本申请涉及功率转换装置。
背景技术
众所周知,将电动机作为车辆的驱动源的电动车辆、或切换电动机和发动机以作为车辆的驱动源的混合动力车辆包括进行搭载在车辆上的高电压电池和电动机之间的功率转换的功率转换装置。该功率转换装置例如收纳于壳体内并被单元化,除了构成功率转换电路的电路部件之外,还包括对该功率转换电路进行冷却的散热器、和控制功率转换电路的开关动作并控制电动机的MCU(Motor Control Unit:电动机控制单元)等结构部件。作为车辆的驱动装置的电动机与被单元化的功率转换装置一体地连结。
在专利文献1中所公开的现有的车辆驱动装置除了电动机和功率转换装置之外还具有发电机,功率转换装置的单元壳体通过螺栓紧固并固定到电动机和发电机的外壳的上部。此外,将电动机和发电机的外壳安装到包含发动机、变速器等的动力产生装置的外壳,电动机和发电机的旋转轴连结至发动机的旋转轴。
专利文献2中所公开的现有的驱动装置构成为,在电路单元的下壳体所形成的固定部紧固至驱动装置的外壳,使位于固定部的上端的紧固面的高度位于从电路单元的散热器的下表面至上表面的高度范围内。

发明内容
发明所要解决的技术问题
专利文献1中所公开的现有的驱动装置中,发动机的振动被传递至车辆的驱动装置,此外,车辆的驱动装置所具备的电动机、发电机本体也在动作时振动,因这些振动导致车辆的驱动装置整体振动。因此,车辆的驱动装置和功率转换装置大幅振动,可能对功率转换装置的内部的结构部件产生不良影响。
另一方面,在专利文献2中所公开的以往的驱动装置中,设为即使因发动机和电动机的振动而导致驱动装置振动,也可以抑制由于作为功率转换装置的电路单元的摇动而导致驱动装置的振动被放大。然而,未考虑作为功率转换装置的电路单元的结构部件的配置,由于该结构部件的配置,从而无法充分地抑制驱动装置的振动,功率转换装置大幅振动,可能会对内部的结构部件产生不良影响。
本申请公开了用于解决上述那样的问题的技术,目的在于提供一种不会对内部的结构部件产生不良影响的功率转换装置。
用于解决技术问题的技术手段
本申请中所公开的功率转换装置,
该功率转换装置在被紧固至具有电动机的车辆的驱动装置的壳体的功率转换装置的壳体的内部,收纳有与所述电动机电连接的逆变器、和与搭载在所述车辆上的高电压电池电连接的转换器中的至少一方,并且具有对所述逆变器和所述转换器中的至少一方进行冷却的散热器,所述功率转换装置的特征在于,
所述逆变器包括由多个开关元件构成的逆变器用的功率模块、和平滑电容器,
所述转换器包括由多个开关元件构成的功率模块、将电流的变动平滑化的电抗器、和平滑电容器,
所述功率转换装置的壳体通过固定部紧固至所述驱动装置的壳体,形成为一对边部中的一个边部的尺寸比另一个边部的尺寸要短,
所述电抗器和所述平滑电容器中的至少一方被配置为比所述壳体的所述另一个边部更偏向所述一个边部的一侧。
发明效果
根据本申请中所公开的功率转换装置,可以得到不对内部的结构部件产生不良影响的功率转换装置。

具体实施方式
实施方式1.
