Abstract

本发明涉及一种包含驱虫成分的除臭剂及其制造方法,上述包含驱虫成分的除臭剂,相对于纯净水100重量份,包含除臭剂34~38重量份、天然油8~10重量份、驱虫剂3~7重量份、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份以及乙醇16~20重量份,本发明不包含在人体中诱发毒性的有害成分,因此对人体无害且环保,而且可以显著提升产品的稳定性以及可靠性。

包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包含利用对人体无害的天然植物性提取物制造的驱虫成分的除臭剂,尤其涉及一种可以在保护人体免受有害害虫的侵害的同时去除恶臭的液态除臭剂及其制造方法。
背景技术
通常,除臭剂是指为了去除异味而将发出恶臭的化学成分分解成特定的反应物质,或者通过吸附中和的形态去除异味的产品。
最近,如寨卡病毒等害虫所诱发的危害日益增加,因此驱虫剂的重要性以及必要性也显得越来越迫切。
但是,目前所使用的喷雾型杀虫剂中包含名为丙烯菊酯、毒死蜱的毒素等,而如上所述的化学物质中的丙烯菊酯会导致鼻炎、头痛等副作用,而毒死蜱可能会导致认知能力障碍等问题。
而且,喷洒到衣物等的喷雾型驱虫剂中所包含的名为氯菊酯的成分因为在欧洲分类为环境激素而被禁用,而且具有如引发内分泌障碍等稳定性较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决如上所述的现有问题而提供一种通过含浸培养微生物而制造出的除臭剂以及从天然植物中提取出的油而提升其稳定性以及使用性的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂及其制造方法。
本发明涉及一种包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂及其制造方法,上述包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂,其特征在于:相对于纯净水100重量份,包含除臭剂34~38重量份、天然油8~10重量份、驱虫剂3~7重量份、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份以及乙醇16~20重量份。
此外,本发明的特征在于:当上述天然油为扁柏以及侧柏油时,上述除臭剂为薄荷油。
此外,本发明的特征在于:当上述天然油为薰衣草油时,上述除臭剂为玫瑰天竺葵油。
此外,上述包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂的制造方法,其特征在于:在70~80℃的温度下,相对于纯净水100重量份混合除臭剂34~38重量份、天然油8~10重量份、驱虫剂3~7重量份、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份、乙醇16~20重量份、1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine)2~5重量份,并进行2小时的搅拌。
本发明不包含在人体中诱发毒性的有害成分,因此对人体无害且环保,而且可以显著提升产品的稳定性以及可靠性。
此外,本发明可以显著提升除臭效率以及驱虫效率。

