背景技术
许多金属零部件都需要一定的光亮度,抛光处理是零部件加工重要的一环。在抛光处理过程中,常添加抛光剂,以提高工件的光亮度,并清洁金属表面。传统采用的膏状抛光剂常有施不方便,工件残留多等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种金属表面抛光剂。
一种金属表面抛光剂,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8%,磺酸1.8%,乳化剂OP1.5%,十二烷基甜菜碱4.4%,EDTA1.8%,碳酸钠5%,硬脂酸3.5%,余量为水。
本发明还提供了上述抛光剂的制备方法,其中,将水加热到50℃,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、磺酸、十二烷基甜菜碱、EDTA碳酸钠、硬脂酸和乳化剂OP,高速搅拌,随至完全乳化分散,即可。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的抛光剂稳定性高,常温下可存放2年以上,施工使用方便,成本较常规抛光剂下降50%,抛光效果优异。

一种金属表面抛光剂,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8%,磺酸1.8%,乳化剂OP1.5%,十二烷基甜菜碱4.4%,EDTA1.8%,碳酸钠5%,硬脂酸3.5%,余量为水。
上述抛光剂的制备方法如下:将水加热到50℃,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、磺酸、十二烷基甜菜碱、EDTA碳酸钠、硬脂酸和乳化剂OP,高速搅拌,随至完全乳化分散,即可。

1.一种金属表面抛光剂,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8%,磺酸1.8%,乳化剂OP1.5%,十二烷基甜菜碱4.4%,EDTA1.8%,碳酸钠5%,硬脂酸3.5%,余量为水。
2.权利要求1所述的金属表面抛光剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将水加热到50℃,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、磺酸、十二烷基甜菜碱、EDTA碳酸钠、硬脂酸和乳化剂OP,高速搅拌,随至完全乳化分散,即可。