图1是概要性地示出实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置被搭载于车辆的驱动装置上的状态的立体图。在图1中,功率转换装置1具备作为后文叙述的功率转换电路的逆变器和转换器。功率转换装置1搭载于混合动力车辆的驱动装置2的上部。驱动装置2具备作为车辆的驱动源的电动机21、以及进行发电的发电机22。电动机21和发电机22被收纳于共同的壳体中。电动机21的旋转轴和发电机22的旋转轴连结至发动机3的旋转轴。
发动机3的壳体和驱动装置2的壳体被一体地固定,此外,功率转换装置1的后文叙述的壳体搭载于驱动装置2的壳体的上部,并且通过螺栓等紧固单元被固定至驱动装置2的壳体。
这里,表示“上部”、“下部”、“向上方向”、“向下方向”、“上下方向”、“横向”等位置关系或方向的表达示出功率转换装置1与驱动装置2之间的相对关系中的位置关系或者方向。将该相对关系中的“上下方向”称为“Z轴方向”,将电动机21的轴向称为“X轴方向”,将与电动机21的轴方向正交的方向称为“Y轴方向”。
图2是示出实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置的电气结构的框图,示出了混合动力车辆上所搭载的功率转换装置。在图2中,功率转换装置1包括:对作为车辆的驱动源的电动机21进行控制的第1逆变器11、对由发动机3进行驱动并进行发电的发电机2进行控制的第2逆变器12、以及对作为搭载于车辆上的高电压电池4的二次电池的电压进行升压或降压的转换器13。
这里,实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置1搭载于包括例如容量为50[KW]至200[KW]的电动机21、和例如容量为50[KW]至150[KW]的发电机22、和作为例如输出电压为100[V]至400[V]的高电压电池4的二次电池的2电动机式混合动力车辆。众所周知,2电动机式混合动力车辆与由电动机21所进行的车辆的驱动同时地通过发电机22进行发电,利用由发动机3驱动发电机22进行发电而得到的电力,来驱动电动机21并使车辆行驶。
另外,功率转换装置1也可以用于插入式的混合动力车辆等电动车辆中。此外,对于搭载有功率转换装置1的上述的驱动装置2,说明了与发动机3一体地连结的形式的驱动装置,但功率转换装置1可以搭载于与发动机分开地设置的驱动装置,或也可以搭载于不包括发动机的电动汽车的驱动装置。另外,搭载功率转换装置1的驱动装置2未必一定要具备电动机21和发电机22两方,也可以是设为用1个旋转电机区分使用电动机的功能和发电机的功能的驱动装置。此外,功率转换装置1不限于汽车等车辆用,也可以用于其他的输送设备。
图3是示出实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置中的转换器的电路图。在图3中,转换器13包括与高电压电池4相连接的连接器131、与连接至连接器131的直流输入端子相连接的1次侧的平滑电容器132、与第1逆变器11和第2逆变器12相连接的2次侧的平滑电容器133、用于高电压电池4的输出电压的升压的电抗器134、和IPM(Intelligent PowerModule:智能功率模块)135。IPM135是具备一对半导体开关元件SW1、SW2、以及具有进行这些半导体开关元件SW1、SW2的驱动和保护的电路的驱动·保护基板136的模块。
转换器13还包括对IPM135和电抗器134进行冷却的散热器137、对IPM135中的半导体开关元件SW1、SW2的开关定时进行控制的控制基板138、对电抗器134的电流进行检测的电抗器电流传感器139、对1次侧的平滑电容器132的电压进行检测的1次侧的电压传感器140、以及对2次侧的平滑电容器133的电压进行检测的2次侧的电压传感器141。另外,散热器137用作对后文叙述的第1逆变器11和第2逆变器12的IPM进行冷却的散热器。
众所周知,以上那样地构成的转换器13利用基于来自控制基板138的控制信号的来自驱动·保护基板136的驱动信号,来对半导体开关元件SW1、SW2的开关动作进行控制,由此,对高电压电池4的直流输出电压进行升压并输入到第1逆变器11和第2逆变器12的直流端子,或者对第1逆变器11和第2逆变器12的直流端子的电压进行降压并输入到高电压电池4。
图4是示出实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置中的逆变器的电路图。在图4中示出第1逆变器11,但第2逆变器12是与图4的第1逆变器11实质上相同的结构。在图4中,功率转换装置1中的第1逆变器11具备与电动机21相连接的连接器111、和IPM112。IPM112是包括由3个上臂半导体开关元件USW和3个下臂半导体开关元件LSW构成三相桥式电路的功率模块113、以及具有进行上臂半导体开关元件USW和下臂半导体开关元件LSW的驱动和保护的电路的驱动·保护基板114在内的模块。
第1逆变器11还包括对IPM112进行冷却的散热器137、对IPM112中的上臂半导体开关元件USW和下臂半导体开关元件LSW的开关定时进行控制的控制基板115、以及对三相桥式电路的三相输出电流进行检测的电流传感器116。功率模块113的直流端子连接到上述的转换器13的直流端子,三相的交流端子也经由连接器111连接到电动机21的三相的交流端子。散热器137用作上述的转换器13中的散热器137和后文叙述的第2逆变器12的散热器。另外,第1逆变器11和第2逆变器12中可设有专用的散热器。
