Abstract
本发明涉及一种带有底托盘(12)的托盘容器(10),底托盘上安置一个塑料内容器(14)及一个紧密围住该塑料内容器(14)的外罩(16)。该外罩的底边固定地(但可拆卸地)与底托盘(12)相连接。通常,内容器下底(以及上底)(22)上存在的在吹制成型过程中由于软管状雏坯挤压而产生的增厚挤压缝,妨碍残余的液体流入底边上设置的排出阀门(28)。因此,按照本发明做出如下安排:在塑料内容器(14)上,将熔接的挤压缝(30)定位在两个径向相对的侧壁上,其中一条挤压缝(30)最好直接通到与之形成一体的排出阀门接管(28)中。这样,排出阀门接管就处在带有通入的熔接缝(30)的侧壁正中,首先完全在软管状雏坯挤压区域内环绕着雏坯中的吹制心轴(40)。连接凸缘或螺纹依照吹制心轴机构(40)实现准确的校准成型。于是,由于内容器(14)的残余液体排出性能得到改进,从而免去了那种很没有把握的排出阀门接管的熔接和在内容器上的打孔。
Description
本发明涉及一种带有底托盘的托盘容器,底托盘上安置一个塑料内容器及一个紧密围住该塑料内容器的外罩。该外罩的底边固定地(但可拆卸地)与底托盘相连接。此外,本发明还涉及一种专用的吹制模以及制造该托盘容器用的塑料内容器的一种改进的方法。
这种托盘容器具有一个用热塑性塑料吹制成形的内容器,例如德国专利DE-OS4117159或DE-PS3819911中所公开的。
在一般的托盘容器上,安置在底托盘上的塑料内容器上的挤压缝基本上在内容器上底上,经过上方的注入口,或侧向地从注入口旁边经过,并相应地在内容器下底上开始,达到安置在内容器底上一侧的排出阀门的排出管。沿着这一条挤压缝,内容器壁通过挤压过程在关闭吹制模块时便稍许地增厚。一般地说,塑料内容器是在吹制模中依照头上定位法加以制造的,这就是说,在内容器上底中部的直径较大的注入管位于吹制模中的下方。这里,注入管依吹制心轴而成形,通过相应的紧靠着的吹制模两个半部模来调整。塑料内容器的下底位于吹制模中的上方,而旁侧的排出阀门接管用的底侧基面是在侧壁至吹制模上部界面即内容器下底的附近区域,依照一个设置在该处的凹下部吹制出来的。在上述基面上此后还要打一个相应的孔,排出阀门用的接管将被熔接在此基面上。在内容器下底及上底上由于软管状雏坯的挤压而产生的挤压缝,因其材料厚度增大而显示出下述缺点:这种挤压缝比其四周的较薄的壁部冷却得更慢而且不均匀,从而在挤压缝内部产生张应力,这种张应力在内容器从吹制模中取出后会导致内容器上底连同注入管一起下陷或沉陷,并导致内容器下底连同其一侧所设置的排出阀门一起升高。上底的沉陷可能成为下述结果的原因:例如当托盘容器露天存放时,塞套中的雨水就会聚集在注入管周围。更为有害的是向内收的或容易向内隆起的下底,其后果是难以将残余液体完全倒尽或者使之完全从塑料内容器中流出。普通的托盘容器还有下述缺点:
1.在矩形的托盘容器上,上底和下底中的挤压缝长约1200
毫米,大干约为1000毫米的侧壁高度;
2.塑料内容器的四个侧面是由外罩保持的,而其上底上的
熔接的挤压缝作为内容器的关键性部位是露着的;
3.排出接管是一个嵌入部件,或者是后来熔接上去的。在
这个重要部位上由于熔接得不好也可能经常出现麻烦
事。所配的排出接管尤其在对角线坠落时是最敏感的部
位。
本发明的任务是提供一种改进的托盘容器。在此,以上所述的各缺点都得以消除,因为塑料内容器结构稳定,避免了由于收缩所致的上底沉陷或下底隆起的现象。
