starting a pushing hydraulic cylinder, pushing a moving plate 7 to move towards one side far away from a supporting plate 51, further driving a pulley 103 to slide onto a first sliding rail from a second sliding rail and move to the upper part of an idle carriage, starting a power motor 81 to drive a second belt pulley to rotate reversely, releasing a lifting rope, enabling a parking limiting plate 4 to descend stably until a front wheel baffle 32 and a rear wheel baffle 33 penetrate through a first through groove and a second through groove respectively, fixing front and rear wheels of an automobile, starting a push rod to pull a clamping block 93 to move towards the direction far away from the parking limiting plate 4 until the clamping block is separated from the clamping block, completing parking moving operation, and completing car taking operation according to the opposite operation sequence; before the pushing movable plate 7 moves to one side far away from the supporting plate 51, the height of the bottom end of the parking limiting plate 4 is larger than that of a carriage side plate 16 on a parking layer, so that the problem that the overall reliability of the automobile is reduced due to collision with the carriage side plate 16 in the moving process is solved, and the problem that the moving track of the parking limiting plate 4 and the moving track of the automobile are controllable and high in precision due to the fact that the parking limiting plate 4 is in a horizontal straight line due to the fact that the position of the parking limiting plate 4 is deviated in the moving process, the front wheel baffle 32 and the rear wheel baffle 33 cannot penetrate through the first through groove and the second through groove respectively, the front wheel and the rear wheel of the automobile cannot be fixed respectively, the overall arrangement of the parking limiting plate 4 cannot be in a stable state, and the safety is; the robustness and reliability of the present invention are ensured by the provision of the guard rail 13 and the reinforcement rail 14.