如以上那样地构成的第1逆变器11利用基于来自控制基板115的控制信号的来自驱动·保护基板114的驱动信号,来控制上臂半导体开关元件USW、下臂半导体开关元件LSW的开关动作,由此,将从转换器13输入的直流电转换为交流电并且提供至电动机21,驱动电动机21。
另外,第2逆变器12是如上述那样地与第1逆变器11实质上相同的结构,但与第1逆变器11的连接器111相当的连接器连接到发电机22。第2逆变器12将由发电机22进行发电而得到的三相的交流电转换为直流电,经由第1逆变器11提供至电动机21,或经由转换器13提供至高电压电池4。
散热器137由铝等导热率较高的金属形成,在高度方向上具有厚度,在上表面与下表面之间具有冷却翅片和制冷剂的流路(水套)。散热器137连接到使制冷剂流入内部的流路的未图示的流入管道、以及使制冷剂从内部的流路流出的流出管道。散热器137与未图示的箱体、泵、冷却器等一起形成使制冷剂循环的冷却回路的一部分。在散热器137的上表面或下表面上固定有作为冷却对象的逆变器和转换器的上述的一部分的结构部件。
接着,说明功率转换装置1固定至驱动装置2的情况。图5是示出被安装到车辆的驱动装置的实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置的侧视图,是从X轴方向观察到的侧视图。在图5中,功率转换装置1具备作为功率转换装置的壳体的上侧壳体101和下侧壳体102,收纳有功率转换装置1的上述的转换器13、第1逆变器11以及第2逆变器12。第1逆变器11在接近电动机21的一侧配置于功率转换装置的壳体的内部,第2逆变器12在接近发电机22的一侧配置于功率转换装置1的壳体的内部,转换器13在接近上述的高电压电池4的一侧配置于功率转换装置的壳体的内部。散热器137被夹持在上侧壳体101与下侧壳体102之间,一体地固定至上侧壳体101和下侧壳体102。
功率转换装置1的下侧壳体102中,在Y轴方向上延伸且彼此相对的2个边部的两端部或该两端部附近的位置的4个部位设置有固定部103、104、105、106。在图5中,4个部位的固定部中仅示出固定部103、104。4个部位的固定部103、104、105、106与驱动装置2的壳体20的上部相抵接而将功率转换装置1搭载于驱动装置2,并且通过4个螺栓107、108、109、110牢固地固定到驱动装置2的壳体20。在图5中,仅显示了4个螺栓中的2个螺栓107、108。
螺栓107、108从各个固定部103、104的上部贯通固定部103、104而与驱动装置2的壳体20螺合。其他的未图示的2个螺栓也是相同的。功率转换装置1的下侧壳体102与驱动装置2的壳体20的紧固面H与散热器137的下表面相一致。
与功率转换装置的电动机21相对应的连接器111和与发电机22相对应的连接器150分别设置在功率转换装置1的下侧壳体102的下部,并与设置于驱动装置2的壳体20中的电动机21的连接器23、和发电机22的连接器24分别耦合且电连接。另外,例示了被分为功率转换装置1和驱动装置2的连接器,但也可设为如下的连接构造:将端子台设置于功率转换装置1和驱动装置2中的一方,并通过母线来将该端子台连接至另一方。
图6是示出实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置中的结构部件的配置的概要俯视图,图7是示出实施方式1所涉及的功率转换装置中的结构部件的配置的概要侧视图。在紧固至驱动装置2的壳体20的功率转换装置1的情况下,将电动机21与功率转换装置1电连接的连接线在电动机21为三相电动机时需要三根,在驱动装置2中具有电动机21和发电机22时为[3×2],需要6根。此外,在将连接线电紧固的电连接部件是端子台的情况下,偏向容易进行从外侧紧固的作业的功率转换装置1的壳体中的任一个面地配置端子台的情况较多。
即使在不需要从外侧紧固的作业的、使用了连接器111、150的情况下,为了确保内部的结构部件的收纳空间,连接器111、150配置为比配置在功率转换装置1的中央更靠外侧,偏向前后左右中的任一个面的情况较多。将驱动装置2的壳体20与功率转换装置1紧固的紧固间隔需要避开连接器111、150或者端子台的位置,因此紧固间隔在长短方面不平衡。
由于如上述那样的理由,如图6和图7所示地,功率转换装置1的散热器137的平面形状不是长方形,而是形成为Y轴方向的一个边部1371的长度比另一个边部1372的长度要短的梯形。
在实施方式1中,在散热器137的彼此相对的平行的边部1371、1372中长度较短的边部1371一侧,有偏向地配置功率转换装置1的结构部件中重量较大的电抗器134、1次侧的平滑电容器132、以及2次侧的平滑电容器133。即,在将功率转换装置1的下侧壳体102和驱动装置2的壳体20进行紧固的固定部的间隔较短的一侧,有偏向地配置功率转换装置1的重量较大的结构部件。此外,在实施方式1中,将电抗器134搭载配置在散热器137的上部的表面上,在散热器137的下部,在远离散热器137的位置将平滑电容器132、133配置在功率转换装置1的下侧壳体102。
如图6所示,在功率转换装置1的XY平面内的重心G的位置在X轴方向上偏向于将功率转换装置1与驱动装置2的壳体进行紧固的固定部的间隔较短的边部1371一侧。其结果是,即使因发动机3、电动机21、发电机22的振动而导致驱动装置2和功率转换装置1的壳体振动,也可以使重心G的位置的摇动变小,抑制由于功率转换装置1的摇动而导致驱动装置2的振动被放大。另外,功率转换装置1的重心G位于Y轴方向的大致中央部。
此外,如图7所示,功率转换装置1的重心G的Z轴方向的位置为功率转换装置1与驱动装置2的紧固面H附近。由此,即使因发动机3、电动机21、发电机22的振动而导致驱动装置2振动,也可以抑制由于功率转换装置1的摇动而导致驱动装置2的振动被放大。
实施方式2.
