The invention discloses a natural moisturizing liquid which is mainly prepared from the following components: 1-5 parts of irisin, 0.1-2 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1-3 parts of liquiritigenin, 5-10 parts of glycerol, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium cocoyl isethionate, 0.1-1 part of composite sodium hyaluronate, 20-40 parts of polyglycerol ether and 40-70 parts of deionized water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the composition. The natural moisturizing liquid disclosed by the invention takes natural plant extracts as main active ingredients, wherein the irigenin has the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting bacteria, whitening, moisturizing and the like, the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has the effects of resisting allergy and irritation, the transdermal absorption effect is good, and the liquiritigenin has the effects of resisting ulcer, resisting inflammation and the like.