按照本发明,此任务是通过采用下述措施来解决的:在用吹制模加工塑料内容器过程中,一个软管状的雏坯在由两个可水平移动的半部模组成的吹制模的打开的半部模之间经过于下方安置在打开的半部模之间的吹制心轴而被挤压成形;在将吹制模的两个半部模关闭之后,吹制空气经过吹制心轴而被吹入软管状的雏坯中,直到该雏坯贴合吹制模的内轮廓。在这里,依照特定方式,使得内容器底侧一旁的排出阀门所用的排出接管依靠着吹制心轴加以成形并校准;从软管状雏坯中部开出直径较大的注入口,其所用的接管在一个处于吹制模中部的相应的凹入部中被成形出来;与此同时,在该接管上吹出外螺纹。在吹制成形的过程中,接管的注入口还是封闭的;只有当塑料内容器从吹制模中取出后,从接管上部切割出一个与接口相当的塑料圆片才能形成出注入口。
与传统的方法和方式不同的是,塑料内容器在吹制模中是依一个旋转90°的位置上而制成的。
按照本发明的托盘容器所用的塑料内容器是在专用的吹制成形机上制造的。该专用成形机包含一个由两个可水平移动的半部模合成的吹制模。该吹制模底侧有一个吹制心轴,有时有一个这类性质的扩展心轴,这样,塑料内容器的排出阀门的接管就可依照直径较小的吹制心轴加以成形并调整;再者,在吹制模一侧居中大约半高度处(或每个吹制半部模的半高处)有一个圆形凹入部,塑料内容器的暂时封闭的注入口接管就是在这个凹入部中成形的。
按照本发明的托盘容器的特征还在于:在塑料内容器上,软管状雏坯的熔接的挤压缝被安排在垂直侧壁的两个沿径向相对着的区域中,其走向最好在侧壁的中心。在优选的实施例中,如此形成的一条挤压缝直接在底侧排出阀门的上方竖直地在这个侧壁上延伸,而另一条挤压缝则相应地竖直地处于相对的(后方的)侧壁上。在出现内压力的情况下,由于熔接的挤压缝较短并位于外罩覆盖区域内,两条熔接的挤压缝部位受到保护,所以更有利于保持内容器稳定。按照本发明的托盘容器配有专用的塑料内容器,是按上述方法制造的,因此不再有以上所述的那些缺点。内容器上底总保持是平的,或者说不再沉陷或隆起,尤其是内容器下底对旁边的排出阀门有着略呈喇叭形的倾斜度,它平坦地处于底托盘上的与之相适配的上表面,从而可以按最佳方式确保内容器中所盛的液体完全倒尽。
由于塑料内容器是在吹制模中旋转90°“横躺着”制造出来的,换言之,这时软管状雏坯在托盘容器的塑料内容器中是“横走向”设置的,因此在沿纵轴的方向中这一部件可获得更高的强度。这种特殊的构形以及带有挤压缝的内容器因收缩作用而具有预应力的侧壁,对于已灌装有液体的托盘容器的流体静内压力以及对于由此引起的膨胀倾向起着反作用。
由于这时排出阀门的接管也是可准确重复地依吹制心轴加以校准的,所以塑料内容器的这一关键性部件可以带有十分精密的螺纹或环形凸缘加以成形,与此同时,带外螺纹注入口的接管可以在吹制模的大约一半高度处仅在其侧面上吹制出。该接管嵌在内容器的上底中,因此得到保护的这一部件即使在内容器灌满液体和处于极限负荷下(例如内容器坠落),也不会有特殊的要求。
在按照本发明的吹制模的构形上可以做如下的设计:在用来吹制注入口接管的旁侧的圆形凹入部内,设置一个吹制针机构。通过此机构例如可将吹制空气继续吹入内容器中。按照一种特定的工艺方案,也可以在内容器轮廓最终吹成之后将一种冷却介质如液态氮或其它一种过冷气体喷射进去,以便达到较高冷却速度,从而可以较早地将塑料内容器从吹制模中取出。
另一种本发明的吹制模构形是这样设计的:为了延长挤压缝范围内熔接的塑料表面,吹制模的两个半部模中的上下挤压棱边互补地做成波浪线形或锯齿形。这样,在塑料内容器的侧壁上所获得的相应锯齿形走向的挤压缝就具有较大的抗裂强度。这种工艺方案变体特别适用于多层共挤压吹制成形的塑料内容器。
按照本发明的托盘容器或塑料内容器的构形具有以下优点:
—在底部排出槽中不再有翘曲变形现象,因此便于剩余液
体完全排出。
—熔接的挤压缝较短,即由以往的1200毫米缩短到现在
的1000毫米。
—排出接管是由软管状雏坯整体加以成形的,因此不再需
