本发明公开一种无味PE发泡材料及其制造方法,该无味PE发泡材料主要由以下重量份数的原料制造:50‑100份LDPE、10‑40份填充剂、1‑10份的改性发泡剂、0.1‑5份助发泡剂、0.1‑10份润滑剂和0.5‑1份无味交联剂。该无味PE发泡材料的制备方法,包括混料、开炼、出片、硫化发泡和冷却成型加工的步骤。本发明在PE发泡材料中添加改性发泡剂,产品氨气含量小于30ppm,与传统的PE发泡材料相比,无味且环保无毒。

一种无味PE发泡材料及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及PE材料,特别涉及一种无味PE发泡材料及其制造方法。
背景技术
发泡材料,是指能在物质内部气化产生气泡使之成为多孔物质的发泡的物质,如制造泡沫塑料、泡沫橡胶、泡沫树脂等等。现在最常用的发泡材料为AC发泡剂即偶氮二甲酰胺,因为AC发泡剂具有发气量大,价格便宜、分散性好等优点,但是AC发泡剂热分解温度范围窄,分解突发性强,容易造成并泡,且分解时产生的N2、CO、CO2、NH3,残留在发泡材料内,尤其材料里氨气气味很重且有毒有害,对人体的身体健康有很大的影响,且对生态环境有危害。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种无味PE发泡材料及其制造方法,解决现有发泡材料中分解不完全造成的氨气含量过大等气味问题。
技术方案:本发明所述一种无味PE发泡材料,主要由以下重量份数的原料制造:50-100份LDPE、10-40份填充剂、1-10份的改性发泡剂、0.1-5份助发泡剂、0.1-10份润滑剂和0.5-1份无味交联剂。
上述无味PE发泡材料,优选地,主要由以下重量份数的原料制造:50-70份LDPE、20-35份填充剂、2-4份改性发泡剂、0.5-3份助发泡剂、1-3份润滑剂和0.5-0.7份无味交联剂。
上述无味PE发泡材料,最优选地,主要由以下重量份数的原料制造:60份LDPE、30份填充剂、3份改性发泡剂、2份助发泡剂、1份润滑剂和0.6份无味交联剂。
本发明选用LDPE(低密度聚乙烯,Low density polyethylene),因为其适合热塑性成型加工的各种成型工艺,成型加工性好。
填充剂选自碳酸钙、滑石粉、高岭土中的一种或多种。
上述改性发泡剂主要由60-100份偶氮二甲酰胺、5-10份三聚氰胺和5-15份尿素混合而成。其中,将偶氮二甲酰胺、尿素和三聚氰胺共混得改性发泡剂,三聚氰胺和尿素可以作为发泡助剂,在偶氮二甲酰胺分解过程中,使得其分解完全且很好的控制了其分解的条件,不仅解决了制备材料中氨气及其他有害气体残留的问题,且在偶氮二甲酰胺发泡过程中解决其热分解温度范围过窄,突发分解,造成材料孔径不均一的问题,并且由于解决了上述问题,同时也解决了用偶氮二甲酰胺作为发泡剂加工工艺难以控制的缺点。
将偶氮二甲酰胺、三聚氰胺和尿素混合目的为三者混合均匀后,在改性发泡剂在分解时,三聚氰胺与尿素能够更好的使得偶氮二甲酰胺完全分解,制备的材料更加均一。
优选地,改性发泡剂主要由重量分数85份偶氮二甲酰胺、7份三聚氰胺和8份尿素混合而成。
上述助发泡剂为氧化锌。
上述润滑剂选自PE蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。优选地,润滑剂为硬脂酸。
所述无味交联剂为双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯。当无味交联剂为双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯,能更好的实现交联效果。
上述无味PE发泡材料的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)混料:将LDPE、填充剂、改性发泡剂、助发泡剂、润滑剂和无味交联剂,在密炼机内进行混料,密炼机内冷却水温75-85℃,压缩空气压力为0.7-0.9MPa,料温为105-115℃时排出物料;
(2)开炼:将密炼机排出的物料送入开炼机开炼,前辊温度80-90℃,后辊温度70-80℃,辊距0.3-0.7mm,补炼3-5次;
(3)出片:将开炼后的物料送入出片机加工,得到料片,冷却,冷却水温≤35℃;
(4)硫化发泡:将料片送入平板硫化机进行硫化发泡处理,压力为0.8-0.85MPa,硫化时间为10-30分钟,硫化温度≤180℃;
(5)冷却成型、加工:将硫化发泡的料片,冷却成型后,切割加工,得成品。
步骤(1)中,所述混料为将LDPE、填充剂、助发泡剂和润滑剂加入密炼机混炼,融化混合均匀后,添加改性发泡剂、无味交联剂,混合均匀,排出物料。上述混料温度控制在110℃以下进行混料,以防止交联剂提早交联,制备性能均一的发泡材料。
步骤(2)中补炼为了防止开炼后物料不均匀,造成制备的材料不均一,补炼后,使得物料混合更加均匀,可根据具体情况,补炼3-5遍。
进一步地,步骤(4)中硫化发泡时间为14-18分钟,最优地,硫化机选用模具规格为600mm×200mm×12mm,硫化时间为14min。本发明中,可根据模具的规格选择硫化的时间,使得硫化发泡的效果最好,硫化时间=模具厚度×1.2min/mm。
为了使得材料更方便加工,步骤(5)中冷却的时间不少于48小时。
有益效果:本发明制备的发泡材料的流动性增加,材料均一,氨气含量小于30ppm,材料对人体无害,解决了环境气味污染问题,生态环保。
具体实施方式
一、材料及仪器
1.1材料来源
LDPE:购自上海石化公司,牌号为N150;碳酸钙为重质碳酸钙,购自无锡华峰建材有限公司;其他材料均为市购所得。
1.2仪器
氨气检测仪:型号为GD2000-NH3,购自上海精密仪器仪表有限公司。
二、改性发泡剂的制备
2.1改性发泡剂:将按重量份为85份偶氮二甲酰胺、7份尿素和8份三聚氰混合均匀,得改性发泡剂。
三、样品制造方法
3.1混料:在低于110℃条件下将LDPE、填充剂、助发泡剂和润滑剂加入密炼机混炼一次,等到混合均匀后再添加上述2.1制备的改性发泡剂、无味交联剂,混合,密炼机内冷却水温80±5℃,压缩空气压力为0.8±0.1MPa,料温为110±5℃时排出物料;
开练:将密炼机排出物料送入开炼机开炼,前辊温度90±5℃,后辊温度75±5℃,辊距0.5±0.2mm,补炼3遍;
出片:将开炼后的物料送入出片机加工,得到料片后冷却,冷却水温≤35℃;
硫化发泡:将料片送入平板硫化机进行硫化发泡处理,模具规格为600mm×200mm×12mm,蒸汽压力为0.85MPa,硫化时间为14分钟,硫化温度≤180℃;
冷却、成型加工:将经硫化发泡处理的料片冷却,冷却时间≥48小时,成型后切割加工,得成品。
3.2硫化发泡步骤中硫化时间为11分钟,蒸汽压力为0.8MPa,其余同3.1。
3.3硫化发泡步骤中处理时间为18分钟,其余同3.1。
四、样品制造
实施例1:按表1中指定的各组分,通过3.1制造方法制造PE发泡材料。
实施例2:按表1中指定的各组分,通过3.1制造方法制造PE发泡材料。
实施例3:按表1中指定的各组分,通过3.1制造方法制造PE发泡材料。
实施例4:按表1中指定的各组分,通过3.1制造方法制造PE发泡材料。
实施例5:按表1中指定的各组分,通过3.2制造方法制造PE发泡材料。
实施例6:按表1中指定的各组分,通过3.1制造方法制造PE发泡材料。
实施例7:按表1中指定的各组分,通过3.3制造方法制造PE发泡材料。

