, the second motor 24 drives the third rotating shaft 25 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 25 drives the first chain wheel 27 to rotate, the first chain wheel 27 drives the second chain wheel 29 to rotate through the chain 28, the second chain wheel 29 drives the worm 19 to rotate, the worm 19 drives the conveying roller 17 to rotate, the conveying roller 17 drives the conveying belt 18 to rotate, the conveying belt 18 can convey soil blocks into the crushing box 22, meanwhile, the third rotating shaft 25 drives the plurality of crushing teeth 26 to rotate, the plurality of crushing teeth 26 can crush the soil blocks, and the crushed soil falls to the ploughed soil through the soil outlet 23;
s3: the water pump 15 is started, the water pump 15 can convey water in the water tank 14 to the plurality of spray heads 32 through the connecting pipe 41 and the water outlet pipe 31, the plurality of spray heads 32 can spray the water, meanwhile, the worm 19 drives the worm wheel 39 to rotate, the worm wheel 39 drives the rotating rod 36 to rotate, the rotating rod 36 drives the sector gear 35 to rotate, the sector gear 35 drives the rack 33 to horizontally move rightwards, the rack 33 drives the gear 34 to rotate, when the sector gear 35 rotates to be disengaged with the rack 33, the spring 38 can drive the limiting block 37 and the rack 33 to horizontally move leftwards through deformation force, the rack 33 drives the gear 34 to reversely rotate, the gear 34 drives the water outlet pipe 31 to reciprocally rotate, the water outlet pipe 31 drives the plurality of spray heads 32 to reciprocally swing, and therefore the plurality of spray heads 32 can effectively remove dust generated by crushing soil blocks and improve the working environment;
s4: when the use is ended, can be through opening the cylinder 6 reversal, cylinder 6 drives the vertical rebound of drive telescopic link 7, telescopic link 7 drives the vertical rebound of mounting panel 4, mounting panel 4 drives the vertical rebound of two fixed plates 5, two fixed plates 5 drive first pivot 10, the vertical rebound of roller bearing 11 and a plurality of native blade 12, and then can accomodate roller bearing 11 and a plurality of native blade 12 of digging, prevent to damage native blade 12 in the transportation removal process.

The soil turning device for agricultural planting comprises a vehicle body (1) and is characterized in that an installation box (2) is fixedly installed at the top of the vehicle body (1), sliding grooves (3) are formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the installation box (2), the same installation plate (4) is installed in the two sliding grooves (3) in a sliding mode, two symmetrical fixing plates (5) are fixedly installed at the bottom of the installation plate (4), installation grooves are formed in the fixing plates (5), soil turning mechanisms are arranged on the two fixing plates (5), an air cylinder (6) is fixedly installed at the top of the installation box (2), a second through hole is formed in the top of the installation box (2), a telescopic rod (7) is movably installed in the second through hole, an output shaft of the air cylinder (6) is fixedly connected with one end of the telescopic rod (7), the other end of the telescopic rod (7) is fixedly connected with the top of the installation plate (4), a water pump (15) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the bottom of the water tank (14), a third through hole is formed in the left side of the water tank (14), a connecting pipe (41) is fixedly installed in the third through hole, one end of the connecting pipe (41) is fixedly communicated with an output port of the water pump (15), a fixed block (30) is fixedly installed on the left side of the installation box (2), a fourth through hole is formed in the fixed block (30), a water sprinkling mechanism is arranged in the fourth through hole, a soil turning opening (8) is formed in the bottom of the vehicle body (1), the soil turning opening (8) is communicated with the installation box (2), a second rotating shaft (16) is rotatably installed in the soil turning opening (8), a conveying opening (20) is formed in the left side of the installation box (2), a worm (19) is rotatably installed in the conveying opening (20), conveying rollers (17) are fixedly sleeved on the outer sides of the second rotating shaft (16), the top fixed mounting of automobile body (1) has two backup pads (21), the top fixed mounting of two backup pads (21) has same crushing case (22), unearthed mouthful (23) have been seted up to the bottom of crushing case (22), be provided with rubbing crusher structure in crushing case (22), the mounting hole has been seted up in the left side of mounting box (2), slidable mounting has rack (33) in the mounting hole, the fifth through-hole has been seted up to the top inner wall of delivery port (20), the fifth through-hole communicates with each other with the mounting hole, bull stick (36) are installed in the fifth through-hole internal rotation.

The soil turning device for agricultural planting according to claim 1, wherein the soil turning mechanism comprises a first motor (13), a first rotating shaft (10), a rolling shaft (11) and a plurality of soil turning blades (12), the outer side of the first motor (13) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the right side of the mounting groove, a first through hole is formed in the inner wall of the left side of the mounting groove, the outer side of the first rotating shaft (10) is slidably connected with the inner wall of the first through hole, the inner ring of the rolling shaft (11) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the first rotating shaft (10), the outer sides of the plurality of soil turning blades (12) are fixedly connected with the outer side of the rolling shaft (11), and one end of the first rotating shaft (10) is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the first motor (13).

The soil turning device for agricultural planting according to claim 1, wherein the water spraying mechanism comprises a water outlet pipe (31), a plurality of spray heads (32), a sealing ring (40) and a gear (34), a sixth through hole is formed in the outer side of the connecting pipe (41), the outer side of the water outlet pipe (31) is in sliding connection with the inner walls of the sixth through hole and the fourth through hole, an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the sixth through hole, the sealing ring (40) is installed in the annular groove in a sliding mode, the outer side of the water outlet pipe (31) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the sealing ring (40), the plurality of spray heads (32) are fixedly communicated with the outer side of the water outlet pipe (31), the inner ring of the gear (34) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the water outlet pipe (31), and the gear.