接着,对实施方式2所涉及的功率转换装置进行说明。图8是说明被安装到车辆的驱动装置的实施方式2所涉及的功率转换装置的说明图。在重心G相对于紧固面H的距离较大的情况下,伴随着驱动装置2的壳体20的箭头方向的振动,在重心G的高度位置,在Y轴方向上作用有较大的力矩。根据实施方式2,如图8所示,功率转换装置1与驱动装置2的紧固面H位于散热器137的高度范围内的与散热器137的下表面相同的高度,另外,将作为转换器13的结构部件的、由铁和铜构成的重量比较大的电抗器134配置于散热器137的上表面,将由铝和铜构成的重量比较大的平滑电容器132、133配置于散热器137的下表面。其结果是,功率转换装置1的重心G的位置为接近紧固面H的高度。
如上述那样,功率转换装置1的重心G的位置为接近紧固面H的高度,即使驱动装置2和功率转换装置1的壳体在箭头方向上振动,重心G的高度位置的Y轴方向的力矩也变小,可进一步地抑制因功率转换装置1的摇动而导致驱动装置2的振动被放大。
另外,与实施方式1的情况相同地,在功率转换装置1的XY平面内的重心G的位置在X轴方向上偏向于将功率转换装置1与驱动装置2的壳体进行紧固的固定部的间隔较短的边部1371一侧。此外,功率转换装置1的重心G位于Y轴方向的大致中央部。
实施方式3.
接着,对实施方式3所涉及的功率转换装置进行说明。图9是说明被安装到车辆的驱动装置的实施方式3所涉及的功率转换装置的说明图。如图9所示,将功率转换装置1与驱动装置2进行紧固的紧固面H在比散热器137要低的位置。在该情况下,功率转换装置1的重心G的位置为比紧固面H要高。在重心G相对于紧固面H的距离在向上方向上较大的情况下,伴随着驱动装置2和功率转换装置1的壳体20的箭头方向的振动,在重心G的高度位置,在Y方向上作用有较大的力矩。
因此,在实施方式3中,将作为功率转换装置1的重量比较大的部件的电抗器134和平滑电容器132、133配置于从散热器137的下表面到紧固面H的区域。其结果是,功率转换装置1的重心G的高度位置为接近紧固面H的位置。另外,也可以将电抗器和平滑电容器中的至少一方配置于从散热器137的上表面到紧固面H的区域。
因此,即使驱动装置2和功率转换装置1的壳体20在箭头方向上振动,重心G的高度位置的Y轴方向的力矩也变小,可进一步地抑制因功率转换装置1的摇动而导致驱动装置2的振动被放大。
另外,与实施方式1的情况相同地,在功率转换装置1的XY平面内的重心G的位置在X轴方向上偏向于将功率转换装置1与驱动装置2的壳体进行紧固的固定部的间隔较短的边部1371一侧。此外,功率转换装置1的重心G位于Y轴方向的大致中央部。
实施方式4.
