The excipients may meet the needs of a particular dosage form, including but not limited to maltodextrin, inulin, resistant dextrin, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, and sorbitol; further preferred are maltodextrin, inulin, resistant dextrin, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, magnesium stearate and sorbitol;
such other food additives include, but are not limited to, binders, disintegrants, dispersants, stabilizers, gelling agents, thickeners, surfactants, preservatives, and pH adjusting agents; further preferred are a binder, a disintegrant, a dispersant, a stabilizer, a gelling agent, a thickener, a surfactant, a preservative and a pH adjuster.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the oral beauty product, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the red ginseng powder and the emblic leafflower fruit aqueous extract according to the formula amount to obtain an oral beauty composition; or

the ginseng total saponin content of the red ginseng powder is more than or equal to 1.6 percent, and the water content is less than or equal to 7.0 percent; the content of hydrolyzed tannin in the water extract of the emblic leafflower fruits is more than or equal to 60.0 percent, the content of gallic acid is less than or equal to 4.0 percent, and the content of water is less than or equal to 6.0 percent.
2. Use of an oral cosmetic composition according to claim 1 for the preparation of an oral cosmetic product.
3. Use according to claim 2, characterized in that the oral cosmetic product is in the form of a powder, oral liquid or tablet.
4. An oral cosmetic product comprising the oral cosmetic composition of claim 1.
5. The oral cosmetic product of claim 4, further comprising a food-acceptable excipient comprising at least one of a flavoring agent, a coloring agent, an excipient, and other food additives.
6. Process for the preparation of an oral cosmetic product according to claim 5, comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing the red ginseng powder and the emblic leafflower fruit aqueous extract according to the formula amount to obtain an oral beauty composition;
(2) mixing the oral beauty composition obtained in the step (1) with auxiliary materials, and processing to prepare the oral beauty product.
