相关技术中,涤纶面料的印花方法有直接印花、拔染印花和转移印花等。防染印花是先印花后染色的加工方法,印花色浆中含有能破坏或阻止地色染料上染的化学物质(防染剂),印花处地色染料不能上染织物,织物经洗涤后,印花处呈白色花纹的称为防白印花;若在防白的同时,印花色浆中还含有与防染剂不发生作用的染料,在地色染料上染的同时,色浆中染料上染印花之处,则印花处获得有色花纹,这便是色防印花。
涤纶织物印花主要用分散染料,对所用分散染料在升华温度及固色率方面有较高的要求,升华温度过低的染料会在焙烘固色时沾污白地,固色率不高的染料在后处理水洗时又会沾污白地,因此一般选用中温型或高温型的染料。
针对上述中的相关技术,申请人认为防染印花在实际应用中可能会发生分散染料在涤纶面料上固色率不高的情况,从而影响涤纶面料的美观程度。
发明内容
为了改善分散染料在涤纶面料上可能会发生固色率不高的情况的问题,本申请提供一种涤纶面料的印花工艺。

一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,前处理,对涤纶面料进行前处理;
S2,浸轧染液,对前处理后的涤纶面料进行浸轧染液;
S3,烘干,对浸轧染液后的涤纶面料进行烘干;
S4,印防染色浆,对烘干后的涤纶面料进行印防染色浆;
S5,后处理,对印防染色浆后的涤纶面料进行后处理,得到成品涤纶面料;

通过采用上述技术方案,由于防染色浆中添加了分散染料和渗透剂,因此分散染料能够更为均匀地分布到防染色浆中,一定程度上使得分散染料能够与涤纶面料更好地接触,并促使分散染料进入涤纶面料内,从而提高分散染料在涤纶面料上的上染率;氯化亚锡作为强酸性还原剂类防染剂,起到破坏或阻止地色染料上染的作用,并使得分散染料能够上染;酒石酸的添加,起到防染色浆获得一定的抗氧化性能,同时能够进一步提高氯化亚锡的还原性,酒石酸还能够与锡离子进行络合,减少了原糊和染料分解物与锡离子络合,减少了涤纶织物泛黄的几率;
由于氯化亚锡在蒸化过程中会分解产生盐酸,缓冲剂的添加,起到对分解产生的盐酸的中和缓冲作用;原糊的添加,起到对防染色浆的乳化效果;固色剂的添加,起到提高分散染料在涤纶面料上的色牢度的作用;分散染料上染到涤纶面料上后,紫外线吸收剂的添加,起到对光线中紫外线的吸收作用,减少紫外线对分散染料的破坏,从而提高分散染料在涤纶面料上的耐光色牢度。

当在进行涤纶面料的印防染色浆的过程中,包覆层的设置,进一步减少了防染色浆中固色剂损失的量,同时包覆层在后处理的过程中分解,从而固色剂作用于染料和涤纶面料,起到固色作用。

水玻璃 6-8份。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于添加了六偏磷酸钠,六偏磷酸钠溶于水后会与亚锡离子络合并形成较稳定的络合物,减少游离状态的亚锡离子发生氧化反应损失的量,而该络合物在高温蒸化时会分解并逐渐释放出亚锡离子,亚锡离子在高温时与水发生反应放出活泼氢,活泼氢与地色染料中的偶氮基团反应,从而破坏偶氮基团使染料消色,达到防染的目的。
由于添加了聚乙二醇和水玻璃,聚乙二醇具有较好的分散性,使得防染色浆具有较好的吸湿和分散性,在聚乙二醇和水玻璃的共同作用下,锡离子和染料的分解产物所产生的沉淀不易聚集或固着到涤纶纤维上。
优选的,所述步骤S5中后处理步骤包括以下工艺步骤:
a)对印防染色浆后的涤纶面料进行烘干;
b)对经过步骤a后的涤纶面料进行高温汽蒸,控制温度为170-190℃;
c)对经过步骤b的涤纶面料进行初次水洗;
d)对经过步骤c的涤纶面料进行还原清洗;
e)对经过步骤d的涤纶面料进行二次水洗;
f)对经过步骤e的涤纶面料进行烘干,得到成品涤纶面料。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请采用了固色剂、渗透剂和紫外线吸收剂,从而获得混合较为均匀的防染色浆,促使防染色浆较好地上染到涤纶面料上,一定程度上提高防染色浆在涤纶面料的固色率,从而提高涤纶面料的色牢度;
2、本申请中通过包覆层的设置,来对有效固色成分进行一定的保护,减小印防染色浆的过程中有效固色成分发生损失的量;而在进行高温汽蒸过程中,包覆层溶解并释放包覆层内的有效固色成分,有效固色成分与分散染料和涤纶面料接触,提高分散染料上染涤纶面料的量,进而提高涤纶面料的固色率;同时溶解后包覆层能够与锡离子进一步结合,减小锡离子对涤纶面料白度的影响。

