(1) and (3) putting the porous material into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation, wherein the primary impregnation time is preferably 0.5-2 h. After primary impregnation, obtaining a porous material loaded with water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material; the water-soluble essences with different flavors can be selected and used according to the requirements of cigarette taste.
(2) Putting the inner layer material into calcium salt solution for secondary impregnation to obtain a secondary impregnation material with calcium salt adsorbed on the surface; in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the calcium salt is calcium chloride or calcium lactate. The mass concentration of the calcium salt is 1-3%.
(3) Putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution for crosslinking and curing reaction, and then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium salt solution for stable molding, wherein the sodium alginate and the calcium salt are subjected to crosslinking reaction to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer; in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mass concentration of the sodium alginate solution is 1-2%.
(4) And rolling and coating the emulsion outside the middle layer material, and forming an outer layer emulsion water locking layer after the emulsion is solidified.
The preparation method of the water-soluble dropping pill has the advantages of simple preparation process and easy operation, the prepared dropping pill has good appearance roundness, uniform size and easy control, the structural strength of the dropping pill is higher, the dropping pill has better fragrance-holding effect, and the dropping pill can stably and slowly gradually release fragrance components in the process of smoking cigarettes.
The following is a further description with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a water-soluble dropping pill prepared from a porous material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) grinding the porous volcanic rock into spherical particles with the particle size of 2-2.5 mm by using a crusher, putting the spherical porous volcanic rock into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation for 0.5h, taking out after the primary impregnation, and putting the spherical porous volcanic rock to a state that no water drops exist on the surface under the room temperature condition. After primary impregnation, obtaining a porous material loaded with water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material;
(2) putting the inner layer material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 1% for secondary impregnation, wherein the secondary impregnation time is 5min, so as to obtain a secondary impregnation material with calcium chloride adsorbed on the surface;
(3) putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 2% for crosslinking and curing reaction, then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 1% for stable molding, and performing crosslinking reaction on the sodium alginate and the calcium chloride to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer;
(4) and (3) coating pure acrylic emulsion outside the intermediate layer material by a rolling coating method, drying at room temperature for more than 24h, and forming an outer layer latex water locking layer after the pure acrylic emulsion is solidified. The prepared dripping pill has a diameter of about 2.5 mm.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a water-soluble dropping pill prepared from a porous material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) grinding the porous volcanic rock into spherical particles with the particle size of 3-3.5 mm by using a crusher, putting the spherical porous volcanic rock into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation for 1h, taking out the spherical porous volcanic rock after the primary impregnation, and standing the spherical porous volcanic rock at room temperature until the surface of the spherical porous volcanic rock is free of water drops. After primary impregnation, obtaining a porous material loaded with water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material;
(2) putting the inner layer material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 2% for secondary impregnation, wherein the secondary impregnation time is 3min, so as to obtain a secondary impregnation material with calcium chloride adsorbed on the surface;
(3) putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 1.5% for crosslinking and curing reaction, then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 2% for stable molding, and performing crosslinking reaction on the sodium alginate and the calcium chloride to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer;
(4) and (3) rolling and coating the styrene-acrylic emulsion outside the intermediate layer material by using a rolling coating method, drying at room temperature for more than 24 hours, and forming an outer layer latex water locking layer after the styrene-acrylic emulsion is cured. The prepared dripping pill has a diameter of about 3.5 mm.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 of the present invention provides a water-soluble dropping pill prepared from a porous material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) grinding the porous volcanic rock into spherical particles with the particle size of 4-4.5 mm by using a crusher, putting the spherical porous volcanic rock into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation for 2 hours, taking out the spherical porous volcanic rock after the primary impregnation, and standing the spherical porous volcanic rock at room temperature until the surface of the spherical porous volcanic rock is free of water drops. After primary impregnation, obtaining a porous material loaded with water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material;
(2) putting the inner layer material into 3% calcium lactate solution for secondary soaking for 5min to obtain secondary soaking material with calcium lactate adsorbed on surface;
(3) putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 1.5% for cross-linking and curing reaction, then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium lactate solution with the concentration of 3% for stable molding, and performing cross-linking reaction on the sodium alginate and calcium chloride to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer;
(4) and (3) rolling and coating the styrene-acrylic emulsion outside the intermediate layer material by using a rolling coating method, drying at room temperature for more than 24 hours, and forming an outer layer latex water locking layer after the styrene-acrylic emulsion is cured. The prepared dripping pill has a diameter of about 4.5 mm.
Example 4
Embodiment 4 of the present invention provides a water-soluble dropping pill prepared from a porous material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) grinding the porous volcanic rock into spherical particles with the particle size of 4.5-5 mm by using a crusher, putting the spherical porous volcanic rock into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation for 2 hours, taking out the spherical porous volcanic rock after the primary impregnation, and standing the spherical porous volcanic rock at room temperature until the surface of the spherical porous volcanic rock is free of water drops. After primary impregnation, obtaining a porous material loaded with water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material;
(2) putting the inner layer material into 3% calcium lactate solution for secondary soaking for 8min to obtain secondary soaking material with calcium lactate adsorbed on surface;
(3) putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 2% for crosslinking and curing reaction, then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium lactate solution with the concentration of 3% for stable molding, and performing crosslinking reaction on the sodium alginate and calcium chloride to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer;
(4) and rolling and coating the mixed emulsion of the pure acrylic emulsion and the styrene-acrylic emulsion outside the intermediate layer material by using a rolling coating method, wherein the mass ratio of the pure acrylic emulsion to the styrene-acrylic emulsion in the mixed emulsion is 1:1, drying at room temperature for more than 24 hours after rolling and coating, and forming an outer layer latex lock water layer after the mixed emulsion is solidified. The prepared dripping pill has diameter of about 5 mm.