要熔接或者粘接。
—吹制部件(内容器)可以更好地吹制成形,因为托盘容器
的高度小于长度。
—熔接的挤压缝具有较好的位置,它们在外罩区域内受到
保护和支承。
—由于缺陷源减少了,所以托盘容器的总体可靠性得以提
高。
在另一个实施例中做了如下的设计:在塑料内容器上,软管状雏坯的挤压缝延伸在两个相邻侧壁的两个径向相对着的垂直角部区内。这样,熔接的挤压缝也就可以分布在安置于底托盘上的塑料内容器侧壁的前左和后右角部区内,或者前右和后左角部区内。在把熔接的挤压缝安排在彼此相对的角部区内的情况下,通过坠落试验和内压力试验证明,出现的张应力较小,其原因在于:塑料内容器倾向于近似一球体,于是平面的侧壁向外拱起,而角部区便随着角度增大而向内退让。
下面将根据附图中所示明的一个实施例对本发明做较详细的说明和描述。图中:
图1是按照本发明的托盘容器的前侧,及其所带的排出阀门和护板;

图1示明一个按照本发明的带有底托盘12的托盘容器10,底托盘最好用回收的再生塑料制成。还示明一个安置在底托盘上的塑料内容器14,和一个包紧塑料内容器14的外罩16,该外罩底边与底托盘固定地相连。外罩16最好用十字形交叉的管条或栅条做成,固定地但易于拆卸地与底托盘12相连,为此例如用加长的栅条插过底托盘12上的孔眼,再从下面用螺钉拧牢。外罩16在其前侧有一块环绕竖直的栅条卷边的护板18,在其底边直接在底托盘12之上有一个下部排出阀门20(例如一个3英寸的排出口配件)。
图2是塑料内容器14的部分剖开侧视图,从图中可以看出:在内容器上底22的中心部位,直径较大的注入孔(直径约150毫米)的注入接管24嵌入在一个在内容器上底延伸的凹入部内,其上配有螺旋盖26。在前侧壁下方,在内容器下底的高度平面上是与之相连接成形的排出接管28(直径约60毫米),用于排出阀门20。排出接管28连同排出阀门20被嵌置在一个成形于前侧壁中的向内收的凹口或凹部32内,从而得到保护。特别当托盘容器在沿对角线坠落时,在这个很重要的部位不致于再出现严重的问题。
在塑料内容器14的前壁上以及同样(未示出)相应地在相对的后壁上,从排出接管28起始垂直向上延伸着软管状雏坯的挤压缝30,(为了更清楚辨认)特以粗线条绘出。此挤压缝30也可以呈锯齿形。
图3是吹制模的半部模38示意正视图。其上、下都有挤压区域46,用于软管状雏坯。左下方设置吹制心轴机构40。该吹制心轴可以沿轴向移动,而且不需要再从排出接管28中旋出,如在带有内螺纹的塞孔上所要求的那样,只需简单地拔出来。在吹制半部模38的半高度上的右侧,在吹制模中设有一个圆形的凹部42。在此凹部42中将成形出带有吹成的外螺纹的螺纹管段24,以之用于注入口的螺纹盖26。在凹部42内还接入一个吹气用的针机构44。在这里,可以径向移动的吹气针穿过软管状雏坯被推进,并将辅助的吹制空气吹入。与传统的制造工艺不同,塑料内容器是在吹制模中旋转90°的位置上吹制而成的。
图4示明一个刚刚从吹制模中取出来的塑料内容器14,在其上下、在挤压缝30处仍然悬挂着作为软管状雏坯的余料的料头36,这些料头是有待除掉的。
图5是塑料内容器14的透视图。在其上底22中有沿对角线方向形成的凹入部,在这些凹入部中以后将为栅格式外罩安置加固撑。在其前侧壁中还附带有标尺34,用来读取内容器中液态灌装物的液位。前侧壁上的挤压缝30同样可以清楚看出(特以粗线条绘出)。在下方,挤压缝30接入排出口接管28中。这一点还可再一次从图6中所示内容器14的局部剖面图中看出。为了更好辩认起见,挤压缝30用特别的阴影线绘出。
