The traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating ametropia and eye diseases as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-13 parts of frost mulberry leaf, 10 parts of chrysanthemum, 5 parts of cassia occidentalis, 7 parts of equisetum, 7 parts of honeysuckle, 2 parts of liquorice, 4 parts of gentian, 7 parts of angelica and 10 parts of coptis chinensis.

The traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating ametropia and eye diseases as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of frost mulberry leaf, 10 parts of chrysanthemum, 5 parts of cassia occidentalis, 7.5 parts of horsetail, 7 parts of honeysuckle, 2.5 parts of liquorice, 4 parts of gentian, 7.5 parts of angelica and 10 parts of coptis chinensis.

and step 3: bagging to obtain fumigation medicinal bag.
7. A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine medicament for treating ametropia and eye diseases is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: taking the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating ametropia and eye diseases as claimed in claim 4;
step 2: all the Chinese medicinal raw materials in the step 1 are ground into powder;
and step 3: adding water 8-10 times the weight of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into the raw materials in the step 1, and soaking for 6-8 hours;
and 4, step 4: heating the mixed liquid of the traditional Chinese medicines in the step 2, boiling the mixed liquid with strong fire, then turning to middle fire, adding 2.5 parts of borneol, and stirring the mixture for 6 to 8 hours while boiling;
and 5: decocting to paste, turning off fire, and naturally cooling to obtain the Chinese medicinal eye ointment.
8. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal preparation for treating ametropia and eye disease as claimed in claim 7, wherein the decocted eye ointment is filled into sterilized packaging bottles, and then stored under refrigeration.
9. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal preparation for treating ametropia and eye diseases as claimed in claim 8, wherein the weight of the Chinese medicinal eye ointment in a packaging bottle is 30-45 g.
