The rotary driving member 83 is a servo motor, an output shaft of the servo motor is connected to the rotating wheel 81, after the workpiece is pushed into one of the slot positions 82 by the pushing piece 53, the servo motor drives the rotating wheel 81 to rotate, the workpiece in the slot position 82 is transported to the next process, and meanwhile, the other slot position 82 is moved to a position corresponding to the end of the transporting slot, so that the slot position 82 can accommodate the other workpiece.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic workpiece feeding assembly, comprising:
the storage rack is provided with a storage barrel for storing a plurality of workpieces;
the first conveying mechanism is used for conveying the storage barrels;
the lifting mechanism receives the storage barrel from the first carrying mechanism and lifts one end of the storage barrel, so that the workpieces slide out of the other end of the storage barrel to a first material table;
the lifting mechanism comprises a sleeve and a first lifting driving piece, the sleeve can be used for the storage barrel to be inserted, one end of the sleeve is hinged to the first material table, and when the storage barrel is inserted into the sleeve by the first carrying mechanism, the first lifting driving piece drives the sleeve to drive the sleeve and the storage barrel to turn upwards around a hinged point, so that a workpiece in the storage barrel slides onto the first material table through the sleeve.
2. The workpiece robot assembly of claim 1, wherein the first material table includes a planar portion and an inclined portion inclined upwardly from a side of the planar portion, the inclined portion being hingedly connected to the sleeve, and a baffle is provided on a side of the planar portion remote from the inclined portion.

The workpiece autoloading assembly of claim 1, wherein the first conveyance mechanism includes a first drive member, a second drive member disposed on the first drive member, and a clamp member disposed on the second drive member; the first driving piece drives the second driving piece to move back and forth along an X axis, the second driving piece drives the clamping piece to move back and forth along a Y axis, and under the driving of the first driving piece and the second driving piece, the clamping piece grabs the storage barrel from the storage rack and conveys the storage barrel to the lifting mechanism.

The automatic workpiece feeding assembly according to claim 3, wherein the magazine comprises two symmetrically arranged vertical support plates, a vertically extending groove is formed in the upper portion of the inner side of each vertical support plate, a horizontally extending receiving portion is formed adjacent to the lower end of the groove, a notch is formed in one of the horizontal side walls of the lower end of the groove, two ends of the magazine are respectively matched with the grooves of the two vertical support plates and are respectively mounted on the receiving portions of the two vertical support plates, and when the magazine is taken down from the magazine by the clamping member, two ends of the magazine are moved out of the notches of the two vertical support plates.
5. The work piece autoloading assembly of claim 1, further including a running device for transferring the work piece on the first material table to a next process, the running device including:
the second conveying mechanism is used for conveying the workpiece of the first material table to the second material table;
and the pushing mechanism is used for pushing the workpiece of the second material platform to the operating mechanism, and the operating mechanism is used for transferring the workpiece to the next working procedure.

The workpiece automatic feeding assembly as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second carrying mechanism comprises a third driving member, a third lifting driving member disposed on the third driving member, and a suction nozzle disposed on the third lifting driving member, and under the driving of the third driving member and the third lifting driving member, the suction nozzle sucks and fixes the workpiece on the first material table and carries the workpiece to the second material table.

The workpiece automatic feeding assembly according to claim 5, wherein the second material table comprises a conveying groove for receiving the workpiece from the second carrying mechanism, and an avoiding groove extending along the length direction of the conveying groove is formed in the bottom surface of the conveying groove;
the pushing mechanism comprises a fourth driving part, a fourth lifting driving part arranged on the fourth driving part and a pushing sheet arranged on the fourth lifting driving part, the fourth driving part and the fourth lifting driving part are driven to move into the transport groove through the pushing sheet, and the pushing sheet moves along the length direction of the avoiding groove so as to push the workpieces in the transport groove to the operating mechanism.

The automatic workpiece feeding assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the operation mechanism includes a rotary driving member and a rotary wheel disposed on the rotary driving member, the rotary wheel defines a slot for receiving the workpiece, and the rotary driving member drives the rotary wheel to rotate after the workpiece is pushed into the slot by the pushing piece, so as to transfer the workpiece to a next process.

The workpiece autoloading assembly of claim 7, wherein the transport slot includes a first half slot and a second half slot, the first half slot and the second half slot being spaced apart to form the avoidance slot between the first half slot and the second half slot; the running device further comprises a fifth driving piece connected with the first half groove, and the fifth driving piece is used for driving the first half groove to move towards or away from the second half groove; the operation device further comprises a fifth lifting driving piece and a cover plate arranged on the fifth lifting driving piece, the cover plate is located above the notch of the conveying groove, and the cover plate can move up and down under the driving of the fifth lifting driving piece.
