With the increasing development of high speed and high density of printed circuit boards, the process design of back drilling resin hole plugging is developed, redundant hole copper in a part of through holes on a board is drilled by the design, then resin is plugged, and finally copper can be plated on the surface without back drilling to form a disc center hole, so that the design has three benefits for a client: back drilling reduces high speed signal loss; the copper layer in the plug hole protective hole is not corroded, and the long-term reliability is good; after resin is filled, copper can be plated on the non-back drilling surface to form a welding disc, so that the density of welding devices is increased.
The common resin hole plugging processes include horizontal hole plugging, vertical vacuum hole plugging, horizontal vacuum hole plugging and the like, although the process principle is simpler, in the practical implementation process, the process is limited by factors such as aperture, aspect ratio, hole pattern influence, surface flatness and the like, the operation difficulty is higher, and the quality problems of incomplete hole plugging, hole opening depression, poor air bubbles in holes and the like are easy to occur.

s3, sequentially arranging the hole plugging screen plate 11, the dry film stop point production plate, the base plate 14 and the hole plugging platform 15 from top to bottom, and plugging resin ink into the back drilling surface which is not pasted with the dry film by using a hole plugging machine.
Optionally, after step S3, the method further includes:
s4, baking for precuring, pre-grinding the surface of the plug hole, heating to completely cure the resin ink, and completely grinding the surface of the plug hole; or directly baking to completely cure the resin ink and then grinding the surface of the plug hole.

(5) resin ink is stuffed into the reverse back drilled hole 121 by scraping the reverse back drilled hole 121 of the production plate 12 through the first mesh plate hole 111, and the redundant ink flows out through the first backing plate hole 141; meanwhile, the front back drilled hole 122 of the production plate 12 is filled with resin ink through the second mesh hole 112 into the front back drilled hole 122, and the redundant ink flows out through the concentric circular dry film ring 132 and the second gasket hole 142.
