Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,涉及发泡技术领域。本发明包括准备原料和发泡制备,准备原料包括以下步骤:步骤一:准备弹性体苯乙烯‑异戊二烯嵌段共聚物30份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶23份、溴化丁基橡胶15份、乙烯辛烯共聚物10份,填充剂15‑20份,流动助剂0.5份,调整剂3‑5份,活性剂1‑3份,润滑剂1‑2份,架桥剂0.5‑1份,发泡剂1‑2份。本发明中产生的发泡材料在受到外力时可以充分吸收该动能,并将该动能传递或分散开,过一段时间后随着应力的消除,泡沫又可以恢复到受力前的状态,使泡沫恢复到原形状,通过发泡材料的低压力慢回弹可以护住运动人员的膝盖、手和腿不受损伤,可以减少冲击力对运动人员的伤害。

技术领域
本发明属于发泡技术领域,特别是涉及一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺。
背景技术
塑料发泡的技术渊源久远。最早是20年代初期的泡沫胶木,用类似制造泡沫橡胶的方法制取;30年代出现硬质聚氨酯泡沫和聚苯乙烯泡沫;40年代有聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、环氧树脂、酚醛泡沫;50年代则有可发性聚苯乙烯泡沫和软质聚氨酯泡沫。现在,基本上所有的塑料,包括热塑性和热固性的都可以发泡为泡沫塑料。工业上的制备方法有:挤出发泡、注塑发泡、模塑发泡、压延发泡、粉末发泡和喷涂发泡等等,其中,注塑发泡是最重要的成型方法之一,在这里重点讲述注塑成型发泡,塑料的发泡方法根据所用发泡剂的不同可以分为物理发泡法、化学发泡法和机械发泡法三大类。在这里首先简单介绍一下发泡剂,然而现有的发泡在使用时还存一定的不足之处,现有的发泡在受到外力时不能较好的吸收该外力动能。通过发泡材料的低压力慢回弹可以护住运动人员的膝盖、手和腿不受损伤,可以减少冲击力对运动人员的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,以解决了现有的问题:现有的发泡在受到外力时不能较好的吸收外力动能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,包括准备原料和发泡制备,所述准备原料包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备弹性体苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物30份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶23份、溴化丁基橡胶15份、乙烯辛烯共聚物10份,填充剂15-20份作为A组;
步骤二:色粉5-8份,流动助剂0.5份,调整剂3-5份,活性剂1-3份,润滑剂1-2份,作为B组;
步骤三:架桥剂0.5-1份,发泡剂1-2份作为C组。
进一步地,所述发泡制备包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将A组、B组和C组放入到密炼机中混炼;
步骤二:混炼温度100-120℃,混炼时间为8-10分钟;
步骤三:混炼均匀后,用多辊出片机出片,备用;
步骤四:片料装入加热好的模具中,模温160-180℃,硫化时间30-50分钟;
步骤五:发泡好的板片置于镂空架子上自然冷却24小时;
步骤六:冷却好的板片进行开皮,分条,裁断得到所需产品的半成品;
步骤七:半成品确认好硬度颜色进行二次模压,制得成品。
进一步地,所述苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物分别为Hybrar5127,L609,S1611中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述调整剂为WH/P或调整剂8095,所述活性剂为PEG4000,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸,硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明中产生的发泡在受到外力时可以较好的吸收该动能,并将该动能传递或分散开,同时过一段时间后随着应力的消除,泡沫又可以恢复到受力前的状态,使泡沫恢复到原形状。
2、本发明通过发泡材料的低压力慢回弹可以护住运动人员的膝盖、手和腿不受损伤,可以减少冲击力对运动人员造成的伤害。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明为一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,包括准备原料和发泡制备,准备原料包括以下步骤:

发泡制备包括以下步骤:

本实施例的一个具体应用为:准备弹性体苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物30份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶23份、溴化丁基橡胶15份、乙烯辛烯共聚物10份,填充剂18份作为A组,色粉5份,流动助剂0.5份,调整剂3份,活性剂3份,润滑剂2份,作为B组,架桥剂0.5份,发泡剂1份作为C组,将A组、B组和C组放入到密炼机中混炼,混炼温度100-120℃,混炼时间为8-10分钟,混炼均匀后,用多辊出片机出片,片料装入加热好的模具中,模温160-180℃,硫化时间30-50分钟,发泡好的板片置于镂空架子上自然冷却24小时,冷却好的板片进行开皮,分条,裁断得到所需产品的半成品,半成品确认好硬度颜色进行二次模压,制得成品。

1.一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,包括准备原料和发泡制备,所述准备原料包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备弹性体苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物30份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶23份、溴化丁基橡胶15份、乙烯辛烯共聚物10份,填充剂15-20份作为A组;
步骤二:色粉5-8份,流动助剂0.5份,调整剂3-5份,活性剂1-3份,润滑剂1-2份,作为B组;
步骤三:架桥剂0.5-1份,发泡剂1-2份作为C组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡制备包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将A组、B组和C组放入到密炼机中混炼;
步骤二:混炼温度100-120℃,混炼时间为8-10分钟;
步骤三:混炼均匀后,用多辊出片机出片,备用;
步骤四:片料装入加热好的模具中,模温160-180℃,硫化时间30-50分钟;
步骤五:发泡好的板片置于镂空架子上自然冷却24小时;
步骤六:冷却好的板片进行开皮,分条,裁断得到所需产品的半成品;
步骤七:半成品确认好硬度颜色进行二次模压,制得成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,其特征在于:所述苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物分别为Hybrar5127,L609,S1611中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸震慢回彈发泡材料及其工艺,其特征在于:所述调整剂为WH/P或调整剂8095,所述活性剂为PEG4000,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸,硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