对比例1:在低于110℃条件下将重量份为60份LDPE、30份填充剂碳酸钙、2份助发泡剂氧化锌和1份润滑剂硬脂酸加入密炼机混炼一次,等到混合均匀后再添加3份发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺、0.8份无味交联剂双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯,混合,密炼机内冷却水温80±5℃,压缩空气压力为0.8±0.1MPa,料温为110±5℃时排出物料;将密炼机排出物料送入开炼机开炼,前辊温度90±5℃,后辊温度75±5℃,辊距0.5±0.2mm,补炼3遍;将开炼后的物料送入出片机加工,得到料片后冷却,冷却水温≤35℃;随后将料片送入平板硫化机进行硫化发泡处理,模具规格为600mm×200mm×12mm,蒸汽压力为0.85MPa,硫化时间为14分钟,硫化温度≤180℃;将经硫化发泡处理的料片冷却,冷却时间≥48小时,成型后切割加工,得样品。
对比例2:市购所得普通PE发泡材料。

五、性能测定
氨气含量测定:用氨气检测仪测定样品中氨气的含量,结果表明实施例1-11中氨气的含量均小于30ppm,而对比例1与对比例2样品中氨气含量大于500ppm。

1.一种无味PE发泡材料,其特征在于主要由以下重量份数的原料制造:50-100份LDPE、10-40份填充剂、1-10份的改性发泡剂、0.1-5份助发泡剂、0.1-10份润滑剂和0.5-1份无味交联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无味PE发泡材料,其特征在于主要由以下重量份数的原料制造:50-70份LDPE、20-35份填充剂、2-4份改性发泡剂、0.5-3份助发泡剂、1-3份润滑剂和0.5-0.7份无味交联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无味PE发泡材料,其特征在于所述填充剂选自碳酸钙、滑石粉、高岭土中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无味PE发泡材料,其特征在于所述改性发泡剂主要由重量分数60-100份偶氮二甲酰胺、5-10份三聚氰胺和5-15份尿素混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无味PE发泡材料,其特征在于所述助发泡剂为氧化锌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无味PE发泡材料,其特征在于所述润滑剂选自PE蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无味PE发泡材料,其特征在于所述无味交联剂为双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯。
8.权利要求1所述的无味PE发泡材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)混料:将LDPE、填充剂、改性发泡剂、助发泡剂、润滑剂和无味交联剂,在密炼机内进行混料,密炼机内冷却水温75-85℃,压缩空气压力为0.7-0.9MPa,料温为105-115℃时排出物料;
(2)开炼:将密炼机排出的物料送入开炼机开炼,前辊温度80-90℃,后辊温度70-80℃,辊距0.3-0.7mm,补炼3-5次;
(3)出片:将开炼后的物料送入出片机加工,得到料片,冷却,冷却水温≤35℃;
(4)硫化发泡:将料片送入平板硫化机进行硫化发泡处理,压力为0.8-0.85MPa,硫化时间为10-30分钟,硫化温度≤180℃;
(5)冷却成型、加工:将硫化发泡处理的料片,冷却成型后,切割加工,得成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无味PE发泡材料的制造方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中,所述混料为将LDPE、填充剂、助发泡剂和润滑剂加入密炼机混炼,融化混合均匀后,添加改性发泡剂、无味交联剂,混合均匀,排出物料。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的无味PE发泡材料的制造方法,其特征在于所述混料为温度控制在110℃以下。
