Background
In recent years, with the improvement of the living standard of residents in China, pets become a part of the life and emotion of more and more urban people, the role played by the pets gradually changes to fill up the emotional and psychological vacancy of main people by meeting the needs of householders, and the trend also has direct influence on the life of the pets. Many pets are deviating from normal trajectories in dietary structure and lifestyle, such as: the pets are excessively raised, raised with high-calorie feed for a long time, seriously lack of daily life exercise amount, sterilization operation and the like, and under the condition, the pets are easily in an overweight or even obese state and are easily suffered from diabetes.
Diabetes is a common endocrine disease, and under normal conditions, beta cells of the pancreas produce insulin, so that body cells can utilize glucose in blood as an energy source; in the absence of insulin, these glucose levels are unavailable to the body cells, resulting in excessive blood glucose levels, which in turn leads to conditions of persistent hyperglycemia and urine glucose in the body, leading to the onset of disease.
In the prior art, a traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy mode is adopted to treat diabetes of pet cats, but pure traditional Chinese medicine products cannot meet the nutritional requirements of the pet cats, so that a pet cat staple food with comprehensive nutrition and good blood sugar reduction effect is needed.

By adopting the technical scheme, the main materials are crushed into minced meat, so that chicken, chicken liver and salmon can be better mixed together, and the raw materials can be uniformly mixed when other raw materials are added later.

Referring to table 1, the product of the invention has a crude protein content of not less than 45%, a crude fat content of not less than 7.5%, a moisture content of not more than 8%, and a crude fiber content of not more than 7%; products with low moisture content can extend the shelf life of the product.

Test animals: healthy mice, 25 + -2 g in weight, male, were selected, 10 per group.

Alloxan is a beta-cytotoxic agent that selectively damages the beta-cells of the islets of langerhans in a variety of animals, causing low insulin secretion resulting in experimental diabetes.
(2) Model making of hyperglycemia
After 24 hours of animal fasting, the animal is given alloxan modeling, after 5-7 days of animal fasting for 3-5 hours, blood sugar is measured, and the blood sugar value is 10-25mmol/L, which is the animal with high blood sugar model success.
(3) Blood sugar reduction test of hyperglycemia model animal
The hyperglycemic model animals were selected and grouped according to fasting blood glucose levels for 3-5h, and 1 model control group and 6 experimental groups (component difference is not more than 1.1mmol/L) were randomly selected. The experimental group was administered with the products of examples 1-6, and the model control group was administered with chicken for 30 consecutive days to measure fasting blood glucose values (fasting as before the experiment). the hyperglycemic model animals were selected and grouped according to fasting blood glucose levels for 3-5h, and 3 model control groups and 3 experimental groups (component difference is not more than 1.1mmol/L) were randomly selected. The experimental group was administered with the products of examples 1 to 3, and the model control group was administered with the products of comparative examples 1 to 3, and fasting blood glucose values were measured for 30 consecutive days (before fasting as in the experiment). As can be seen from Table 4, the effect of reducing blood sugar of the pet cat staple food without the addition of the auxiliary materials is obviously lower than that of the pet cat staple food with the addition of the auxiliary materials, and the silkworm chrysalis, astragalus polysaccharide, lycium barbarum polysaccharide, hippophae rhamnoides flavone and Chinese yam polysaccharide which are selected and used in the application are mutually matched to better achieve the effect of reducing blood sugar.

Claims (10)
1. 4. The freeze-dried staple food for the diabetic cats according to claim 1, wherein the main material comprises livestock meat, viscera and fish, and the mass ratio of the livestock meat, the viscera and the fish is (7-8): (5-6): (4-5).

s2: sequentially adding silkworm pupa, carnitine, choline chloride and cellulose, and continuously stirring;
s3: continuously adding calcium supplement, vitamins, radix astragali polysaccharide, fructus Lycii polysaccharide, fructus Hippophae flavone and rhizoma Dioscoreae polysaccharide, stirring for 5min to obtain staple food semi-finished product;
s4: spreading the semi-finished product of the staple food grain, freezing for 0.5-2 h, cutting into blocks, and freezing;
s5: freeze-drying the frozen product;
s6: and packaging and sterilizing the freeze-dried product to obtain the freeze-dried staple food for the diabetic cats, wherein the specifications are 500 g/bag and 1000 g/bag.
9. The preparation method of the freeze-dried staple food for the diabetic cats according to claim 8, wherein the freezing condition is freezing at-15 ℃ to-40 ℃ for 2-5 h; the freeze-drying condition is that the vacuum degree is 0.5torr, the drying time is 9-17h, and the temperature is 30-70 ℃.

The freeze-dried staple food for diabetic cats prepared by the method of claim 9, wherein the freeze-dried staple food for diabetic cats comprises crude protein content of not less than 45%, crude fat content of not less than 7.5%, moisture content of not more than 8%, and crude fiber content of not more than 12%.
