Abstract
一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的制备方法,所述分散剂由以下物质制备而成:一种来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸、一种聚醚改性多官能胺、至少一种活性润湿剂。所述方法将上述物质投入反应釜中,升温至100~150℃,保温反应3~5小时,即可得到所述酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂;用该分散剂制备的酞菁蓝色浆具有防浮色功能。所述来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸按重量计占15~45%;所述聚醚改性多官能胺按重量计占30~65%;所述活性润湿剂按重量计占20~40%。本发明制备的酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂具有工艺过程简单,设备要求低,生产效率高的优点;所生产出的分散剂具有降粘效果好,与钛白类无机色浆搭配时兼容性好,具有防止浮色的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的生产方法,属分散剂制备技术领域。
背景技术
酞菁蓝颜料因为因其具有颜色鲜艳、着色力强,化学性质稳定,耐酸碱溶剂等诸多优点而成了蓝色浆制备的首选颜料。但由于酞菁蓝表面极性较低,颗粒不易与普通分散剂结合牢固,存在一定程度的解吸现象,导致分散体系粒子的聚集或沉淀,容易再絮凝,所制备的酞菁蓝色浆稳定性差、与其他无机颜料和树脂搭配时兼容性差,容易出现浮色等弊端。
因此,制备出一种与酞菁蓝表面结合牢固、性能优良、兼容性强,能克服浮色等弊病的分散剂就非常有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,针对现有分散剂用于制备的酞菁蓝色浆稳定性差、与其他无机颜料和树脂搭配时兼容性差等问题,提出一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的生产方法。
实现本发明的技术方案如下,一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的生产方法,所述分散剂由以下物质制备而成:一种来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸、一种聚醚改性多官能胺、至少一种活性润湿剂。
所述方法将上述物质投入反应釜中,升温至100~150℃,保温反应3~5小时,即可得到所述酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂;用该分散剂制备的酞菁蓝色浆具有防浮色功能。
所述来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸按重量计占15~45%;所述聚醚改性多官能胺按重量计占30~65%;所述活性润湿剂按重量计占20~40%。
所述来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸为松香酸、植物油酸、蓖麻油酸或亚油酸中的一种或几种。
所述聚醚改性多官能胺,含有以下结构:

所述活性润湿剂为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四氢呋喃中的一种或几种。
所述方法生产的酞菁蓝分散剂具有强降粘以及防浮色效果。
所述酞菁蓝色浆,其分散制备过程中所选用的分散剂包含本发明方法制备的酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂。
所述酞菁蓝色浆,具有强降粘特性和防浮色功能。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明制备的酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂具有工艺过程简单,设备要求低,生产效率高的优点;所生产出的分散剂具有降粘效果好,与钛白类无机色浆搭配时兼容性好,具有防止浮色的功能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例在200L反应釜中,投入妥尔油酸295Kg,油酸100Kg,聚醚胺D400440Kg,润湿剂PPG200 450Kg;升温至120~150℃,保温反应3~5小时;降温至45℃以下,即得酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂成品。
实施例2
本实施例在200L反应釜中,投入亚油酸100Kg,松香酸220Kg,油酸85Kg,聚醚胺D230 150Kg,ED2000 280Kg;升温至115~145℃,保温反应3~5小时;降温至45℃以下,即得酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂成品
效果测试
测试条件:
按表中配方进行制备色浆,结果如下:
本发明样品,无论是降粘效果,还是分散性,展色性能都优于国外样品1,和国内样品2。
在PU体系当中,采用本发明分散剂所制备的色浆的兼容性,即防浮色性能也优于国内样品2,并与国外样品1防浮色性能相当。

1.一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂由以下物质制备而成:一种来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸、一种聚醚改性多官能胺、至少一种活性润湿剂;
所述方法将上述物质投入反应釜中,升温至100~150℃,保温反应3~5小时,即可得到所述酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂;用该分散剂制备的酞菁蓝色浆具有防浮色功能;
所述来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸按重量计占15~45%;所述聚醚改性多官能胺按重量计占30~65%;所述活性润湿剂按重量计占20~40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述来自天然植物提炼而成的羧酸为松香酸、植物油酸、蓖麻油酸或亚油酸中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述活性润湿剂为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚四氢呋喃中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法生产的酞菁蓝分散剂具有强降粘以及防浮色效果。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酞菁蓝色浆,其分散制备过程中所选用的分散剂包含权利1至权利5所述的酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种酞菁蓝防浮色分散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酞菁蓝色浆,具有强降粘特性和防浮色功能。
