primary drying: extruding and molding the composite filter stick slurry in a composite filter stick molding machine to obtain a wet stick, and drying at 65-85 ℃ until the moisture content of the wet stick is 20-25%;
secondary drying: and cutting the wet rod at a fixed length, and drying at 20-40 ℃ until the moisture content of the wet rod is 10-13%, thus obtaining the composite filter stick.
The method is adopted to prepare the composite filter stick 1# -9# and the comparative composite filter stick D1# -D3#, and the specific method difference is shown in the following table 1:

Assembling the prepared composite filter stick 1# -9# and the comparative composite filter stick D1# -D3# to obtain a heated non-combustible cigarette 1# -9# and a comparative heated non-combustible cigarette D1# -D3#, wherein the particle size of the added particles in the heated non-combustible cigarette is 20-25 meshes, the filling weight is about 0.25g, and in addition, the composite filter stick slurry 1# is obtained according to the proportion of each component in the composite filter stick 1#, and the composite filter stick slurry 1# is extruded and granulated to obtain cooling particles, wherein the particle size of the cooling particles is 0.8-2.0mm, the cooling particles are placed into a cigarette clamping cylinder according to the existing assembly process, and the comparative heated non-combustible cigarette D4# is obtained according to the same assembly process as the composite filter stick 1# -9# and the comparative composite filter stick D1# -D3 #.
The sensory quality evaluation is carried out on the cigarette 1# to 9# which is not burnt by heating and the comparative cigarette D1# to D4# which is not burnt by heating:
according to the traditional cigarette sensory quality evaluation method, seven indexes such as smoke quantity, smoke temperature, aroma, harmony, irritation, miscellaneous gas (taste), aftertaste and the like are selected as sensory evaluation indexes of the new concept cigarette which is not burnt by heating. Wherein, the smoke amount refers to the amount or the thickness (fullness) degree of the smoke; the aroma refers to pleasant aroma perceived by the sense of official perception in the smoking evaluation process; harmonious refers to the harmonious and uniform fragrance style, and the characteristics of a certain monomer can not be felt; the offensive odor refers to unpleasant odor contained in the smoke, such as sweet and greasy feeling, chemical odor and the like brought by heating the glycerin or the propylene glycol in the cigarette without burning new concept; irritation refers to the slight and obvious discomfort feeling of smoke on sense, such as spurting, singeing and so on to nasal cavity, oral cavity, throat; aftertaste refers to the taste sensation left after the smoke is exhaled from the oral cavity and the nasal cavity, including comfort, cleanliness and dryness.
Before or during the evaluation of the test specimens, sensory evaluation should be carried out on the standard samples (IQOS products or glo products) in order to calibrate the calibre.
The mass integral of the cigarette with new concept of no combustion after heating adopts a percentage system, and the highest score is 100; each project is divided into score units by 0.5; when the evaluation scoring of the six indexes is carried out, the quality of each index meets the requirement of the corresponding project, and corresponding scoring is carried out. The sensory quality evaluation method comprises the steps of carrying out quantitative evaluation index grading on the smoke quantity, smoke temperature, aroma, harmony, irritation, offensive odor and aftertaste of the cigarette which is not burnt by heating according to a quantitative table shown in a table 3 by 33 professionals in a smoking panel respectively, then calculating the average score of a single index, and listing the average score in a table 4, wherein the sensory quality score is represented by the sum of the average scores of the single indexes and is accurate to 0.1.

According to the content in table 4, the score of the non-burning cigarette 1# is the highest in the application, and the composite filter stick 1# is proved to be capable of supplementing smoke while cooling and filtering, so that the smoke aroma of the non-burning cigarette is richer and less in offensive odor; the cigarette D4# is heated and not combusted in a contrast mode, the temperature-reducing material composition of the cigarette D4# is the same as that of the cigarette 1# which is not heated and combusted, but the shape of the temperature-reducing particles is not good in the temperature-reducing effect and the aroma-increasing effect of the composite filter stick, and the overall appearance quality of the temperature-reducing particles is poor.
And (2) performing a smoking test on the heated non-combustible cigarette 1# -9# and the comparative heated non-combustible cigarette D1# -D4# by adopting a rotating disc type smoking machine, and detecting tar, carbon monoxide and nicotine in the smoke of the heated non-combustible cigarette 1# -9# and the comparative heated non-combustible cigarette D1# -D4# by matching with gas chromatography, wherein the content of tar, carbon monoxide and nicotine in the smoke generated by the heated non-combustible cigarette 1# -9# is obviously lower than that of the comparative heated non-combustible cigarette D1# -D4#, the content of tar, carbon monoxide and nicotine in the smoke of the heated non-combustible cigarette 1# is lowest, and the use experience of a user can be still met.

A composite filter stick for cigarettes is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of tobacco powder, 4 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 7 parts of starch, 10 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 10 parts of 75% ethanol and 5 parts of cordyceps sinensis, wherein the particle size of the tobacco powder is 40-50 mu m, and the particle size of the cordyceps sinensis is 40-180 mu m;
mixing and processing the tobacco powder, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, starch, glycerol, propylene glycol, 75% ethanol and cordyceps sinensis to prepare the composite filter stick, wherein the composite filter stick is provided with a plurality of smoke channels extending along the axial direction of the composite filter stick, and the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the smoke channels to the cross-sectional area of the composite filter stick is (0.02-0.04): the composite filter stick comprises a honeycomb structure and a skin surrounding the honeycomb structure, the honeycomb structure comprises a plurality of supporting ribs, the supporting ribs are made of air-permeable materials, a smoke channel is formed between the adjacent supporting ribs and/or the supporting ribs and the skin, the smoke channel comprises a central channel and 4-8 peripheral channels arranged around the central channel in the circumferential direction, the central channel is a regular polygon, the number of the sides of the polygon is consistent with the number of the peripheral channels, and the peripheral channels are in a fan shape;
the mixing process comprises the following steps:
preparing tobacco raw materials into tobacco powder, and weighing the tobacco powder, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, starch, glycerol, propylene glycol, 75% ethanol and cordyceps sinensis in parts by weight;
mixing and stirring the raw materials at 50 ℃ for 50min to prepare composite filter stick slurry, then extruding and molding at 70 ℃, and drying for the first time and the second time to obtain the composite filter stick;
primary drying: extruding and molding the composite filter rod slurry in a composite filter rod molding machine to obtain a wet rod, and drying at 70 ℃ until the moisture content of the wet rod is 20-25%;
secondary drying: cutting the wet rod at a fixed length, and drying at 50-60 ℃ until the moisture content of the wet rod is 10-13% to obtain the composite filter rod;
the tap density of the composite filter stick is 0.928g/cm 3 The thermal conductivity coefficient of the composite filter stick is 0.41W/(m.k), and the hardness of the composite filter stick is 92.