Example 5
Embodiment 5 of the present invention provides a water-soluble dropping pill prepared from a porous material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) grinding the porous volcanic rock into spherical particles with the particle size of 3.5-4 mm by using a crusher, putting the spherical porous volcanic rock into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation for 1.5h, taking out after the primary impregnation, and putting the spherical porous volcanic rock to a state that no water drops exist on the surface under the room temperature condition. After primary impregnation, obtaining a porous material loaded with water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material;
(2) putting the inner layer material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 2% for secondary impregnation, wherein the secondary impregnation time is 5min, so as to obtain a secondary impregnation material with calcium chloride adsorbed on the surface;
(3) putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 2% for crosslinking and curing reaction, then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 2% for stable molding, and performing crosslinking reaction on the sodium alginate and the calcium chloride to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer;
(4) and rolling and coating the mixed emulsion of the pure acrylic emulsion and the styrene-acrylic emulsion outside the intermediate layer material by using a rolling coating method, wherein the mass ratio of the pure acrylic emulsion to the styrene-acrylic emulsion in the mixed emulsion is 1:2, drying at room temperature for more than 24 hours after rolling and coating, and forming an outer layer latex lock water layer after the mixed emulsion is solidified. The prepared dripping pill has a diameter of about 4 mm.
Example 6
Embodiment 6 of the present invention provides a water-soluble dropping pill prepared from a porous material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) grinding the porous volcanic rock into spherical particles with the particle size of 3.5-4 mm by using a crusher, putting the spherical porous volcanic rock into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation for 1h, taking out after the primary impregnation, and standing at room temperature until the surface of the porous volcanic rock is free of water drops. After primary impregnation, obtaining a porous material loaded with water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material;
(2) putting the inner layer material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 2% for secondary impregnation, wherein the secondary impregnation time is 5min, so as to obtain a secondary impregnation material with calcium chloride adsorbed on the surface;
(3) putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 1% for crosslinking and curing reaction, then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 2% for stable molding, and performing crosslinking reaction on the sodium alginate and the calcium chloride to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer;
(4) and rolling and coating the mixed emulsion of the pure acrylic emulsion and the styrene-acrylic emulsion outside the intermediate layer material by a rolling coating method, wherein the mass ratio of the pure acrylic emulsion to the styrene-acrylic emulsion in the mixed emulsion is 2:1, drying at room temperature for more than 24 hours after rolling and coating, and forming an outer layer latex lock water layer after the mixed emulsion is solidified. The prepared dripping pill has a diameter of about 4 mm.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described specific embodiments, and various modifications and variations are possible. Any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made to the above embodiments in accordance with the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A water-soluble dripping pill prepared from porous material is characterized in that the water-soluble dripping pill comprises an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer; the inner layer is formed by loading water-soluble essence on a porous material, the middle layer is a gel layer formed by the cross-linking reaction of sodium alginate and calcium salt, and the outer layer is a latex water-locking layer formed after emulsion is solidified.
2. The water-soluble dripping pill prepared from a porous material according to claim 1, wherein the porous material is porous vesuvianite.
3. The water-soluble dropping pill prepared from the porous material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the porous material is spherical particles with a particle size of 2-5 mm.
4. The water-soluble dripping pill prepared from a porous material according to claim 1, wherein the emulsion is at least one of pure acrylic emulsion and styrene-acrylic emulsion.
5. The water-soluble dropping pill prepared from the porous material as claimed in claim 4, wherein the emulsion is a mixed emulsion formed by mixing a pure acrylic emulsion and a styrene-acrylic emulsion according to a mass ratio of 2: 1.
6. A preparation method of a water-soluble dripping pill is characterized by comprising the following steps:
putting the porous material into a water-soluble essence solution for primary impregnation to obtain the porous material loaded with the water-soluble essence, and taking the impregnated porous material as an inner layer material;
putting the inner layer material into calcium salt solution for secondary impregnation to obtain a secondary impregnation material with calcium salt adsorbed on the surface;
putting the secondary impregnation material into a sodium alginate solution for a crosslinking and curing reaction, and then putting the secondary impregnation material into a calcium salt solution for stable molding, wherein the sodium alginate and the calcium salt are subjected to a crosslinking reaction to form an intermediate layer material consisting of a gel layer;
and rolling and coating emulsion outside the intermediate layer material, and forming an outer layer emulsion water locking layer after the emulsion is solidified.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the calcium salt is calcium chloride or calcium lactate.
8. The method for preparing a water-soluble dripping pill as claimed in claim 7, wherein the mass concentration of the calcium salt is 1-3%.
9. The method for preparing a water-soluble dropping pill according to claim 6, wherein the mass concentration of the sodium alginate solution is 1-2%.
10. The method for preparing water-soluble dripping pills according to claim 6, wherein the time for one immersion is 0.5-2 h.
