本发明属于采摘机器人技术领域,具体涉及一种智能化芦笋采摘机器人。
背景技术
黄芩含有黄芩甙元、黄芩甙汉、黄芩素、黄芩新素、苯甲酸、B一谷甾菌,具有清热燥湿、凉血安胎、解毒功效、降血压、抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎,对多种革兰阳性菌,革兰阳性菌致病性皮肤真菌具有抑制作用。现有的黄芩提取技术较为简单粗糙,具体的说,是现有的提取技术无法将其进行充分提取,造成浪费且药效降低,影响其治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种黄芩的提取方法,经过药材加热前处理、三次煎煮、精制,充分提取、分离药用成分,通过对各个提取步骤的严密控制,可以实现黄芩的充分提取,且提取物具有良好疗效。
为此,本发明提供了一种黄芩的提取方法,其包含以下步骤:
S1:领取药材,在物料库房领取检验合格的处方量的黄芩。
S2:前处理,去除黄芩中的杂质,通过汽相置换式润药机进行加热处理后再采用直线往复式切药机将黄芩切成片,于热风循环烘箱干燥后,置阴凉干燥处备用。
S3:煎煮,将经步骤S2处理后的黄芩,加入与黄芩质量比为5-7倍量的经煮沸后的纯化水中,分别进行三次煎煮,其中煎煮时间至少40分钟。
S4:合并过滤,将步骤S3中的煎煮液合并后通过120目筛网过滤。
S5:浓缩,采用单效浓缩器和/或双效浓缩器对步骤S4的合并滤液进行浓缩,浓缩温度控制在60~80℃。
S6:盐酸调节,在步骤S5的浓缩液中加入盐酸对PH进行调节,具体将PH调节至1-2。
S7:静置,在步骤S6完成后,静置1-2小时,取沉淀物备用。
S8:沉淀洗涤,用沸水洗涤步骤S7的沉淀物,使得PH值为5-7。
S9:干燥灭菌,将经过步骤S8洗涤后的沉淀物置于干燥灭菌一体机中进行干燥,干燥温度控制在50-95℃,且干燥时间为6-10小时。
S10:收集,将步骤S9的干燥物用低密度聚乙烯袋进行收集以获得干膏;
进一步的,所述步骤S2中的前处理过程中,经过步骤S2处理的物料与处方量的比值控制在90.0-100.0%。
进一步的,步骤S3中,第一次煎煮所加入的纯化水与黄芩的质量比为7:1,煎煮时间为1.5小时;第二次煎煮所加入的纯化水与黄芩的质量比为5:1,煎煮时间为1小时;第三次煎煮所加入的纯化水与黄芩的质量比为5:1,煎煮时间为40分钟。
进一步的,步骤S3-S6过程中,对浓缩液进行精制,盐酸调节PH值,静置,沉淀洗涤,分离、除去杂质成分。
进一步的,所述步骤S9-S10过程中,干燥时间到后,关闭干燥灭菌一体机,待物料温度自然下降至室温后采用低密度聚乙烯袋进行收集。
进一步的,步骤S10获得的干膏量与投料处方量的质量比限度范围为5.0-15.0%。
进一步的,所述步骤S10之后,采用粉碎机将干膏进行粉碎,并通过筛网过筛,筛网目数为100-150,以得到黄芩干膏粉。
本发明的有益效果是:经过对黄芩的加热前处理,破坏与之共存的酶,保存黄芩的有效成份,并经三次煎煮、精制,充分提取、分离黄芩中的药用成分,并严格控制提取过程中的温度、时间以及PH值,最大限度保留黄芩中的药用价值成分。通过对各个提取步骤的严密控制,可以实现黄芩有效成分的充分提取,且提取物具有良好疗效。

下面将结合实施例对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
本实施例公开的一种黄芩的提取方法,其包含以下步骤:
S1:领取药材,在物料库房领取检验合格的处方量的黄芩,以本实施例为例,称取黄芩2400kg。
S2:前处理,去除黄芩中的杂质,通过QRY-300汽相置换式润药机进行加热处理,破坏黄芩中的酶,保存黄芩的有效成分黄芩苷。再采用QWZL-300C直线往复式切药机将黄芩切成片,这里所说的切片为把黄芩切成厚度为1-3mm的片状,通过物料平衡偏差计算,设定其最后切片后的量与切片前的量,即本实施例中的2400kg之间的比值要达到90.0-100.0%。然后再置热风循环烘箱干燥后,于阴凉干燥处备用。
S3:煎煮,将经步骤S2处理后的黄芩,加入与黄芩质量比为5-7倍量的经煮沸后的纯净(化)水中,分别进行三次煎煮,其中煎煮时间至少40分钟。具体的步骤是将三个TQWV6B-00提取罐分别加入纯化水,加热,煮沸,称取黄芩均匀分装在三个TQWV6B-00提取罐中,每个提取罐中装有800kg黄芩,然后分别进行三次煎煮,其中,第一煎煮所加入的纯净(化)水的量为提取罐中黄芩的7倍,即黄芩与纯净(化)水的质量比为1:7,设定其煎煮时间为1.5小时,取出其中煎煮液之后,再次加入与其质量比为1:5的纯净(化)水,在本实施例中,具体为4000kg的纯净(化)水,设定其煎煮时间为1小时,再次取出其中煎煮液之后,再次加入与其质量比为1:5的纯净(化)水,设定其煎煮时间为40分钟,然后取出其中煎煮液。
