Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of food, in particular to a preparation method for producing digestion-free protein by using sesame meal and peanut meal as raw materials.
Background
According to the life science and physiology, the method comprises the following steps: the human body is in the growth period before the age of 25, in the growth and maturity period from the age of 25 to the age of 30, the body functions begin to decline after the age of 30, and the organs and functions decline greatly after the age of 60.
The new view point is that,
At present, the aging of old people rarely has natural aging, but endogenous cellular protein can not be completely recycled after the aging of organisms, and the long-term shortage of the protein of the organisms is the reason of the premature aging of the organisms. The physiology states that: the life cycle of human intestinal cells is 43 hours at most, the life cycle of cells on the surface of the stomach is three days, old cells are exfoliated as new cells grow out, the cells are digested and reused by the human body like food, and normal people have 8-inch and two-inch exfoliated cells, namely 248.8 g of intestinal cell proteins are exfoliated every day. Half a kilogram of human cellular proteins with a biological titer of 100 are best quality, which does not take into account the amount of shed cellular proteins from the stomach. The cell protein of the small intestine is not denatured by gastric acid, the molecule winding is very tight and is difficult to contact with the digestive enzyme for digestion, and meanwhile, the digestion of the protease in the stomach is reduced by one time, so the cell protein of the normal young people which is partially removed needs to be digested for a long time at the lower end of the small intestine to be completely recycled.
The human protein supply consists of three parts:
the first part supplies: is cell protein dropped from intestinal tract, the dropped cell protein is digested and reused by human body like food, adult has at least 8 engbi and 31.1 g per engbi per day, namely 248.8 g of dropped cell protein, the cell protein is human protein, is the best quality protein with 100 biological value, and the biological value of any other kind of protein is lower than it.
A second part supplying: is dead cells in tissues, about 198-283 g of dead cells are repeatedly used by autophagy of human bodies every day, and autophagy means that the dead cells eat themselves. The existence of enzymes in living human cells that digest proteins, carbohydrates and fats can digest apoptotic cells for reuse by living cells is called autophagy. Looking up "one day hungry secret" autophagy science on the web, doctor university swedish japan scientist in 2016 thus won the nobel prize.
The third part supplies: is protein in food, and is supplemented by 1.0 g to 1.5 g per kilogram of body weight per day. The protein in food is digested in stomach, the protease secreted by human stomach is inactive and activated by gastric acid to digest the protein in food, and the aging of human body is the decrease of secretion in body which directly affects the digestion of protein in body.
The old people can not completely recycle endogenous cell protein due to the aging of various functions of the body, especially the reduction of the secretion amount and activity of digestive enzyme, so that the long-term protein deficiency of the body is caused. It is clear what the body's long-term protein deficiency is as a result, why old people lose muscle so badly that the body cells use their own muscle proteins for survival. The protein-deficient organism is in a state of vicious circle, the old has no way, the digestive function of the body is reduced, the protein in the body can not be digested, and the macromolecular protein can not be absorbed and utilized by the human body. And the protein is not digested and fermented in the intestinal tract to generate a plurality of toxins such as skatole and the like, and is absorbed by the large intestine to hurt the body, and the digestion-free protein product is the only method for solving the problem of protein deficiency of the old and has great significance for the health of the old.
The indigestible protein is a small molecule protein with a molecular weight below 500 Da. Wherein the compound amino acid has an average molecular weight of 120Da and the small molecular dipeptide and tripeptide have molecular weights of 180-500 Da. Scientists have discovered that the human body has a substance, called a peptide, that determines all functional activities of the human body's life when studying genes. He speaks: peptide is a revolutionary product, which will lead the nutritional revolution of human in the 21 st century, and human has been subjected to three health revolution in history, the first smallpox appeared, the solution was the seed of vaccinia, the second treatment of diseases caused by bacteria and viruses with penicillin, and the third treatment of all diseases including all major diseases with small active peptides. The medicine shows that: only one disease in humans is cytopathy. There are two causes of cytopathic effects: 1. the cells are not nourished. (not getting the needed things) 2, cytotoxic overload.
(unwanted material is obtained).
The invention aims to solve the problem that the old people have insufficient protein due to insufficient recycling of in vivo cell protein caused by aging of the body, complete the digestion of the protein in vitro by using a biological enzyme engineering technology, provide a protein product which can be directly absorbed through the small intestine without digestion, and solve the problem of protein imbalance of the old people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method for producing digestion-free protein by using sesame meal and peanut meal as raw materials, which provides protein food digested in vitro for the old, can be directly absorbed, and solves the problem of pain point of protein nutrient imbalance caused by incomplete digestion of protein due to aging of the old. The process route is simple, edible sesame meal and peanut meal after oil immersion are used as raw materials, and protein is directly degraded through a biological enzyme engineering technology, so that a small molecular protein product which is directly absorbed is achieved.
The process steps of the invention are as follows:
firstly, mixing the sesame seed meal and the peanut meal raw materials with water in a ratio of 1 to 8-10 times;
secondly, refining the sesame seed meal and the peanut meal feed liquid after size mixing by using a colloid mill, wherein the fineness is more than 100 meshes;
heating to sterilize and denaturalize protein, and keeping the temperature at least 135 ℃ for more than 30 seconds;

2. The utilization value of the sesame seed meal and the peanut meal is improved, the sesame seed meal and the peanut meal can only be used as animal feed before, animal protein which can be utilized by human bodies is generated, and the digestion-free protein product which can be directly utilized by the human bodies is purified and processed by biotechnology at present.
3. Provides a small molecule peptide product which is really free from digestion in the market. The small molecular peptide is a component of human immune cells, and can proliferate the human immune cells and activate the human immune cells after entering a body. American shake video: the whole process of killing cancer cells by immune cells in a human body, and the principle of the existing immunotherapy is that the immune cells are injected into the human body after being proliferated in vitro, so that the immune cells complete the task of killing the cancer cells, so that: proliferating human immune cells is the most effective method for preventing and treating cancer.
The peptide obtained by human body has only two ways, namely, the small molecular dipeptide and tripeptide with the edible molecular weight of 180 Da-500 Da. Secondly, the peptide product is injected into the body through injection. For example, insulin is the 51 peptide, which must be injected, cannot be taken orally, and saves countless lives of diabetics worldwide.
