Description

Traditional Chinese medicine tablet for treating viral influenza and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine tablet for treating viral influenza and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cold is the most common disease in our daily life, and the vitamin C Yinqiao tablet is a common Chinese patent medicine for treating the cold, can dispel wind, relieve exterior syndrome, clear heat and disinfect, is clinically used for treating the influenza caused by wind heat, and has the symptoms of fever, headache, cough, dry mouth and throat pain. The traditional vitamin C Yinqiao tablet is prepared from lonicera confusa, fructus forsythiae, mint, herba schizonepetae, fermented soybean, great burdock achene, platycodon grandiflorum, lophatherum gracile, liquorice and the like. However, vitamin C in the components of the traditional vitamin C Yinqiao tablets is unstable and is easily degraded after being wetted and heated in granulation, so that the vitamin C needs to be coated firstly, if the vitamin C is not coated, the vitamin C is degraded in the production process, and the final finished product does not meet the quality requirement, however, the whole production period is prolonged by adding the coating treatment process, the process is complex, the coated vitamin C cannot be crushed and damaged, so that the uniformity in ingredient mixing is poor, and the prepared granules have poor viscosity, and are easy to crack, have low hardness, are difficult to coat and other technical problems.
Meanwhile, the pathogenic microorganisms causing cold and disease treatment are various in shape and color, and influenza viruses often have various variant forms, so that the existing vitamin C Yinqiao tablets are often not good in treatment when dealing with complicated and variable pathogenic microorganisms, and therefore a new anti-cold and antiviral traditional Chinese medicine preparation with wide application is required to be developed.
Patent publication No. CN110841011A discloses a vitamin C Yinqiao tablet for treating cold and a preparation method thereof, the components of the tablet comprise flos lonicerae, fructus forsythiae, herba schizonepetae, fermented soybean, lophatherum gracile, rhizoma phragmitis, platycodon grandiflorum, liquorice, fructus arctii, acetaminophen, chlorphenamine maleate, peppermint oil, vitamin C and the like, and the preparation process comprises the process steps of traditional Chinese medicine water extraction, extraction concentration, drying and crushing, mixing granulation, tabletting and the like. The vitamin C Yinqiao tablet prepared by the formula can effectively relieve cold symptoms, and the high-efficiency tablet press can press a plurality of tablet cores once, and can treat powder on the surfaces of the tablet cores before the tablet cores are collected, so that the tablet cores can be directly coated without surface treatment again, but the vitamin C Yinqiao tablet produced by the method does not treat vitamin C, and has poor stability.
Patent publication No. CN101249224A discloses a method for improving the stability of vitamin C Yinqiao tablets, which comprises the processes of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, drying and crushing, mixing and granulating, coating vitamin C, tabletting and the like, wherein the coating vitamin C is obtained by mixing gelatin slurry and vitamin powder, rubbing coarse powder after drying, sieving, continuously coating fine powder with a film, and repeating for 4-6 layers. The vitamin C in the vitamin C Yinqiao tablets prepared by the method is effectively coated, and the vitamin C is prevented from being degraded in the production process, but the method has longer production period, complex process and difficult control of coating thickness.
In conclusion, the prior art generally has the technical problems of poor stability, complex coating process, poor vitamin C uniformity, poor antiviral property and the like.