制备例
制备例1
一种渗透剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:1.4kg异辛醇;0.8kg五氧化二磷;0.3kg月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚;0.4kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠;0.4kg十二烷基磺酸钠;
一种渗透剂的制备工艺具体包括以下工艺步骤:
步骤1,按比例将1.4kg异辛醇加入至反应釜中,对反应釜进行加热和搅拌,控制反应釜内体系温度为40℃,控制搅拌速度为100r/min,按比例将0.8kg五氧化二磷加入至反应釜内,添加完五氧化二磷后,控制反应釜内体系温度为70℃,控制加热时间为2h。
步骤2,对反应釜进行冷却和过滤,得到异辛醇磷酸酯,冷却反应釜温度至40℃以下,出料后,得到水解异辛醇磷酸酯产物。
步骤3,按比例将水解异辛醇磷酸酯产品、0.3kg月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.4kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠和0.4kg十二烷基硫酸钠加入至反应釜内进行混合,对反应釜进行加热和搅拌,控制反应釜内体系温度为70℃,控制搅拌速度为100r/min,得到渗透剂。
制备例2-5
制备例2-5中原料的重量份数和工艺参数与制备例1的区别计为表2,其余均与制备例1相同。

制备例6
一种固色剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:1.8kg四乙烯五胺;5.5kg环氧氯丙烷;1.5kg三乙胺;8kg包覆层;
其中包覆层由Na2O·nSiO2组成,其中n=2;
一种固色剂的制备工艺具体包括以下工艺步骤:
步骤1,按比例将1.8kg四乙烯五胺加入到反应器中,对反应器进行恒温加热,控制反应器内的体系温度为15℃,按比例将5.5kg环氧氯丙烷加入至反应器内,得到混合物A,对混合物A进行搅拌,控制搅拌速度为100r/min,按比例向混合物A内加入1.5kg三乙胺,控制反应温度为60℃,控制反应时间为5h,得到产物B,持续对产物B进行加热并得到胶状产物B。
步骤2,按比例将8kgNa2O·2SiO2进行溶解并加热,控制加热温度为80℃,获得硅酸钠胶体,将硅酸钠胶体分为第一部分和第二部分,对第一部分的硅酸钠胶体进行冷却并塑形,形成多微孔产物C,将胶状产物B加入到多微孔产物C中,最后将第二部分的硅酸钠胶体加入至多微孔产物C表面并冷却,利用超声波进行振荡,得到固色剂。
制备例7-10
制备例7-10固色剂中原料的重量份数和工艺参数与制备例6的区别计为表3,其余均与制备例6相同。

制备例11
一种紫外线吸收剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:2kg三聚氯氰;8kg间二甲苯;1kg间二苯酚;3kg无水氯化铝;
一种紫外线吸收剂的制备工艺具体包括以下工艺步骤:
步骤1,按比例向反应釜内加入2kg三聚氯氰和8kg间二甲苯,按比例向反应釜内加入3kg无水氯化铝;对反应釜进行加热和搅拌,控制体系温度为65℃,控制搅拌速度为150r/min,控制反应时间为24h,对反应生成产物进行静置分层,减压除去有机层中的间二甲苯,得到中间产物。
步骤2,按比例将中间产物和1kg间二苯酚加入至反应釜内,加入0.2kg氯苯,对反应釜进行加热和搅拌,控制加热温度为100℃,控制搅拌速度为150r/min,控制反应时间为6h,对反应生成产物进行静置分层,减压除去氯苯后,得到粗产品,利用甲苯和石油醚进行重结晶得到产品紫外线吸收剂。
制备例12-15
制备例12-15中原料的重量份数和工艺参数与制备例11的区别计为表4,其余均与制备例11相同。

实施例
实施例1
一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
S1,前处理,对涤纶面料进行前处理工艺,依次对涤纶面料进行退浆、漂白、水洗和烘干工序;
S2,浸轧地色染液,将经过前处理后的涤纶面料浸轧到地色染液中;
S3,烘干,对浸轧地色染液后的涤纶面料进行烘干工序;
S4,印防染色浆,将经过步骤S3烘干后的涤纶面料浸入防染色浆中;
S5,后处理,对印防染色浆后的涤纶面料进行后处理工序,得到成品涤纶面料。
其中步骤S5后处理工序具体包括以下工艺步骤:
a)对印防染色浆后的涤纶面料进行烘干;
b)对经过步骤a后的涤纶面料进行高温汽蒸,控制温度为170℃;
c)对经过步骤b的涤纶面料进行初次水洗;
d)对经过步骤c的涤纶面料进行还原清洗;
e)对经过步骤d的涤纶面料进行二次水洗;
f)对经过步骤e的涤纶面料进行烘干,得到成品涤纶面料。
其中防染色浆由以下重量份的原料制成:2kg分散染料;1kg渗透剂;4kg氯化亚锡;3kg酒石酸;40kg原糊;1kg固色剂;1kg缓冲剂;4kg紫外线吸收剂;20kg水。
其中分散染料选用浙江山峪染料化工有限公司生产的分散红3B,渗透剂选用上海南威化工有限公司生产的JFC渗透剂,固色剂选用浙江劲光化工有限公司生产的固色剂Y,缓冲剂选用碳酸氢钠;紫外线吸收剂选用杭州欣阳精细化工有限公司生产的紫外线吸收剂UV-P,原糊采用醚化刺槐豆糊。
实施例2
一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例1的区别在于,防染色浆中还包含有以下重量份的原料:4kg六偏磷酸钠;3kg聚乙二醇300;6kg水玻璃。
实施例3
一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例2的区别在于,缓冲剂由以下重量份的原料组成:2kg尿素;2kg双氰胺。
实施例4
一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例3的区别在于,渗透剂选用制备例1制备的渗透剂。
实施例5
一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例3的区别在于,固色剂选用制备例6制备的固色剂。
实施例6
一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例3的区别在于,紫外线吸收剂选用制备例11制备的紫外线吸收剂。
实施例7
一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例3的区别在于,渗透剂选用制备例1制备的渗透剂,固色剂选用制备例6制备的固色剂,紫外线吸收剂选用制备例11制备的紫外线吸收剂。