具体实施方式
用于达成如上所述的效果的本发明,涉及一种包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂及其制造方法,需要注意的是,接下来为了防止本发明的要旨变得不清晰,将仅对理解本发明的技术构成所需要的部分进行说明,而对其他部分的说明可能会被省略。
接下来,将对适用本发明的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂进行详细的说明。
适用本发明的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂,相对于纯净水100重量份,包含除臭剂34~38重量份、天然油8~10重量份、驱虫剂3~7重量份、表面活性剂3~6重量份以及作为挥发辅助剂的乙醇16~20重量份。
上述纯净水,起到对各种成分进行溶解的作用。
进而,在本发明中所使用的上述除臭剂为环保型除臭剂,上述除臭剂是在利用有机酸生成微生物对菌株进行培养之后,利用去除菌株的培养液再次培养不同类型的微生物的培养液。
当如上所述的除臭剂的添加量为34重量份以下时,会导致除臭力下降的问题,而当超出38重量份时,会因为驱虫剂的添加量相对变少而导致驱虫效果降低的问题。
具体来讲,上述除臭剂的制造方法,包括:(a)对有机酸生成微生物进行培养直至培养液的pH达到3~5的步骤;(b)在从上述培养液去除菌体之后通过添加培养基而将pH调整至9~10之后,接种从由芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp)、曲霉属(Aspergillus sp)以及亚硝基孢属(Nitrosomonas sp)构成的组中选择的任一种以上的微生物并进行培养的步骤;(c)当上述培养液的pH达到8~8.5时将培养液的pH调整至11.5~12,接下来在添加培养基之后追加接种从由芽孢杆菌属、曲霉属以及亚硝基孢属构成的组中选择的任一种以上的微生物并进行培养的步骤;(d)当上述培养液的pH达到10~10.5时将培养液的pH调整至13.5~14,接下来在添加培养基之后追加接种从由芽孢杆菌属、曲霉属以及亚硝基孢属构成的组中选择的任一种以上的微生物并进行培养的步骤;以及,(e)当上述培养液的pH达到12~14时停止培养并获取除臭剂的步骤。
进而,上述表面活性剂起到提升其他成分溶解到纯净水中时的溶解度的作用,当上述表面活性剂的添加量为3重量份以下时,会导致溶解度下降的问题,而当超出6重量份时,会导致除臭力下降且生成气泡(泡沫)的问题。
在本发明中,作为表面活性剂使用椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠。
此外,上述乙醇(ethyl alcohol)起到挥发辅助剂的作用,当上述乙醇的添加量为16重量份以下时,会因为适用本发明的除臭剂的挥发不充分而导致除臭以及驱虫效果的降低,而当超出20重量份时,会因为酒精香味过浓而导致使用者感到不适感的问题。
上述天然油的纯度为100%,起到提升适用本发明的除臭剂的香味的作用。
作为上述天然油,可以使用薰衣草油、偏柏油、侧柏油,当上述天然油的添加量为8重量份以下时,会导致香味变弱的问题,而当超出10重量份时,会因为使用量超出实际需求而导致价格竞争力下降的问题。
此外,上述驱虫剂起到驱逐害虫的作用,当上述驱虫剂的添加量为3重量份以下时,会因为害虫厌恶的气味变弱而导致驱虫效果的降低,而当超出7重量份时,即使是在进一步添加天然油的情况下也无法进一步提升驱虫效果,而且会因为制造成本的增加而导致制造效率以及价格竞争力的下降。
作为上述驱虫剂,可以使用100%纯度的玫瑰天竺葵油、薄荷油。
此外,根据上述天然油的种类,作为驱虫剂使用的油的类型也将发生变化,接下来将对作为天然油使用薰衣草油、偏柏油、侧柏油时的适用本发明的实施例进行说明。
作为第1制造实施例,当上述天然油为薰衣草油时,作为上述驱虫剂使用玫瑰天竺葵油,这是因为上述薰衣草油与玫瑰天竺葵油的香味比较协调而可以提升产品的商品性。
具体来讲,适用第1制造实施例的除臭剂,相对于纯净水100重量份,包含除臭剂34~38重量份、作为天然油的薰衣草油8~10重量份、作为驱虫剂的玫瑰天竺葵油3~7重量份、作为表面活性剂的椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份以及作为挥发辅助剂的乙醇16~20重量份。
此外,作为第2制造实施例,当上述天然油为偏柏以及侧柏油时,作为上述驱虫剂使用薄荷油,这是因为上述偏柏以及侧柏油与薄荷油的香味比较协调而可以提升产品的商品性。
具体来讲,适用第2制造实施例的除臭剂,相对于纯净水100重量份,包含除臭剂34~38重量份、作为天然油的偏柏以及侧柏油8~10重量份、作为驱虫剂的薄荷油3~7重量份、作为表面活性剂的椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份以及作为挥发辅助剂的乙醇16~20重量份。
利用如上所述的组合物制造出的适用本发明的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂,可以实现对氨以及三甲胺的除臭力达到90%以上的效果。
此外,适用本发明的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂,其特征在于:相对于纯净水100重量份,还包含1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine)2~5重量份。
上述1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine)的化学文摘社编号(CAS no)为4719-04-4,通过包含上述1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine),适用本发明的除臭剂可以实现对硫化氢以及甲基硫醇的除臭力达到90%以上的效果。
接下来,将对用于制造适用本发明的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂的液态除臭剂制造方法进行简单的说明。
首先,在70~80℃的温度下,相对于纯净水100重量份混合除臭剂34~38重量份、天然油8~10重量份、驱虫剂3~7重量份、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份、乙醇16~20重量份、1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine)2~5重量份,并进行2小时的搅拌。
其中,当搅拌温度为70℃以下时,会导致各个成分在纯净水中溶解时的溶解度下降的问题,而当超出80℃时,会导致能源浪费的问题。
通过如上所述的方法制造出的适用本发明的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂,不包含在人体中诱发毒性的有害成分,因此对人体无害且环保,从而可以有效地在高温高湿的环境以及夏季车辆内部或如冷库、冰箱等低温环境下使用,可以实现显著提升其使用性的效果。
在上述内容中,结合上述的较佳实施例对适用本发明的包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂进行了说明并对其优秀性进行了确认,但是相关技术领域的从业人员应可以理解,在不脱离首付的权利要求书中所记载的本发明的思想以及领域的范围内,可以对本发明进行各种修改以及变形。

Claims (4)

1.一种包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂,其特征在于:
相对于纯净水100重量份,
包含除臭剂34~38重量份、天然油8~10重量份、驱虫剂3~7重量份、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份以及乙醇16~20重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包含驱虫分成的液态除臭剂,其特征在于:
当上述天然油为扁柏以及侧柏油时,上述除臭剂为薄荷油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包含驱虫分成的液态除臭剂,其特征在于:
当上述天然油为薰衣草油时,上述除臭剂为玫瑰天竺葵油。
4.一种包含驱虫成分的液态除臭剂制造方法,其特征在于:
在70~80℃的温度下,相对于纯净水100重量份混合除臭剂34~38重量份、天然油8~10重量份、驱虫剂3~7重量份、椰油酰基苹果氨基酸钠3~6重量份、乙醇16~20重量份、1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)六氢-1,3,5-三嗪(1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine)2~5重量份,并进行2小时的搅拌。
