Abstract

本发明公开了一种整体式输出轴液压马达,包括壳体、整体式输出轴、止推盘、回程盘、柱塞、缸体和端盖;整整体式输出轴沿轴向从前向后依次设有前接触段、球形段、中接触段、同步段和后接触段;前接触段通过前轴承与壳体的前端转动连接;球形段上套设有异形弹簧,并通过异形弹簧与回程盘的后表面弹性连接;中接触段为凸环挡肩,且抵接于缸体的前端;同步段设于缸体内,并与缸体相连接;后接触段穿过配流盘,通过后轴承与端盖转动连接;浮动活塞环设于端盖的前端,浮动活塞环与端盖之间设有波纹弹簧。本发明取消了球铰式输出轴的球铰结构,大幅降低了产品加工中同轴度对产品质量和性能的影响,可靠性高;结构简单,安装和维护均更为便捷。

一种整体式输出轴液压马达
技术领域
本发明涉及液压马达技术领域,具体涉及一种整体式输出轴液压马达。
背景技术
现有技术中,如图1-2所示,传统液压马达一般包含球铰式输出轴、球铰、回程盘、缸体、柱塞、配流盘等;马达高速旋转过程对球铰、球铰式输出轴和缸体同轴度要求较高,生产过程中的同轴度偏差极易影响液压马达的质量和性能。同时,为了保证马达空载状态下缸体与配流盘的贴合,传统液压马达依靠抵接于球铰的预压弹簧,使缸体被压紧在配流盘上,运行中容易使球铰薄壁产生热变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种整体式输出轴液压马达,包括壳体、整体式输出轴、止推盘、回程盘、柱塞、缸体和端盖;所述的壳体内设有呈倾斜状的止推盘限位面,所述的止推盘设于止推盘限位面的后侧;所述的缸体设于壳体内,所述的柱塞呈圆周状设于整体式输出轴的外侧,柱塞一端伸入缸体内预设的柱塞腔中,另一端穿过回程盘并抵接于止推盘的后表面上;
所述的整体式输出轴设于壳体内的轴线上,整体式输出轴沿轴向从前向后依次设有前接触段、球形段、中接触段、同步段和后接触段;整体式输出轴的前接触段通过前轴承与壳体的前端转动连接;球形段上套设有异形弹簧,并通过异形弹簧与回程盘的后表面弹性连接;中接触段为凸环挡肩,且凸环挡肩抵接于缸体的前端;同步段设于缸体内,并与缸体相连接;后接触段穿过配流盘,并通过后轴承与端盖转动连接;
所述的端盖设于壳体的后端,所述的配流盘一面抵接于缸体后端,另一面抵接于浮动活塞环上,所述的浮动活塞环设于端盖的前端,且浮动活塞环与端盖之间设有波纹弹簧。
进一步地,所述的壳体内设有制动腔,所述的制动腔位于缸体的径向外侧,制动腔内设有停车制动摩擦片和制动活塞,所述的制动摩擦片与制动活塞相连接,所述的制动活塞与壳体之间设有制动弹簧。
更进一步地,所述的前轴承为圆锥滚子轴承。
更进一步地,所述的后轴承为滚针轴承。
更进一步地,所述整体式输出轴的前接触段与壳体之间设有旋转油封,所述的旋转油封位于前轴承的外侧。
有益效果:本发明中,取消了球铰式输出轴的球铰结构,通过特殊的整体式输出轴传递动力,大幅降低了产品加工中同轴度对产品质量和性能的影响;通过波纹弹簧顶着浮动活塞环、浮动活塞环顶着配流盘向前,同时异形弹簧顶着整体式输出轴向后来实现预压,取消了球铰的整体式输出轴为实心结构,不易发生热变形,可靠性高;
本发明中的整体式输出轴结构简单,安装和维护均更为便捷。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图3-5所示,一种整体式输出轴液压马达,包括壳体1、整体式输出轴2、止推盘3、回程盘4、柱塞5、缸体6和端盖7;所述的壳体1内设有呈倾斜状的止推盘限位面,所述的止推盘3设于止推盘限位面的后侧;所述的缸体6设于壳体1内,所述的柱塞5呈圆周状设于整体式输出轴2的外侧,柱塞5一端伸入缸体6内预设的柱塞腔中,另一端穿过回程盘4并抵接于止推盘3的后表面上;
所述的整体式输出轴2设于壳体1内的轴线上,整体式输出轴2沿轴向从前向后依次设有前接触段A、球形段B、中接触段C、同步段D和后接触段E;整体式输出轴2的前接触段A通过前轴承8与壳体1的前端转动连接;球形段B上套设有异形弹簧9,并通过异形弹簧9与回程盘4的后表面弹性连接;中接触段C为凸环挡肩,且凸环挡肩抵接于缸体6的前端;同步段D设于缸体6内,并与缸体6相连接;后接触段E穿过配流盘10,并通过后轴承11与端盖7转动连接;
所述的端盖7设于壳体1的后端,所述的配流盘10一面抵接于缸体6后端,另一面抵接于浮动活塞环12上,所述的浮动活塞环12设于端盖7的前端,且浮动活塞环12与端盖7之间设有波纹弹簧13。
于本实施例中,所述的壳体1内设有制动腔,所述的制动腔位于缸体的径向外侧,制动腔内设有停车制动摩擦片14和制动活塞15,所述的制动摩擦片14与制动活塞15相连接,所述的制动活塞15与壳体1之间设有制动弹簧16。
于本实施例中,所述的前轴承8为圆锥滚子轴承。
于本实施例中,所述的后轴承11为滚针轴承。
于本实施例中,所述整体式输出轴2的前接触段A与壳体1之间设有旋转油封17,所述的旋转油封17位于前轴承8的外侧。

Claims (5)

1.一种整体式输出轴液压马达,其特征在于,包括壳体、整体式输出轴、止推盘、回程盘、柱塞、缸体和端盖;所述的壳体内设有呈倾斜状的止推盘限位面,所述的止推盘设于止推盘限位面的后侧;所述的缸体设于壳体内,所述的柱塞呈圆周状设于整体式输出轴的外侧,柱塞一端伸入缸体内预设的柱塞腔中,另一端穿过回程盘并抵接于止推盘的后表面上;
所述的整体式输出轴设于壳体内的轴线上,整体式输出轴沿轴向从前向后依次设有前接触段、球形段、中接触段、同步段和后接触段;整体式输出轴的前接触段通过前轴承与壳体的前端转动连接;球形段上套设有异形弹簧,并通过异形弹簧与回程盘的后表面弹性连接;中接触段为凸环挡肩,且凸环挡肩抵接于缸体的前端;同步段设于缸体内,并与缸体相连接;后接触段穿过配流盘,并通过后轴承与端盖转动连接;
所述的端盖设于壳体的后端,所述的配流盘一面抵接于缸体后端,另一面抵接于浮动活塞环上,所述的浮动活塞环设于端盖的前端,且浮动活塞环与端盖之间设有波纹弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式输出轴液压马达,其特征在于,所述的壳体内设有制动腔,所述的制动腔位于缸体的径向外侧,制动腔内设有停车制动摩擦片和制动活塞,所述的制动摩擦片与制动活塞相连接,所述的制动活塞与壳体之间设有制动弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式输出轴液压马达,其特征在于,所述的前轴承为圆锥滚子轴承。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式输出轴液压马达,其特征在于,所述的后轴承为滚针轴承。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式输出轴液压马达,其特征在于,所述整体式输出轴的前接触段与壳体之间设有旋转油封,所述的旋转油封位于前轴承的外侧。
