The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer execution instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when a processor executes the computer execution instruction, the fault work order processing method of the method embodiment is realized.
The computer-readable storage medium may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk. Readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. Of course, the readable storage medium may also be an integral part of the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the readable storage medium may also reside as discrete components in the apparatus.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (10)

1. A fault work order processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a fault work order set to be processed from a communication operator system;
identifying each fault work order in the fault work order set based on a type identification model, and determining a work order type corresponding to each fault work order, wherein the type identification model is obtained through training of a fault training work order set;
determining a work order processing rule corresponding to the work order type according to the work order type corresponding to each fault work order;
and processing the fault work order of the corresponding type according to the work order processing rule corresponding to the work order type to obtain a work order processing result, and sending the work order processing result to terminal equipment related to the communication operator system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if the work order type corresponding to the failed work order is a pending type,
the processing the fault work order of the corresponding type according to the work order processing rule corresponding to the work order type to obtain a work order processing result includes:
acquiring detailed information of the fault work orders of the corresponding types;
acquiring a fault reason field from the detailed information of the fault work order of the corresponding type;
and if the fault reason field carries keywords with the semantic meaning of segmentation, updating the checking state of the fault work order of the corresponding type into a checking passing state, and generating a work order processing result with the checking passing state.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein if the work order type corresponding to the fault work order is a to-be-terminated type or a to-be-disconnected type,
the processing the fault work order of the corresponding type according to the work order processing rule corresponding to the work order type to obtain a work order processing result includes:
acquiring detailed information of the fault work orders of the corresponding types;
converting the detailed information of the fault work order of the corresponding type into work order parameters in a character string form according to a preset conversion mode;
and updating the auditing state of the fault work order of the corresponding type into an auditing passing state according to the work order parameters in the character string form, and generating a work order processing result of which the auditing is passed.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein if the work order type corresponding to the faulty work order is a type to be determined,
the processing the fault work order of the corresponding type according to the work order processing rule corresponding to the work order type to obtain a work order processing result includes:
acquiring detailed information of the fault work orders of the corresponding types;
converting the detailed information of the fault work order of the corresponding type into work order parameters in a character string form according to a preset conversion mode;
judging whether the work order parameters in the character string form comprise a clearing time field or not;
and if so, updating the auditing state of the fault work order of the corresponding type into an auditing passing state, and generating a work order processing result of which the auditing is passed.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the fault cause field from the detailed information of the fault work order of the corresponding type comprises:
and acquiring a fault reason field from the detailed information of the fault work order of the corresponding type based on a crawler technology.
6. The method according to any of claims 1-5, wherein said obtaining a set of pending trouble tickets from a communications carrier system comprises:
and acquiring a to-be-processed fault work order set from a communication operator system every preset time.
7. The method according to any of claims 1-5, further comprising, prior to said obtaining a pending trouble ticket set from a communications carrier system:
acquiring a fault training work order set, wherein the fault training work order set is a training work order with a label acquired from network management fault data;
and training the fault training work order set according to a random forest algorithm to obtain the type recognition model.
8. The method according to any of claims 1-5, further comprising, prior to said obtaining a pending trouble ticket set from a communications carrier system:
acquiring login information of a communication operator system;
and logging in the communication operator system according to the login information.
9. A trouble order processing apparatus, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing the computer executable instructions stored by the memory causes the computer program when executed to implement the steps of:
acquiring a fault work order set to be processed from a communication operator system;
identifying each fault work order in the fault work order set based on a type identification model, and determining a work order type corresponding to each fault work order, wherein the type identification model is obtained through training of a fault training work order set;
determining a work order processing rule corresponding to the work order type according to the work order type corresponding to each fault work order;
and processing the fault work order of the corresponding type according to the work order processing rule corresponding to the work order type to obtain a work order processing result, and sending the work order processing result to terminal equipment related to the communication operator system.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored therein which, when executed by a processor, implement the trouble ticket processing method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
