Abstract
本发明提供一种车灯组件和具有其的车辆,车灯组件包括:壳体;光导,光导设在壳体上,光导沿光导的长度方向可移动;反光罩,反光罩与壳体连接,反光罩上设有一侧开口的反光腔室,反光罩上设有与反光腔室连通的第一通孔,光导的一端穿过第一通孔伸入反光腔室;遮光罩,遮光罩设在反光腔室中,遮光罩具有一侧开口的罩腔,遮光罩上设有与罩腔连通的第二通孔,光导的一端穿过第二通孔伸入罩腔,遮光罩上具有多个透光孔,遮光罩的外侧壁与反光罩的内侧壁间隔开。在车灯组件中,光导沿光导的长度方向移动过程中,光导发出的光可通过透光孔投向反光罩的内侧壁,通过内侧壁可以反射光,通过光导的移动可产生不同的动态效果,占用空间小。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,特别涉及一种车灯组件和具有其的车辆。
背景技术
现有的动态效果都是通过控制LED的点亮来实现,不同的点亮顺序,不同的点亮亮度都可以实现动态的效果,比如,多颗粒LED顺序点亮形成的流水效果,LED亮度逐级变亮或变暗的呼吸效果。现有技术的动态效果局限性较大,一些复杂的动态效果无法实现,即使能够通过增多颗粒LED实现,成本会升高,布置空间也会增大很多。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种车灯组件和具有其的车辆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
根据本发明第一方面实施例的车灯组件,包括:
壳体;
光导,所述光导设在所述壳体上,所述光导沿所述光导的长度方向可移动;
反光罩,所述反光罩与所述壳体连接,所述反光罩上设有一侧开口的反光腔室,所述反光罩上设有与所述反光腔室连通的第一通孔,所述光导的一端穿过所述第一通孔伸入所述反光腔室;
遮光罩,所述遮光罩设在所述反光腔室中,所述遮光罩具有一侧开口的罩腔,所述遮光罩上设有与所述罩腔连通的第二通孔,所述光导的一端穿过所述第二通孔伸入所述罩腔,所述遮光罩上具有多个透光孔,所述遮光罩的外侧壁与所述反光罩的内侧壁间隔开。
进一步地,所述反光罩为半球状,所述遮光罩为锥台状,所述光导的轴线与所述反光罩的轴线、所述遮光罩的轴线共线。
进一步地,所述光导的一端的表面设有配光花纹。
进一步地,还包括:
光源和电路板,所述电路板与所述光源电连接,所述光源与所述电路板设在所述光导上。
进一步地,还包括:
驱动机构,所述驱动机构与所述光导的另一端连接,所述驱动机构驱动所述光导沿所述光导的长度方向移动。
进一步地,所述驱动机构包括:

驱动电机,所述驱动电机的驱动轴上设有齿轮,所述光导的另一端设有沿所述光导的长度方向分布的键齿,所述齿轮的轮齿与所述键齿啮合,所述驱动电机驱动所述齿轮转动,所述齿轮转动带动所述光导沿所述光导的长度方向移动。
进一步地,所述遮光罩与所述反光罩连接。
进一步地,多个所述透光孔在所述遮光罩上间隔开分布。

如图1至图5所示,根据本发明实施例的车灯组件包括壳体(未示出)、光导10、反光罩20、遮光罩30。其中,光导10设在壳体上,光导10沿光导10的长度方向可移动,反光罩20与壳体连接,反光罩20上设有一侧开口的反光腔室21,反光腔室21的内侧壁可以反光,反光罩20上设有与反光腔室21连通的第一通孔,光导10的一端穿过第一通孔伸入反光腔室21;遮光罩30设在反光腔室21中,遮光罩30具有一侧开口的罩腔31,遮光罩30上设有与罩腔31连通的第二通孔,光导10的一端穿过第二通孔伸入罩腔31,遮光罩30上具有多个透光孔32,多个透光孔32在遮光罩30上间隔开分布,遮光罩30的外侧壁与反光罩20的内侧壁间隔开,以便于光投射到反光腔室21的内侧壁后可以反射,便于展现不同的动态效果。在本发明的车灯组件中,所述光导沿所述光导的长度方向移动过程中,光导发出的光可以通过透光孔投向反光罩的内侧壁,通过内侧壁可以反射光,通过光导的移动可以产生不同的动态效果,占用空间小。
可选地,反光罩20为半球状,遮光罩30为锥台状,光导10的轴线与反光罩20的轴线、遮光罩30的轴线共线,便于光导10的移动,便于展现匀称的动态效果。
可选地,光导10的一端的表面可以设有配光花纹,便于展现不同的动态效果,可以展现不同的灯光图案。
可选地,车灯组件还包括:光源40和电路板41,电路板41与光源40电连接,光源40与电路板41设在光导10上,电路板41可以控制光源40,光源40发出的光可以通过光导10发出,进而投射到反光罩20的内侧壁。
根据一些实施例,车灯组件还包括:驱动机构,驱动机构与光导10的另一端连接,驱动机构驱动光导10沿光导10的长度方向移动。比如,驱动机构可以包括:驱动电机,驱动电机的驱动轴与光导10的另一端连接,驱动电机驱动光导10沿光导10的长度方向移动,驱动电机可以设置在壳体上。
可选地,驱动机构可以包括:驱动电机50,驱动电机50的驱动轴上设有齿轮51,光导10的另一端设有沿光导10的长度方向分布的键齿,齿轮51的轮齿与键齿啮合,驱动电机50驱动齿轮51转动,齿轮51转动带动光导10沿光导10的长度方向移动。驱动电机50可以与电路板41连接,可以通过电路板41来控制驱动电机50。
遮光罩可以不透明,可以为各种颜色,上面带有规则布置的透光孔,透光孔是用来让光漏过去,漏过的光照在反光罩20上,形成规则的图案,当电机带动光导10前后移动时,这个规则的图案会发生动态的效果变化。
在一些实施例中,遮光罩30与反光罩20可以连接,保证遮光罩30与反光罩20之间的相对稳定。
为了增加灯光的动态效果,遮光罩30或反光罩20可以围绕光导10旋转,光导10在移动的过程中也可以旋转。
本发明实施例提供一种车辆,包括上述实施例中所述的车灯组件。通过光导的移动可以产生不同的动态效果,占用空间小。

反光罩,所述反光罩与所述壳体连接,所述反光罩上设有一侧开口的反光腔室,所述反光罩上设有与所述反光腔室连通的第一通孔,所述光导的一端穿过所述第一通孔伸入所述反光腔室;
遮光罩,所述遮光罩设在所述反光腔室中,所述遮光罩具有一侧开口的罩腔,所述遮光罩上设有与所述罩腔连通的第二通孔,所述光导的一端穿过所述第二通孔伸入所述罩腔,所述遮光罩上具有多个透光孔,所述遮光罩的外侧壁与所述反光罩的内侧壁间隔开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车灯组件,其特征在于,所述反光罩为半球状,所述遮光罩为锥台状,所述光导的轴线与所述反光罩的轴线、所述遮光罩的轴线共线。
