the elastic element (51) is connected between the sealing element (5) and the inner bottom wall of the rigid supporting strip (41), and the elastic element (51) can be compressed by the sealing element (5) under the action of centrifugal force;
a through pipe (52) installed between and communicating the water pipe (4) and the rigid support bar (41), the through pipe (52) being disposed downstream of the flow control valve (31), the top of the rigid support bar (41) being communicated with the water pipe (4) upstream of the flow control valve (31).