在按照本发明的托盘容器上,排出阀门接管28也位于侧壁的正中,与之相连的是熔接的挤压缝30,首先完全在软管状雏坯挤压区域内,围绕在软管状雏坯内的吹制心轴40上。螺纹或者连接凸缘是依吹制心轴机构40由吹制模的两个半部模38加以准确校准吹制而成。由于上述措施,免除了很没有把握的对排出接管的熔接和内容器的打孔。带螺纹的接管或带凸缘的接管28在吹制成形的过程中就已作为塑料内容器14的可以使用的完全校准的组成部件加以成形了,这样,托盘容器的抗坠落强度和紧密度便大大提高。
由于具有根据本发明的特征,此种托盘容器还有这样一个优点:塑料内容器的制造在质量上得到了改善,而且更加可靠。挤压缝的长度,由于挤压缝安置在内容器的侧壁上,在内容器尺寸相等情况下,从1200毫米缩短到1000毫米。这样一来,由于降低了废品率而提高了内容器制造的生产效率(产量)。
Claims (9)
1.托盘容器(10),包含一个底托盘(12)、一个安置在底托盘上的塑料容器(14)和一个紧密包住塑料容器(14)的外罩(16),外罩底边固定地(但可拆卸地)与底托盘(12)相连,其特征在于:塑料内容器(14)在两个沿径向相对着的侧壁上有软管状雏坯的熔接的挤压缝(30),挤压缝大致在侧壁正中竖直地延伸。
2.按照权利要求1所述的托盘容器,其特征在于:一条挤压缝(30)被设计成紧靠底侧的排出阀门(20)上方,在(前)侧壁上竖直地延伸,并汇入到排出接管(28)中;与此同时,另一条挤压缝(30)相应地安置在相对的(后)侧壁上竖直地延伸。
3.按照权利要求2所述的托盘容器,其特征在于:排出接管(28)一可带有连接螺纹或连接凸缘,用于配装排出部件(20),是与塑料内容器(14)的构成一体的部分,而且与内容器(14)作为一个整体由软管状雏坯吹制而成,依吹制心轴加以校准。吹制成的内容器上带有排出接管(28)和排出口。

5.用来制造根据权利要求1至4中的一项所述的托盘容器(10)的塑料内容器(14)的吹制成形机,包含一个由两个可水平移动的半部模(38)组成的吹制模,其底侧有一个吹制心轴(40),也可有一个扩展心轴,其特征在于:依靠吹制心轴(40),排出阀门(20)的接管(28)可以加以成形和校准;大致在吹制模一侧居中部位(或者在每个半部模(38)的半高度处)设定一个圆形凹下部(42),塑料内容器(14)的注入口的塞管(24)就可成形在这个凹下部中。
6.按照权利要求5所述的吹制成形机,其特征在于:在一侧的圆形凹下部(42)内设置一个吹气针机构(44)。
7.按照权利要求5或6所述的吹制成形机,其特征在于:用于压制软管状雏坯的吹制半部模(38)上下挤压边缘可以相应地做成波浪线形或锯齿形。
8.制造塑料内容器(14)用的方法,这种塑料内容器是用于按照上面的权利要求1至4中一项所述的托盘容器(10)的,本方法采用按照权利要求5至7中一项所述的吹制成形机实现塑料内容器的吹制成形,这里,吹制模由两个可水平移动的半部模(38)组成,一个软管状雏坯从上方由挤压喷嘴出来,进入打开的两个半部模之间,经过下方安置在打开的半部模之间的吹制心轴(40)而被挤压,在关闭吹制半部模(38)之后,吹制空气经吹制心轴(40)被吹入软管状雏坯中,直到该雏坯贴合吹制模的内部轮廓,本方法的特征在于:塑料内容器(14)的底侧排出阀门(20)所用的排出接管(28)是依吹制心轴(40)成形并被校准的;这里,直径较大的注入口用的塞管(24)是由软管状雏坯的居中部位在一个位于吹制模居中部位的大约半高度处的相应凹下部(42)中成形的,并同时在塞管(24)上吹出外螺纹。
9.按照权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:通过吹制心轴(40)或/和另一个单独的吹气针(44),将一种冷却介质吹入塑料内容器(14)中,以便加速内容器的冷却。
