- the present disclosure is not limited in this aspect.
- the tobacco product of the present disclosure can include a smoking segment 10, a cooling segment 20 and a filter segment 30.
- the smoking segment 10 and the filter segment 30 can be respectively installed at two ends of the cooling segment 20, so that the smoking segment 10 can form smoke by volatilizing aerosol, after the smoking segment 10 is heated and the user smokes the filter segment 30.
- the cooling segment 20 can reduce the temperature of the smoke formed by volatilization of the heated smoking segment 10 when the user smokes the filter segment 30, so as to prevent the user's mouth from being scalded.
- the filter segment 30 can be implemented as a plant-flavored filter stick, wherein the plant-flavored filter stick can be configured as having gas hole passing through both ends of the filter segment 30, and the filter segment 30 can include:
- the plant powder can include but is not limited to cultivated plants and wild plants with aroma.
- it may include, but is not limited to, tangerine peel, licorice, lavender, basil, mint, rosemary, purple perilla and the like.
- the filter segment 30 can also include a predetermined amount of essence solidified on the plant-flavored filter stick.
- the essence can include at least one of water-soluble essence, oil-soluble essence and microencapsulated essence.
- the essence can be implemented as one or more of tangerine peel essence, sweet orange essence, mint essence, jasmine essence, passion fruit essence, amyl acetate, ionone, phenylethyl alcohol, eugenol and perillartine.
- the solvent of the oil-soluble essence can preferably be medium-chain triglyceride, glycerol triacetate, triethyl citrate and so on, such that the adsorption capacity of the essence is increased.
- the cooling segment 20 can be implemented as a plant element with a porous structure penetrating through the cooling segment 20. Therefore, after the smoking segment 10 is heated, the aroma emitted by the essence on the plant-flavored filter stick through the holes on the plant element when heated can be mixed in the aerosol formed by volatilization of the smoking segment 10, thereby achieving the uniform diffusion of aroma.
- the plant-flavored filter stick itself is composed of fragrant plant raw material powder, and therefore, the plant-flavored filter stick can volatilize sufficient aroma after being heated, so as to make up for the lack of aroma of tobacco products in the prior art.
- the present disclosure provides a preparation method of the plant-flavored filter stick, the preparation method of the plant-flavored filter stick can include the following steps:
- the step (S1) can be implemented as stirring and mixing for 1 h in a kneading device under the condition of 50 r/min, so as to make a block-shaped wet material to be squeezed.
- drying the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick in the step (S6) may be implemented as follows: at a temperature of 100-110°C, drying the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick until the water content is 8-10% by weight. It is worth mentioning that when the moisture in the plant-flavored filter stick is kept at 8-10% by weight, it can help release the aroma of the plant raw material powder with aroma in the plant-flavored filter stick.
- the preparation method of the plant-flavored filter stick can include the following step: (S7) before drying the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick, cutting the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick into a predetermined length.
- the squeezed wet material can be cut into filaments. In this way, the essence sprayed on the plant-flavored filter stick subsequently can be more uniform.

- Preferably, drying the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick in the step (S6) may be implemented as follows: at a temperature of 100-110°C, drying the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick until the water content is 8-10% by weight. It is worth mentioning that when the moisture in the plant-flavored filter stick is kept at 8-10% by weight, it can help release the aroma of the plant raw material powder with aroma in the plant-flavored filter stick.
- Preferably, the preparation method of the plant-flavored filter stick can include the following step:
(S7) before drying the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick, cutting the semi-processed plant-flavored filter stick into a predetermined length. - It is worth mentioning that, in the step (S3) of the preparation method of the plant-flavored filter stick, the squeezed wet material can be cut into filaments. In this way, the essence sprayed on the plant-flavored filter stick subsequently can be more uniform.
- In addition, in the step (S2), squeezing the wet material can make the formed wet material more compact, which is beneficial for the cut and separated wet material to adsorb more essence.
- Preferably, the preparation method of the plant-flavored filter stick can include the following step:
(S8) after spraying the essence onto the cut and separated wet material to form the semi-processed flavored wet material, placing the semi-processed flavored wet material in an airtight environment at 23±2°C and a humidity of 60±5% for a predetermined period of time, so that the semi-processed product of the flavored wet material can fully absorb the sprayed essence. - The block-shaped wet material was made by mixing 4.5 parts by weight of plant raw material powder with aroma, 5 parts by weight of smoking agent, 5 parts by weight of adhesive and 5 parts by weight of water, meanwhile the plant-flavored filter stick was made according to the above-mentioned preparation method, wherein the essence can be peppermint oil to prepare the plant-flavored filter stick.
- The filter stick was made according to the method of prior art. After soaking the filter stick directly in the essence (peppermint oil) for 1 h, the essence on the surface was wiped off to obtain an essence-soaked filter stick.
- After the filter sticks in Example 1 and Comparative Example were placed at 22°C and 60% relative humidity for different periods of time, the aroma retention capacity of the two filter sticks was compared. The aroma components in the two samples can be identified by using SPME-GC/MS. GC internal standard method can be used for content determination, in which the chromatographic column can be HP-5 capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 µm), with 1-octanol as the internal standard. The specific results are shown in the table below. It can be seen from the following Table 1 that the plant-flavored filter stick of Example 1 has a much greater retention capacity for aroma substances than that of the Comparative Example.
Table 1 Type of filter stick Menthol content in filter stick for 0 days (mg/g) Menthol content in filter stick for 10 days (mg/g) Menthol content in filter stick for 20 days (mg/g) Menthol content in filter stick for 30 days (mg/g) Example 1 plant-flavored filter stick 25.6 23.8 20.7 19.3 Comparative 24.4 19.3 14.5 10.8 Example filter stick - It is worth mentioning that when making the plant-flavored filter stick, the present disclosure adopts the method of spraying first and then extruding, so that the sprayed essence can be fully mixed with the wet material. After extrusion, the channels through which the essence is emitted can be more compact, which can delay the preservation time of the essence.