接着,对实施方式4所涉及的功率转换装置进行说明。图10是说明被安装到车辆的驱动装置的实施方式4所涉及的功率转换装置的说明图。如图10所示,将功率转换装置1与驱动装置2进行紧固的紧固面H在比散热器137的上表面要高的位置。即,位于固定部的上端的紧固面存在于在远离驱动装置的壳体侧的方向上远离散热器的上表面的位置。在该情况下,功率转换装置1的重心G的位置为比紧固面H要低。在重心G相对于紧固面H的距离在向下方向上较大的情况下,伴随着驱动装置2和功率转换装置1的壳体的箭头方向的振动,在重心G的高度位置,在Y方向上作用有较大的力矩。
因此,在实施方式4中,将作为功率转换装置1的重量比较大的结构部件的电抗器134和平滑电容器132、133配置于从散热器137的上表面到紧固面H的区域。其结果是,功率转换装置1的重心G的高度位置为接近紧固面H的位置。另外,也可以将电抗器和平滑电容器中的至少一方配置于从散热器137的上表面到紧固面H的区域。
因此,即使驱动装置2和功率转换装置1的壳体20在箭头的方向上振动,重心G的高度位置的Y轴方向的力矩也变小,可进一步地抑制因功率转换装置1的摇动而导致驱动装置2的振动被放大。
另外,与实施方式1的情况相同地,在功率转换装置1的XY平面内的重心G的位置在X轴方向上偏向于将功率转换装置1与驱动装置2的壳体进行紧固的固定部的间隔较短的边部1371一侧。此外,功率转换装置1的重心G位于Y轴方向的大致中央部。

Claims (6)

1.一种功率转换装置,该功率转换装置在被紧固至具有电动机的车辆的驱动装置的壳体的功率转换装置的壳体的内部,收纳有与所述电动机电连接的逆变器、和与搭载在所述车辆上的高电压电池电连接的转换器中的至少一方,并且具有对所述逆变器和所述转换器中的至少一方进行冷却的散热器,所述功率转换装置的特征在于,
所述逆变器包括由多个开关元件构成的逆变器用的功率模块、和平滑电容器,
所述转换器包括由多个开关元件构成的功率模块、将电流的变动平滑化的电抗器、和平滑电容器,
所述功率转换装置的壳体通过固定部紧固至所述驱动装置的壳体,形成为一对边部中的一个边部的尺寸比另一个边部的尺寸要短,
所述电抗器和所述平滑电容器中的至少一方被配置为比所述壳体的所述另一个边部更偏向所述一个边部的一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的功率转换装置,其特征在于,
所述逆变器的结构部件的一部分在接近所述电动机的一侧被配置于所述功率转换装置的壳体的内部,
所述转换器的结构部件的一部分在远离所述电动机的一侧或接近与所述高电压电池的连接部的一侧被配置于所述功率转换装置的壳体的内部。
3.如权利要求1所述的功率转换装置,其特征在于,
所述功率转换装置的壳体由通过所述固定部被紧固至所述驱动装置的壳体的下侧壳体、以及经由所述散热器被固定至所述下侧壳体的上侧壳体所构成,
位于所述固定部的上端的紧固面存在于与所述散热器的下表面相对应的位置,
所述电抗器和所述平滑电容器中的至少一方被配置于所述散热器的上表面侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的功率转换装置,其特征在于,
所述功率转换装置的壳体由通过所述固定部被紧固至所述驱动装置的壳体的下侧壳体、以及经由所述散热器被固定至所述下侧壳体的上侧壳体所构成,
位于所述固定部的上端的紧固面存在于与所述散热器的下表面相对应的位置,
所述电抗器被配置于所述散热器的上表面,
所述平滑电容器被配置于所述散热器的下表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的功率转换装置,其特征在于,
所述功率转换装置的壳体由通过所述固定部被紧固至所述驱动装置的壳体的下侧壳体、以及经由所述散热器被固定至所述下侧壳体的上侧壳体所构成,
位于所述固定部的上端的紧固面存在于从所述散热器的下表面向所述驱动装置的壳体侧远离的位置,
所述电抗器和所述平滑电容器中的至少一方被配置于所述散热器的下表面侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的功率转换装置,其特征在于,
所述功率转换装置的壳体由通过所述固定部被紧固至所述驱动装置的壳体的下侧壳体、以及经由所述散热器被固定至所述下侧壳体的上侧壳体所构成,
位于所述固定部的上端的紧固面存在于在远离所述驱动装置的壳体侧的方向上远离所述散热器的上表面的位置,
所述电抗器和所述平滑电容器中的至少一方被配置于所述散热器的上表面侧。
