Abstract
本发明公开了一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法,其具体制备步骤为:(1)将环甲基硅氧烷、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、三乙酸甘油酯混合后超声再加热后搅拌;(2)再将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、三乙醇胺、纳米碳粉、助剂混合搅拌后,再加热超声;(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料混合,加入水,充分搅拌后得到切削液;本发明的有益效果是:加入了脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,起到增溶、乳化的作用,加强了切削液各组分的均匀分散效果,还加入了纳米碳粉,提高了切削液的清洗和冷却效果,可以大大减少珩磨时切削液的使用量。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液技术领域,特别是一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品。 切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
但是在机床铸造珩磨的工艺中,为了改善表面粗糙度和降低切削区温度,操作时常需用大量切削液,珩磨工艺对切削液的各项性能有着独特的需求,而现在大多数商品切削液在珩磨工艺进行时通常会造成切削液过多使用、清洗效果不够等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有技术中的问题,公开了一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取环甲基硅氧烷2-4、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3、对硝基苯甲酸1-3、三乙酸甘油酯1-3、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2-4、三乙醇胺1-3、纳米碳粉6-8、助剂4-6、水200-280,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将环甲基硅氧烷、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、三乙酸甘油酯混合后超声10-15分钟,再加热到100-120℃,搅拌40-60分钟;
(2)再将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、三乙醇胺、纳米碳粉、助剂混合搅拌30-40分钟后,再加热至60-70℃超声15-20分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料混合,加入水,充分搅拌4-5小时后得到切削液。
其中,所述助剂由生石灰、丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷、丙烯腈、二羟甲基脲、十二烷基苯磺酸钠构成。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明配方加入了脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,起到增溶、乳化的作用,加强了切削液各组分的均匀分散效果,还加入了纳米碳粉,提高了切削液的清洗和冷却效果,可以大大减少珩磨时切削液的使用量。
具体实施方式
具体实施例一:
一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取环甲基硅氧烷2、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1、对硝基苯甲酸1、三乙酸甘油酯1、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2、三乙醇胺1、纳米碳粉6、助剂4、水200,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将环甲基硅氧烷、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、三乙酸甘油酯混合后超声10分钟,再加热到100℃,搅拌40分钟;
(2)再将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、三乙醇胺、纳米碳粉、助剂混合搅拌30分钟后,再加热至60℃超声15分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料混合,加入水,充分搅拌4小时后得到切削液。
具体实施例二:
一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取环甲基硅氧烷4、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚3、对硝基苯甲酸3、三乙酸甘油酯3、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯4、三乙醇胺3、纳米碳粉8、助剂6、水280,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将环甲基硅氧烷、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、三乙酸甘油酯混合后超声15分钟,再加热到120℃,搅拌60分钟;
(2)再将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、三乙醇胺、纳米碳粉、助剂混合搅拌40分钟后,再加热至70℃超声20分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料混合,加入水,充分搅拌5小时后得到切削液。
具体实施例三:
一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取环甲基硅氧烷3、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2、对硝基苯甲酸2、三乙酸甘油酯2、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯3、三乙醇胺2、纳米碳粉7、助剂5、水240,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将环甲基硅氧烷、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、三乙酸甘油酯混合后超声13分钟,再加热到110℃,搅拌50分钟;
(2)再将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、三乙醇胺、纳米碳粉、助剂混合搅拌35分钟后,再加热至65℃超声18分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料混合,加入水,充分搅拌4.5小时后得到切削液。

1.一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取环甲基硅氧烷2-4、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1-3、对硝基苯甲酸1-3、三乙酸甘油酯1-3、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2-4、三乙醇胺1-3、纳米碳粉6-8、助剂4-6、水200-280,其特征在于其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将环甲基硅氧烷、异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、对硝基苯甲酸、三乙酸甘油酯混合后超声10-15分钟,再加热到100-120℃,搅拌40-60分钟;
(2)再将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、三乙醇胺、纳米碳粉、助剂混合搅拌30-40分钟后,再加热至60-70℃超声15-20分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料混合,加入水,充分搅拌4-5小时后得到切削液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种珩磨专用型水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述助剂由生石灰、丁二烯基三乙氧基硅烷、丙烯腈、二羟甲基脲、十二烷基苯磺酸钠构成。
