Abstract
The invention discloses a full mixed pellet feed for mutton sheep and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the technical problems of low economic benefit and lack of coarse feed resources of the existing mutton sheep breeding. The pellet feed is prepared by mixing and granulating 18-35 parts of corn flour, 4-10 parts of wheat bran, 10-20 parts of soybean meal, 1-5 parts of premix, 0.2-0.8 part of sodium bicarbonate and 40-60 parts of peanut vine powder. The granular feed takes cheap and easily-obtained peanut seedlings as coarse feed, has balanced and comprehensive nutrition and good palatability, can meet the nutritional requirement of mutton sheep growth, improves the digestibility of the feed, can obviously improve the growth performance of the mutton sheep, and increases the economic benefit of mutton sheep breeding; the fully-mixed pellet feed is convenient to package, store, transport and feed, saves labor force, can reduce feed waste in the feeding process and reduces dust pollution.

Technical Field

Background
The Total Mixed Ration (TMR) is a balanced feed prepared by mixing concentrated feed, coarse feed, mineral substances, vitamins and the like according to the nutritional requirements of different growth and development stages in the breeding process of ruminants. (1) cutting dried peanut seedlings (the water content is less than 10%) into 2-5 cm, crushing, and sieving with a 5-10 mesh sieve to obtain peanut seedling powder for later use;
(2) uniformly mixing peanut vine powder, corn flour, wheat bran, bean pulp and sodium bicarbonate according to the raw material ratio, adding water (5-8% of the weight of the mixed material), wetting and granulating (the particle size is controlled to be 4-6 mm);
(3) drying, sterilizing and cooling the granular material obtained in the previous step.

33 parts of corn flour, 8.5 parts of wheat bran, 15 parts of soybean meal, 3 parts of premix, 0.5 part of sodium bicarbonate and 40 parts of peanut vine.
The premix comprises the following components in parts by weight:
VA 1 part, VD 0.01 part, VE 5 part, nicotinic acid 10 part, pantothenic acid 2 part, biotin 0.2 part, Cu 2 part, Fe 25 part, Mn 20 part, Zn 20 part, I0.2 part, Se 0.1 part and Co 0.1 part.
The preparation method of the full mixed pellet feed comprises the following steps:
(1) drying peanut seedlings in the sun (the moisture content is less than 10%), cutting the peanut seedlings into 3-4 cm by using a hay cutter, and crushing the peanut seedlings into grass meal by using a 6-mesh crusher.
(2) Mixing the peanut vine powder obtained in the previous step with corn flour, wheat bran, soybean meal and sodium bicarbonate uniformly according to the proportion of the raw materials, adding 6% of water for wetting, and then preparing into granules (4-6 mm) by a 9KLP-300 type granulator.
(3) And drying, sterilizing, cooling and packaging the prepared granular material to obtain the mutton sheep full-mixed granular feed.
The second embodiment provides a mutton sheep full mixed pellet feed which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
25 parts of corn flour, 6.5 parts of wheat bran, 15 parts of soybean meal, 3 parts of premix, 0.5 part of sodium bicarbonate and 50 parts of peanut vine powder;
the premix comprises the following components in parts by weight:
VA 1 part, VD 0.01 part, VE 5 part, nicotinic acid 10 part, pantothenic acid 2 part, biotin 0.2 part, Cu 2 part, Fe 25 part, Mn 20 part, Zn 20 part, I0.2 part, Se 0.1 part and Co 0.1 part.
The preparation method of the full mixed pellet feed comprises the following steps:
(1) after the peanut seedlings are dried (the moisture content is less than 10%), the peanut seedlings are cut into 3-4 cm by a hay cutter, and then are crushed into grass meal by a crusher with a 6-mesh sieve.
(2) Taking the peanut vine powder obtained in the previous step according to the raw material proportion, uniformly mixing the peanut vine powder with corn flour, wheat bran, bean pulp and sodium bicarbonate, adding 6% of water, uniformly mixing, and then preparing into granules (4-6 mm) by a 9KLP-300 type granulator.
(3) And drying, sterilizing, cooling and packaging the granular material prepared in the previous step to obtain the mutton sheep full-mixed granular feed.
The third embodiment provides a mutton sheep full-mixed pellet feed which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of corn flour, 4.5 parts of wheat bran, 13 parts of soybean meal, 2 parts of premix, 0.5 part of sodium bicarbonate and 60 parts of peanut vine powder;
the premix comprises the following components in parts by weight:
VA 1 part, VD 0.01 part, VE 5 part, nicotinic acid 10 part, pantothenic acid 2 part, biotin 0.2 part, Cu 2 part, Fe 25 part, Mn 20 part, Zn 20 part, I0.2 part, Se 0.1 part, Co 0.1 part
The preparation method of the full mixed pellet feed comprises the following steps:
(1) drying or baking peanut seedlings (the moisture content is less than 10%), cutting the peanut seedlings into 3-4 cm by using a hay cutter, and crushing the peanut seedlings into grass meal by using a 6-mesh crusher.
(2) Taking the peanut vine powder obtained in the previous step, corn flour, wheat bran, bean pulp and sodium bicarbonate according to the raw material proportion, uniformly mixing, adding 6% of water, uniformly mixing, and then preparing into granules (4-6 mm) by a 9KLP-300 type granulator.
(3) And drying, sterilizing, cooling and packaging the granular material prepared in the previous step to obtain the mutton sheep full-mixed granular feed.

Purpose of the test
The influence of the fully mixed pellet feed on the feeding effect of the Hu sheep and the production performance of the mutton sheep is measured.
2 test materials and methods
2.1 test materials
The mutton sheep full-mixed pellet feed recorded in the embodiment 2 of the invention.
2.2 test methods
48 healthy Hu sheep weighing (31.40 + -0.65) kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups of 6 replicates each with 4 replicates each (1/2 for male and female).
The Hu sheep of the control group was fed with TMR (25 parts of corn flour, 6.5 parts of wheat bran, 15 parts of soybean meal, 3 parts of premix, 0.5 part of sodium bicarbonate and 50 parts of peanut vine powder), and the test group was fed with the complete mixed pellet feed of example 2, 2 times a day, with free feeding and free drinking; pre-run period 15 d, positive run period 56 d.
Recording the feeding amount of each time by taking the repetition as a unit, weighing the rest amount before feeding every morning, and calculating the DMI of each sheep; the test sheep were weighed on an empty stomach at the formal start and end of the test, and the initial and final weights were recorded, respectively, and the ADG and F/G of each sheep were calculated.
3 results and analysis
3.1 the results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the control group, both the DMI and the ADG of the Hu sheep in the test group are significantly higher than those in the control group, wherein the ADG is improved by 14.2%, and the fattening time is obviously shortened; and the F/G of the test group Hu sheep is lower than that of the control group. Therefore, the mutton sheep feed granulation can improve the growth performance of mutton sheep to a certain extent.

In conclusion, the fully mixed pellet feed provided by the invention not only can achieve a good weight gain effect and improve growth performance of the Hu sheep, but also can improve the economic benefit of Hu sheep breeding.