实施例8-11中防染色浆的原料配比、工艺参数与实施例7的区别计为表5,其余均与实施例7相同。

一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例1的区别在于,防染色浆中未添加渗透剂。

一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,与实施例7的区别在于,固色剂中未设置有包覆层。
性能检测试验
针对本申请实施例1-15和对比例1-4,对涤纶面料进行性能测试,分别对其进行皂洗10次和皂洗50次,观察皂洗10次和皂洗50次后涤纶面料的褪色情况,并以1-5等级来区分褪色程度,1为褪色程度最低,5为褪色程度最高,其中1-5间以0.1为数量级进行统计,检测数据见表7。
同时对涤纶面料进行印花美观程度评价,根据印花处白度以及发黄程度进行评价,以1-2等级来区分美观度,1为美观度最好,2为美观度最差,其中1-2间以0.01为数量级进行统计,检测数据见表7。

结合实施例1-15和对比例1-4并结合表7可以看出,选用本申请中的渗透剂能够使得防染色浆更好地上染到涤纶面料上去,提高分散染料在涤纶面料上的上染率。
选用本申请中的固色剂能够使得分散染料更好地固着到涤纶面料上,从而提高涤纶面料的色牢度,同时通过包覆层的设置,能够减少固色剂中有效成分在上染过程中损失的量,从而使得固色剂中有效成分能够在高温汽蒸过程中与分散染料和涤纶面料进行充分接触,从而提高涤纶面料的色牢度。
同时,包覆层能够在高温汽蒸过程中溶解,并作用于生成的锡离子,与锡离子形成胶状物,减少锡离子残留在涤纶面料上的量,减少对涤纶面料白度的影响。
选用本申请中的缓冲剂能够对高温汽蒸过程中产生的盐酸进行吸收,起到对盐酸的缓冲作用,减小生成的盐酸对设备以及涤纶面料白度的影响。
通过六偏磷酸钠、乙二醇300和水玻璃的添加,能够对亚锡离子络合并形成较稳定的络合物,少游离状态的亚锡离子发生氧化反应损失的量,而该络合物在高温蒸化时会分解并逐渐释放出亚锡离子,亚锡离子在高温时与水发生反应放出活泼氢,活泼氢与地色染料中的偶氮基团反应,从而破坏偶氮基团使染料消色,达到防染的目的。

Claims (8)

1.一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,前处理,对涤纶面料进行前处理;
S2,浸轧染液,对前处理后的涤纶面料进行浸轧染液;
S3,烘干,对浸轧染液后的涤纶面料进行烘干;
S4,印防染色浆,对烘干后的涤纶面料进行印防染色浆;
S5,后处理,对印防染色浆后的涤纶面料进行后处理,得到成品涤纶面料;
其中所述防染色浆由包含以下重量份的原料制成:

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述包覆层由Na2O·nSiO2组成,其中n=2,所述固色剂由以下工艺步骤制备得到:
将四乙烯五胺加入到反应器中,对反应器进行恒温加热,控制恒温的条件下向四乙烯五胺中加入环氧氯丙烷,得到混合物A,对混合物A进行搅拌,向混合物A中加入三乙胺,得到产物B;
对产物B进行加热并获得胶状产物B,对Na2O·2SiO2进行溶解加热并获得硅酸钠胶体,对硅酸钠胶体进行冷却并塑形,形成多微孔产物C,将胶状产物B加入到多微孔产物C中,最后再将硅酸钠胶体加入至多微孔产物C表面并冷却,获得所述固色剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂由包含以下重量份的原料制成:

六偏磷酸钠 4-6份;
聚乙二醇 3-5份;
水玻璃 6-8份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料的印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤S5中后处理步骤包括以下工艺步骤:
a)对印防染色浆后的涤纶面料进行烘干;
b)对经过步骤a后的涤纶面料进行高温汽蒸,控制温度为170-190℃;
c)对经过步骤b的涤纶面料进行初次水洗;
d)对经过步骤c的涤纶面料进行还原清洗;
e)对经过步骤d的涤纶面料进行二次水洗;