The soil turning device for agricultural planting according to claim 1, wherein the crushing mechanism comprises a second motor (24), a third rotating shaft (25) and a plurality of crushing teeth (26), seventh through holes are formed in both sides of the crushing box (22), the outer side of the third rotating shaft (25) is slidably connected with the inner walls of the two seventh through holes, the outer side of the second motor (24) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the crushing box (22), the output shaft of the second motor (24) is fixedly connected with one end of the third rotating shaft (25), and one end of each of the plurality of crushing teeth (26) is fixedly connected with the outer side of the third rotating shaft (25).

The agricultural planting soil turning device of claim 4, wherein a first chain wheel (27) is fixedly arranged at one end of the third rotating shaft (25), a second chain wheel (29) is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the worm (19), and the first chain wheel (27) and the second chain wheel (29) are meshed with a same chain (28).

The agricultural soil turning device for planting according to claim 1, wherein a sector gear (35) is fixedly installed at one end of the rotating rod (36) in the installation hole, the sector gear (35) is meshed with the rack (33), a worm wheel (39) is fixedly installed at the other end of the rotating rod (36), and the worm wheel (39) is meshed with the worm (19).

The soil turning device for agricultural planting according to claim 1, wherein a limiting block (37) is fixedly installed at one end of the rack (33), a spring (38) is sleeved outside the rack (33), and two ends of the spring (38) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the left side of the installation box (2) and the outer side of the limiting block (37).

The soil turning device for agricultural planting according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (4) is provided with two symmetrical sliding holes, the sliding holes are communicated with the sliding grooves (3), sliding rods (9) are slidably mounted in the two sliding holes, and the top inner walls and the bottom inner walls of the sliding grooves (3) at two ends of the sliding rods (9) are fixedly connected.

The soil turning device for agricultural planting according to claim 1, wherein first bearings are fixedly mounted on inner walls of two sides of the soil turning port (8) and outer sides of the two fixing plates (5), inner rings of four first bearings are fixedly connected with outer sides of the first rotating shaft (10) and the second rotating shaft (16), second bearings are fixedly mounted on inner walls of two sides of the conveying port (20) and inner walls of two sides of the crushing box (22), inner rings of four second bearings are fixedly connected with outer sides of the worm (19) and the third rotating shaft (25), third bearings are fixedly mounted on the top of the fixing block (30) and the inner wall of the top of the conveying port (20), and inner rings of two third bearings are fixedly connected with outer sides of the rotating rod (36) and the water outlet pipe (31).
10. A method of turning soil for agricultural planting according to claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1: firstly, an air cylinder (6) is started, the air cylinder (6) drives a telescopic rod (7) to vertically move downwards, the telescopic rod (7) drives a mounting plate (4) to vertically move downwards, the mounting plate (4) drives two fixing plates (5) to vertically move downwards, the two fixing plates (5) drive a first rotating shaft (10), a rolling shaft (11) and a plurality of soil turning blades (12) to vertically move downwards, when the rolling shaft (11) and the plurality of soil turning blades (12) vertically move downwards into soil and the depth is proper, a first motor (13) is started, the first rotating shaft (10) is driven by the first motor (13) to rotate, the rolling shaft (11) and the plurality of soil turning blades (12) are driven by the first rotating shaft (10) to rotate, so that the plurality of soil turning blades (12) can turn soil, and soil blocks are turned and conveyed to a conveying belt (18);
s2: the second motor (24) is started, the second motor (24) drives the third rotating shaft (25) to rotate, the third rotating shaft (25) drives the first chain wheel (27) to rotate, the first chain wheel (27) drives the second chain wheel (29) to rotate through the chain (28), the second chain wheel (29) drives the worm (19) to rotate, the worm (19) drives the conveying roller (17) to rotate, the conveying roller (17) drives the conveying belt (18) to rotate, the conveying belt (18) can convey soil blocks into the crushing box (22), and meanwhile the third rotating shaft (25) drives the plurality of crushing teeth (26) to rotate, so that the plurality of crushing teeth (26) can crush the soil blocks, and crushed soil falls to the ploughed soil through the soil outlet (23);
s3: the water pump (15) is started, the water pump (15) can convey water in the water tank (14) to the plurality of spray heads (32) through the connecting pipe (41) and the water outlet pipe (31), the plurality of spray heads (32) can spray water, meanwhile, the worm (19) drives the worm wheel (39) to rotate, the worm wheel (39) drives the rotating rod (36) to rotate, the rotating rod (36) drives the sector gear (35) to rotate, the sector gear (35) drives the rack (33) to horizontally move rightwards, the rack (33) drives the gear (34) to rotate, when the sector gear (35) rotates to be disengaged with the rack (33), the spring (38) can drive the limiting block (37) and the rack (33) to horizontally move leftwards through deformation force, the rack (33) drives the gear (34) to reversely rotate, the gear (34) drives the water outlet pipe (31) to rotate in a reciprocating mode, the water outlet pipe (31) drives the plurality of spray heads (32) to swing, therefore, the plurality of spray heads (32) can effectively remove dust generated by crushing soil blocks and improve the working environment of operators;
s4: when the use finishes, can be through opening cylinder (6) reversal, cylinder (6) drive and drive the vertical rebound of telescopic link (7), telescopic link (7) drive the vertical rebound of mounting panel (4), mounting panel (4) drive the vertical rebound of two fixed plates (5), two fixed plates (5) drive first pivot (10), vertical rebound of roller bearing (11) and a plurality of native blade (12) of digging, and then can accomodate roller bearing (11) and a plurality of native blade (12) of digging, prevent to damage in the transportation removal process and dig blade (12).