S4:合并过滤,将步骤S3中的煎煮液合并后通过120目筛网过滤,将三次煎煮的所有煎煮液合并在一起。
S5:浓缩,采用WZF-1000L单效浓缩器和/或WZF2-2000双效浓缩器对步骤S4的合并滤液进行浓缩,浓缩温度控制在60~80℃。
S6:盐酸调节,在步骤S5的浓缩液中加入盐酸对PH进行调节,具体将PH调节至1-2。
S7:静置,在步骤S6完成后,静置1-2小时,取沉淀物备用。
S8:沉淀洗涤,用沸水反复洗涤步骤S7的沉淀物,使得PH值为5-7。
S9:干燥灭菌,将经过步骤S6-S8精制除杂后的沉淀物置于干燥灭菌一体机中进行干燥,干燥温度控制在50-95℃,且干燥时间为6-10小时。
S10:收集,将步骤S9的干燥时间到后,关闭干燥灭菌一体机,待物料温度自然下降至室温后采用低密度聚乙烯袋进行收集以获得干膏;为了方便制备,通过粉碎机将干膏进行粉碎,然后通过筛网进行过筛,可以获得黄芩干膏粉,再通过压片成型可以进一步获得药片。其中,获得的干膏量与投料处方量的质量比限度范围为5.0-15.0%,黄芩苷的含量为,含黄芩苷(C21H18O11)不得少于85.0%。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,微生物限度要求具体如下:需氧菌数≤600cfu/g,霉菌和酵母菌总数≤60cfu/g,耐胆盐格兰阴性菌≤102cfu/g,大肠埃希菌不得出现,活螨不得出现,沙门菌不得出现。

Claims (7)
1.一种黄芩的提取方法,其特征在于,其包含以下步骤:
S1:领取药材,在物料库房领取检验合格的处方量的黄芩;
S2:前处理,去除黄芩中的杂质,通过汽相置换式润药机进行加热处理后,再采用直线往复式切药机将黄芩切成片,于热风循环烘箱干燥后,置阴凉干燥处备用;
S3:煎煮,将经步骤S2处理后的黄芩加入与黄芩质量比为5-7倍量的经煮沸后的纯化水中,分别进行三次煎煮,其中煎煮时间至少40分钟;
S4:合并过滤,将步骤S3中的煎煮液合并后通过120目筛网过滤;
S5:浓缩,采用单效浓缩器和/或双效浓缩器对步骤S4的合并滤液进行浓缩,浓缩温度控制在60~80℃;
S6:盐酸调节,在步骤S5的浓缩液中加入盐酸对PH进行调节,具体将PH调节至1-2;
S7:静置,在步骤S6完成后,静置1-2小时,取沉淀物备用;
S8:沉淀洗涤,用沸水反复洗涤步骤S7的沉淀物,使得PH值为5-7;
S9:干燥灭菌,将经过步骤S8洗涤后的沉淀物置于干燥灭菌一体机中进行干燥,干燥温度控制在50-95℃,且干燥时间为6-10小时;
S10:收集,将步骤S9的干燥物用低密度聚乙烯袋进行收集以获得干膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄芩的提取方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的前处理过程中,经过步骤S2处理的物料与处方量的比值控制在90.0-100.0%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种黄芩的提取方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,第一次煎煮所加入的纯化水与黄芩的质量比为7:1,煎煮时间为1.5小时;第二次煎煮所加入的纯化水与黄芩的质量比为5:1,煎煮时间为1小时;第三次煎煮所加入的纯化水与黄芩的质量比为5:1,煎煮时间为40分钟。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种黄芩的提取方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S6-S8 过程中,对黄芩浓缩液进行精制,盐酸调节PH值,静置,沉淀洗涤,除去杂质成分。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种黄芩的提取方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S9-S10过程中,干燥时间到后,关闭干燥灭菌一体机,待物料温度自然下降至室温后采用低密度聚乙烯袋进行收集。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种黄芩的提取方法,其特征在于,步骤S10获得的干膏量与处方量的质量比限度范围为5.0-15.0%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种黄芩的提取方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10之后,采用粉碎机将干膏进行粉碎,并通过筛网过筛,筛网目数为100-150,以得到黄芩干膏粉,含黄芩苷(C21H18O11)不得少于85.0%。
