Further, the stereo parking garage 100 further includes a plurality of second position sensors 50, the plurality of second position sensors 50 are respectively and correspondingly disposed at the parking spaces in the garage main body 101, that is, each parking space is provided with a second position sensor 50; when the second position sensing member 50 senses the sensed member 21, the control system 30 controls the driving member 12 to operate according to the position signal, so as to control the extension of the stopping rod 11 through the driving member 12 and open the stopping state, i.e. after the access platform 20 leaves the entrance 102, and when the second position sensing member 50 senses the sensed member 21, the stopping rod 11 opens the stopping state. Of course, in other embodiments, the extension of the stop rod 11 may be performed by using the first position sensing element 40 not sensing the sensed element 21 as a signal, so that the control system 30 controls the driving element 12 to drive the stop rod 11 to open the stop state, i.e. the control system 30 controls the stop rod 11 to extend and open the stop state as long as the access platform 20 leaves the access opening 102, as shown in fig. 1.
Preferably, the first position sensing member 40 and the second position sensing member 50 may be position sensors, hall elements, or the like, and are not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the stereo garage 100 further includes a door unit 60, the door unit 60 is opposite to and spaced apart from the stop assembly 10, the door unit 60 is in signal connection with the control system 30, and the door unit 60 is opened or closed under the control of the control system 30, so that the door unit 60 closes or opens the entrance 102, and the door unit 60, the access platform 20, and the driving member 12 are linked. Thus, when the access platform 20 leaves the doorway 102, the control system 30 controls the door unit 60 to close and controls the driving member 12 to drive the stop rod 11 to extend to an open stop state; when the vehicle access platform 20 is located at the entrance 102, the control system 30 controls the door unit 60 to open and controls the stop rod 11 to retract to release the stop state, so that automatic control of vehicle parking is realized; meanwhile, the door unit 60 serves as a first layer of protection, so that not only can personnel be isolated to ensure personnel safety in the moving process of the vehicle storing and taking platform 20, but also the door unit can serve as one of blocking and prompting components to prevent vehicles from entering the garage main body 101; meanwhile, the double-layer protection of the vehicle is realized by combining the stopping function of the stopping rod 11, the possibility that the vehicle waiting for parking falls into the garage main body 101 from the entrance 102 due to misoperation is avoided to the maximum extent, and accidents are effectively avoided.
Preferably, the stopper assembly 10 may be disposed at an inner side or an outer side of the door unit 60; when the stopper assembly 10 is located at the inner side of the door unit 60, the stopper assembly 10 is disposed near the hoistway side of the access platform 20.
It should be explained that when the vehicle is parked/picked up, the vehicle owner or the staff can drive the vehicle to the access platform 20 from the gateway 102 or drive the vehicle out from the access platform 20 from the gateway 102; alternatively, a carrier may be disposed between the car parking platform 20 and the doorway 102, so that the carrier can be used as a car owner or a worker to transport the car to or from the car parking platform 20, thereby realizing automation of the stereo parking garage. If a carrier mode is adopted for carrying the vehicle, a transfer chamber can be arranged, the carrier can enter and exit the transfer chamber, one side of the transfer chamber is communicated with the entrance 102, and the other side of the transfer chamber is communicated with the lifting channel in the garage main body 101.
Specifically, the door unit 60 includes a door body 61 and a driving member (not shown) that drives the door body 61 to move. The door body 61 is installed along the vertical direction, and the driving part is in signal connection with the control system 30, so that the control system 30 controls the door body 61 to ascend or descend through corresponding action signals of the access platform 20 or the stop rod 11, and the opening and closing of the access opening 102 are realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the stereo garage 100 further includes a second limiting unit 70, the door unit 60 further includes a second engaging element 62, the second limiting unit 70 is in signal connection with the control system 30, the second engaging element 62 is moved along with the door unit 60 to trigger the second limiting unit 70, and the control system 30 controls the position of the door unit 60 according to the trigger signal, so as to control the position of the door unit 60.
