Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hyperlipidemia treatment, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece for reducing blood fat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hyperlipidemia is a common name of Hyperlipidemia (Hyperlipidemia), also called Hyperlipoproteinemia (Hyperlipoproteinemia), refers to the condition of high blood lipid level, and is the most common form of Dyslipidemia (Dyslipidemia). The disorder is divided into "primary" and "secondary subtypes". Primary hyperlipidemia often results from genetic causes (e.g., mutations in receptor proteins), while secondary hyperlipidemia results from other causes, such as diabetes. Lipid and lipoprotein abnormalities are more common in the general population, and in addition, certain forms of hyperlipidemia may induce Acute pancreatitis (Acute pancreatitis).
The clinical manifestations of hyperlipidemia are mainly yellow tumors caused by intradermal deposition of lipids and arteriosclerosis caused by endothelial deposition of lipids in blood vessels. The high blood lipid content mainly shows that the total cholesterol content (TC), the triglyceride content (TG) and the low-density cholesterol (LDL-C) in a body are increased, and the high blood lipid content can cause various diseases.
In the aspect of the medicine for treating hyperlipidemia, western medicines and traditional Chinese medicines are mainly used. Among the traditional Chinese medicines, the medlar, the pseudo-ginseng, the gynostemma pentaphylla and the like are researched more, and the traditional Chinese medicine also has a certain effect of reducing blood fat. The flavone, triterpene and polysaccharide in the traditional Chinese medicine components may have the function of reducing blood fat. And some patients still have poor curative effect on the common hypolipidemic drugs or can not be applied due to side effects of the hypolipidemic drugs; and is inconvenient to carry. The traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are common traditional Chinese medicine preparation modes in recent years, have the advantages of convenience, rapidness, convenience in carrying and the like, but the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for reducing blood fat in the market are mostly prepared by directly pressing traditional Chinese medicine powder, are low in leaching rate and absorption rate and not ideal in curative effect, and only can play a role in assisting treatment of western medicines during treatment.
