More than 85% of diarrhea of pets is caused by intestinal microecological imbalance, and can be recovered only by correcting the microecological balance without antibiotic treatment, and how to correct the microecological balance is one of the problems to be solved urgently. Serious intestinal diseases, when treated by antibiotics, kill or inhibit harmful flora and most beneficial flora in the intestinal tract. After the antibiotics are stopped, when the intestinal microecological balance is reestablished in the intestinal tract, the harmful flora is possibly dominant, and the intestinal infection is caused again, so that the serious intestinal diseases are treated by the antibiotics in the recovery stage, how to take the intestinal care, promote the proliferation of the intestinal beneficial flora and restore the intestinal microecological balance is one of the problems to be solved urgently.
The probiotic preparation is a natural active microbial preparation, and has the characteristics of no toxicity, no drug resistance, no residue and no side effect. The probiotics can competitively inhibit pathogenic bacteria in the animal digestive tract in a live bacterial form, thereby enhancing the immunity of the animal body, and directly participate in the balance of the intestinal microecology of the animal, thereby maintaining the normal function of the intestinal tract.
In view of the above drawbacks, the designer actively makes research and innovation to create a composite probiotic pet food for regulating intestines and stomach and a preparation method thereof, so that the pet food has industrial utilization value.

TABLE 4 detection results of species and content of microorganisms in pet intestines and stomach
Figure 418210DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
As can be seen from the test data in tables 3 and 4, the comparative example 2 has the same conditions and component ratios as in example 1 due to the absence of the home-made probiotic carrier of the present invention; finally, the diarrhea treatment effect on the pet dog is obviously reduced, the quantity of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract of the pet dog is reduced, and the quantity of harmful bacteria is increased, so that the method can be proved that xylo-oligosaccharide in the corn cob is extracted by alkali, the low-xylan component in the reactant is precipitated by alcohol precipitation, and then the mixed powder of the corn cob fiber and the corn cob low-xylan is obtained by filtration and interception, the mixed powder is rich in fiber and the low-xylan component, has large specific surface area, can contain a large amount of probiotic bacteria and become a load carrier thereof, the survival rate of the probiotic bacteria is ensured, in addition, the fiber is of a polyhydroxy structure, has strong water absorption, can absorb the water in the intestinal tract of the diarrhea pet, increases the volume of excrement and is easier to discharge, and has a primary effect on conditioning the intestinal tract of the pet, more importantly, the low-xylan component in the intestinal tract can effectively inhibit the survival of harmful bacteria escherichia coli in the intestines and stomach, so that the strain can generate stress metabolism, and further generate a large amount of glucuronidase, and prepare for later-stage enzymolysis of plant saponin, the low-xylan can inhibit normal metabolic propagation of harmful microorganisms in intestines and stomach, can be used as a binding receptor of pathogenic bacteria to competitively bind with phytohemagglutinin (or carbohydrate binding protein) on the cell surface of the pathogenic bacteria, reduce the chance of binding of the pathogenic bacteria and epithelial cells of intestinal mucosa, greatly reduce pathogenic capability, play a role in regulating intestinal tract, reduce the pH value of the intestinal tract, promote the increase of mineral solubility, further increase the absorption and utilization of mineral electrolyte components of diarrhea animals, and further regulate the functions of intestines and stomach of pets, but the xylooligosaccharide has selective proliferation effect on the screened beneficial strains of the invention, because the xylooligosaccharide has special beta-1, 4-glycosidic bond and can not be decomposed by endogenous enzymes of animals, the probiotic bacteria can not be utilized by harmful microorganisms, can directly reach the tail end of the small intestine and the large intestine, and are absorbed and utilized by the probiotic bacteria screened by the invention, so that the massive proliferation of beneficial bacteria is promoted, the secretion of short-chain fatty acid, acetic acid and lactic acid is increased, the peristalsis of the intestinal tract is stimulated, the osmotic pressure is changed, the water content of excrement is increased, and the generation of gastrointestinal diseases such as constipation, diarrhea and the like is prevented;
in addition, in the comparative example 3, as the traditional Chinese medicine extraction powder is not added, and other conditions and component proportions are the same as those in the example 1, the treatment effect of diarrhea of the pet dog is obviously reduced, the number of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts of the pet dog is reduced, and the number of harmful bacteria is increased, so that the method can be proved that fat-soluble impurities in the traditional Chinese medicine components are removed by ethyl ether, and saponin effective components in the traditional Chinese medicine components are leached by n-butyl alcohol, and the traditional Chinese medicine extraction powder rich in traditional Chinese medicine fibers and saponin pharmacological components is finally obtained, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine fibers have the function of increasing the absorption of water in the intestinal tracts of diarrhea pets, so that the excrement volume is increased and is easier to discharge, and the traditional Chinese medicine extraction powder has a primary effect on conditioning the intestinal tracts of the pets, and the saponin pharmacological components are difficult to be directly absorbed by organisms, so the traditional Chinese medicine extraction powder and the self-made probiotic carrier are compounded and used together, because the self-made probiotic carrier can stimulate harmful intestinal microorganisms to generate a large amount of glucuronidase, saponin pharmacological components can be effectively decomposed, glycosyl of the saponin is removed to generate aglycone, so that the drug effect is achieved, and the screened probiotic bacterial population can also decompose saponin to form monomer metabolite aglycone with pharmacological activity;
also, comparative example 4 was the same as in example 1 in terms of other conditions and component ratios since no catechin of the present invention was added; the diarrhea treatment effect of the pet dog is obviously reduced, the quantity of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract of the pet dog is reduced, and the quantity of harmful bacteria is increased, so that the fact that catechin is added in the raw materials can be confirmed, the catechin serves as a dietary polyphenol substance and can effectively influence the population of microorganisms in the intestinal tract, the catechin can inhibit DNA transferase of harmful bacteria such as escherichia coli in the intestinal tract, the proliferation and metabolism of the harmful bacteria are inhibited, the distribution of the population of the microorganisms in the intestinal tract of the pet is improved, the quantity of the probiotic is increased, the intestines and the stomach of the pet are effectively conditioned, and the application prospect is wide.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, many modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