Specifically, the second limit unit 70 includes a third limit switch 71 and a fourth limit switch 72, the third limit switch 71 and the fourth limit switch 72 are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction and are respectively in signal connection with the control system 30, and the third limit switch 71 is arranged far away from the ground relative to the fourth limit switch 72 (i.e. the third limit switch 71 is relatively located above the fourth limit switch 72); when the door unit 60 ascends and opens the doorway 102 and the second fitting member 62 contacts the third limit switch 71, the control system 30 controls the door unit 60 to stop ascending and maintain the opened state according to the contact limit, which is also called the upper limit of the door unit 60 (refer to fig. 1); when the door unit 60 is lowered and closed and the second fitting member 62 is in contact with the fourth limit switch, the control system 30 controls the door unit 60 to stop lowering and maintain the closed state, which is also referred to as a lower limit of the door unit 60 (refer to fig. 2).
Preferably, the third limit switch 71 and the fourth limit switch 72 may be a travel switch, a position sensor, a hall switch, or the like, and may be specifically set as needed.
For further understanding, the following description will proceed to the operation of the stereo garage during the process of accessing a car.
As shown in fig. 1, when the stereo parking garage 100 waits for a vehicle to enter, the door 61 is in an open state, and at this time, the second mating member 62 and the third limit switch 71 are in a contact state (a trigger state); the stop rod 11 is in a retracted state (a stop release state); meanwhile, the first position sensing element 40 and the sensed element 21 are in a sensing state, that is, the vehicle access platform 20 is located at the doorway 102, so that the vehicle can enter the vehicle access platform 20 at any time to park.
When a vehicle enters the stereo parking garage 100 to prepare for parking, the vehicle enters the parking and picking platform 20, and when the staff of the stereo parking garage 100 ensures that no people exist in the garage and the parking is safe, a parking instruction is issued to the control system 30.
As shown in fig. 2, after the control system 30 receives the parking instruction, the control system 30 controls the door body 61 to start to descend and close, and at the same time, the control system 30 controls the driving member 12 to operate, the operating driving member 12 drives the guide rod 15 to ascend, and the stop rod 11 slides and extends relative to the mounting seat 132 under the driving of the connecting block 14; when the first mating element 151 on the guide rod 15 contacts the first limit switch 161 and is in the trigger state, the driving element 12 stops working, and the stop rod 11 is in the extended state at this time to open the stop state, so as to prevent the vehicle from driving into the garage main body 101 due to misoperation; at the same time, the second mating member 62 on the door 61 contacts the fourth limit switch 72 and is in a triggered state, the door 61 is closed and stops descending, and the entrance 102 is closed.
When the door body 61 is at the lower limit, the guide rod 15 is at the upper limit, and the stop rod 11 is in the extended state, the vehicle storing and taking platform 20 stops the bearing vehicle to the parking space/layer to be stored, and then the subsequent vehicle storing process is completed.
As shown in fig. 1, after the vehicle is stored in the designated parking space by the vehicle access platform 20, the vehicle is moved to the entrance 102. When the sensed member 21 and the first position sensing member 40 on the access platform 20 are in the triggered state, the control system 30 receives the signal, and controls the driving member 12 to work in reverse, even if the guide rod 15 descends and the stop rod 11 retracts under the driving of the connecting block 14, so as to release the stop state. When the first mating member 151 on the guide rod 15 contacts the second limit switch 162 and is in the trigger state, the driving member 12 stops working, and the stop rod 11 is in the retraction state to release the stop state of the stop rod 11; meanwhile, the door body 61 is lifted under the action of the control system 30, when the second mating member 62 on the door body 61 contacts with the third limit switch 71 and is in a trigger state, the door body 61 is in an open state and stops lifting, and at this time, the vehicle to be parked can enter the parking and withdrawing platform 20 to perform corresponding parking action.
When the vehicle needs to be taken out, all the parts can be repeatedly used according to the operation.

