The equipment servicing method of claim 6, wherein: and the order receiving step also comprises the step that after the work order selection information of the maintenance end is received, the server compares the position of the maintenance party with the position of the enterprise to obtain a position distance, and when the position distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, the order receiving module of the maintenance end is allowed to receive orders.
