For traditional Chinese medicine, the chemical components contained in the traditional Chinese medicine are complex, and the traditional Chinese medicine has strong hygroscopicity no matter whether the traditional Chinese medicine is biological active components such as alkaloids, glycosides, volatile oil, amino acids and the like or non-biological active components such as saccharides, proteins, pigments, resins and inorganic salts. It is understood that after the drug absorbs moisture, the physical changes of the preparation are caused: such as deepening, softening and caking, which directly affect the particle size, fluidity, compressibility and viscosity of the Chinese medicinal extract. At the same time, chemical changes are often also induced: for example, hydrolysis and oxidation of the drug ingredients are accelerated, which leads to changes in the ingredients, and stability, safety and efficacy are affected to some extent. Therefore, the problem of moisture absorption of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is always a common problem in the pharmaceutical industry.

It is well known that moisture absorption of a drug causes not only physical changes in the formulation: such as deepening, softening and caking, which directly affect the particle size, fluidity, compressibility and viscosity of the Chinese medicinal extract. At the same time, chemical changes are often also induced: for example, hydrolysis and oxidation of the drug ingredients are accelerated, which leads to changes in the ingredients, and stability, safety and efficacy are affected to some extent.
The existing damp-proof method for traditional Chinese medicines generally comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the steps of extraction, separation and purification of the traditional Chinese medicine, a proper drying mode, use of moisture-proof auxiliary materials, optimization of a granulation method, coating, moisture-proof packaging, storage in an environment with lower relative humidity and the like. In actual production, the moisture absorption of the preparation is usually reduced by screening the types and the amounts of auxiliary materials because the extraction and refining processes of the preparation are inconvenient to change.
Long-term experiments prove that: if the index components of the product are not changed, the hygroscopicity of the product is reduced. The dosage of the auxiliary materials is increased (generally, the dosage of the extract and the auxiliary materials is 1:1 or 1: 2). The aim of reducing the dosage of the auxiliary materials and the dosage and the production cost of the patients cannot be realized.
Based on the problem, the invention provides the moisture-proof five-flavor disinfection beverage granules and the preparation method thereof according to the series combination of physical characteristics among auxiliary materials and the modern formation preparation process means, thereby providing safe, effective and convenient-to-carry favorable medicines for patients.
The invention provides a moisture-proof five-flavor disinfection beverage granule which is prepared by decocting 2.5 parts of honeysuckle, 1 part of wild chrysanthemum flower, 1 part of dandelion, 1 part of Chinese violet and 1 part of muskroot-like semiaquilegia root to obtain a decoction concentrated solution A; then adding a first auxiliary material into the decoction concentrated solution A, uniformly mixing the mixture through a colloid mill, and performing spray drying to obtain a spray-dried material B; and finally, adding a second auxiliary material into the spray-dried material B, stirring and mixing, and performing dry granulation to obtain the moisture-proof five-flavor disinfection beverage granules.
It should be noted that the first auxiliary materials include copovidone S630, betacyclodextrin and maltodextrin, and the second auxiliary materials include dextrin, lactose and soluble starch.
In addition, the density of the concentrated solution A obtained after decoction is 1.05-1.15, and the solid content in the concentrated solution A is 15-30%. Wherein the first auxiliary materials and the decoction concentrated solution A are respectively added in the following weight portions: 70-90 parts of a decoction concentrated solution A and 10-30 parts of a first auxiliary material. The second auxiliary material and the spray-dried material B are added in the following weight portions: 70-90 parts of spray-dried material B and 10-30 parts of second auxiliary material.
Meanwhile, in the above-mentioned spray drying step, the inlet air temperature: 120-140 ℃, air outlet temperature: 80-90 ℃, atomization pressure: 0.4Mpa, liquid supply rate: 10 ml/min. In the above stirring and mixing step, the stirring speed: 250r/min, shear rate: 2000r/min, stirring and shearing time: 3 min.
In the above dry granulation step, roller pressure: 45-75 bar, feeding speed of 30-50 r/min: roller clearance 1.0 ~ 3.0mm, roller speed: 3.0 to 5.0 r/min.

Wherein the first adjuvant comprises copovidone S630, betacyclodextrin and maltodextrin.
It should also be noted that, in the step of spray drying, the inlet air temperature: 120-140 ℃, air outlet temperature: 80-90 ℃, atomization pressure: 0.4Mpa, liquid supply rate: 10 ml/min.
Step three: and (3) adding a second auxiliary material into the spray-dried material B, stirring and mixing, then placing the mixed material into a dry granulating machine for granulating, sieving and packaging to obtain the moisture-proof five-flavor disinfection beverage granules, wherein the second auxiliary material comprises dextrin, lactose and soluble starch.
In the step, 70-90 parts of spray-dried material B is taken, 10-30 parts of second auxiliary material is added to be stirred and mixed, then the obtained mixed material is stirred and mixed, and the mixed material is placed in a dry-method granulator to be granulated. And then sieving with a 20-mesh sieve, granulating, and packaging to obtain the moisture-proof five-flavor disinfection beverage granules. Wherein the second auxiliary materials comprise dextrin, maltodextrin, lactose and soluble starch.
In the step of adding the second auxiliary material for stirring and mixing, the stirring speed is as follows: 250r/min, shear rate: 2000r/min, stirring and shearing time: 3 min. Furthermore, in the dry granulation step, the roller pressure: 45-75 bar, feeding speed of 30-50 r/min: roller clearance 1.0 ~ 3.0mm, roller speed: 3.0 to 5.0 r/min.
The preparation method of the moisture-proof five-flavor disinfection beverage granules provided by the invention comprises the steps of carrying out compounding and screening on different auxiliary materials with strong moisture absorption resisting capacity, mixing the concentrated solution and the auxiliary materials by a colloid mill, and then carrying out spray drying to obtain a spray-dried material B. The spray drying method is adopted, and the ordered particle surface coating can be carried out on the surface of the medicine, so that a core-shell design is formed, and the powder properties of the granules are improved. At the same time, the final dry granulation enhances the moldability of the granules, ensuring that the granules do not undergo changes in physical and chemical properties due to moisture absorption.