A three-dimensional parking garage is characterized by comprising a garage main body, a car storing and taking platform, a control system, a door unit and a stop assembly, wherein the garage main body is used for parking cars and is provided with an entrance and an exit for the cars to enter and exit, the car storing and taking platform is arranged in the garage main body, and the car storing and taking platform can be operated to a preset position in the garage main body through the control system;
the door unit is opposite to the stop component and is arranged at intervals, the door unit is in signal connection with the control system, and the door unit is opened or closed under the control of the control system, so that the door unit closes or opens the access;
the stop assembly comprises a driving piece and a stop rod, the stop rod is connected with the driving piece, and the stop rod can extend or retract through the driving of the driving piece so as to open or release a stop state; the driving piece is in signal connection with the control system and is in linkage arrangement with the car storing and taking platform and the door unit;
when the access vehicle platform moves to the access port, the access vehicle platform triggers the control system, the control system controls the driving piece to work according to a trigger signal of the access vehicle platform, and the driving piece drives the stop rod to retract so as to release the stop state; meanwhile, the control system controls the door unit to be opened;
when the access vehicle platform leaves the access opening, the access vehicle platform triggers the control system, the control system controls the driving piece to work according to the trigger signal of the access vehicle platform, and the driving piece drives the stop rod to extend so as to open a stop state; at the same time, the control system controls the door unit to close.
2. The stereo parking garage according to claim 1, wherein said stop assembly further comprises a base unit, a connecting block, and a guide rod, said base unit being mounted on an inner wall of said garage body and being disposed adjacent to said entrance and exit;
the stop rod is slidably installed in the base unit along the vertical direction, the guide rod is connected with the driving piece and can ascend or descend under the action of the driving piece, and one end of the guide rod and one end of the stop rod are fixed on the connecting block respectively.
3. The stereo parking garage according to claim 2, wherein said stop assembly further comprises a first stop unit mounted on said base unit and in signal connection with said driving member or said control system;
the guide rod is provided with a first matching piece, the first matching piece can ascend or descend along with the guide rod, is matched with the first limiting unit when the guide rod moves to a preset position, and controls the driving piece to stop working by taking the first matching piece as a signal.

The stereo parking garage according to claim 3, wherein the first limit unit comprises a first limit switch and a second limit switch, the first limit switch and the second limit switch being mounted on the base unit at a distance along the vertical direction, and the first limit switch being located above the second limit switch along the vertical direction;
when the guide rod rises under the action of the driving piece, and the stop rod extends along with the guide rod and opens the stop state, the first matching piece is contacted with the first limit switch, and the first matching piece is used as a signal to control the driving piece to stop working;
when the guide rod descends under the action of the driving piece, the stop rod retracts along with the guide rod and releases the stop state, the first matching piece is contacted with the second limit switch, and the first matching piece is used as a signal to control the driving piece to stop working.
5. The stereo parking garage of claim 2, wherein said base unit includes a bottom plate secured to a side wall of said garage body, and a mounting seat mounted to said bottom plate, said mounting seat being mounted to said bottom plate, said stop bar being slidably connected to said mounting seat.
6. The stereo parking garage according to claim 1, wherein said stop rods are arranged in a plurality of groups, and said plurality of groups of stop rods are arranged at intervals and connected to one of said driving members simultaneously;
or the number of the stop rods is multiple groups, the stop rods are arranged at intervals, and each group of the stop rods corresponds to one driving piece.
7. The stereo parking garage according to claim 1, wherein said stop bar is arranged inside or outside said door unit; when the stop rod is positioned on the inner side of the door unit, the stop rod is arranged close to the lifting channel side of the vehicle access platform.

The stereo parking garage of claim 1, further comprising a first position sensing element disposed proximate to said entrance and said exit, said first position sensing element being in signal communication with said control system; the storage and taking vehicle platform is provided with a sensed piece, and the sensed piece can be matched with the first position sensing piece along with the movement of the storage and taking vehicle platform;
when the first position sensing piece senses the sensed piece, the vehicle storing and taking platform stops moving, and the control system controls the stop rod to retract so as to remove the stop state.
9. The stereo parking garage according to claim 8, further comprising a plurality of second position sensing members respectively disposed at parking spaces in the garage main body correspondingly;
when the second position sensing piece senses the sensed piece, the control system controls the stop rod to extend to open the stop state.
10. The stereo parking garage of claim 1, further comprising a second stop unit, said door unit comprising a second cooperating element, said second stop unit being in signal connection with said control system, said second cooperating element being movable with said door unit to trigger said second stop unit, said control system controlling the position of said door unit in response to said trigger signal.
